Die Rezeption, der Lounge und die Gemeinde Küche ist wunderschön und gibt ein warmes und willkommenes Gefühl. Der Fitnessraum ist geräumig und ausreichend ausgestattet in guter Lage. Zimmer sind schön, aber wie ein übliches Hotelzimmer. Die großen Fenster gaben einen schönen Blick auf die Straße und Bäume unten. Lage ist neben vielen asiatischen Restaurants und in der Nähe von Supermärkten. Trams und Busse außerhalb und zwei Hauptbahnhöfe relativ nahe.

The customer service was excellent. The location, the food, service, just to mention few. Everything was perfect 👌. Will recommend this hotel 100x to my friends and family. I'll be coming back for sure.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut. Es ist super bequem, vom Terminal zum Hotel zu kommen. Die Zimmergröße ist gut für Entpacken und Ihre Sachen für die Reise wiederpacken. Da wir nicht das Frühstück in die Buchung aufgenommen haben. Es gibt 2 Alternativen zum Frühstück: 1. Das Frühstück des Hotels für 35AUD/person 2. Deli Cafe. Wir hatten dort einen Sandwich und Muffin. Es ist schnell und einfach, morgens bereit zu werden.

Die Lage ist top! Die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor der Tür und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Während der Osterfeiertage hatten zwar alle lokalen Geschäfte und Restaurants geschlossen, aber das war kein Problem, da wir direkt neben Chinatown wohnten! Die fleißigen Chinesen hatten alle geöffnet, wofür wir super dankbar sind, sonst wären wir wirklich verhungert! Die Zimmerausstattung ist auch sehr gut, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Sehr zufrieden.

We had an excellent stay at Arrow on Swanston! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and Melbourne’s main attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, it offered great value for money, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Melbourne.

Perfect location and an excellent place to stay. The hotel facilities are practically brand new, and both the reception staff and housekeeping team were friendly and professional throughout my stay. I stayed for more than a week and thoroughly enjoyed my time at this serviced apartment. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and had everything I needed. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Der einzige Bonus war das Personal in einigen Bereichen, Nacht Concierge 10+ Der Rest ist minimal zu unterlegen. Das Restaurant serviert unsere Lebensmittel separat unsere Steaks dauerte eine Stunde und das ist richtig ... Da ich mein eigenes Auto aus dem Kellner fuhr, erwarteten sie mich, weitere Kosten zu zahlen. Keine Überraschung, der Park ist eigentlich von der Firmenstruktur getrennt, aber von der Hauptentität getrennt, angenommen, der Grund ist ein Steuervorteil oder eine Möglichkeit, die Kosten der mit der Entladung verbundenen Kosten zu exponieren. Zu ehrlich, auch wenn es aus Melbourne ist, fühlt es sich wirklich, als würde jeder nur noch $50 für nichts wollen.. Subpar Service.. Subpar Kundenservice.. Subpar Art von Luxus, es würde scheinen, als ob der Ort völlig vergessen hat, was es von.. Gastfreundschaft geboren wurde. Gib es mir einen Miss.

The Highlights 1. The location of this hotel is second to none. Right outside the door, you’ll find endless food options from quick bites to diverse international cuisines, plus plenty of cafés, bars, and public transport. Having the SkyBus stop to the airport just around the corner was convenient. 2. Every team member I met was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. They are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service. 3. The room itself was spacious and modern. Both the daytime city views and night lights from the window were wonderful, and the furnishings felt new and well-maintained. 4. Guests have access to some excellent facilities, including a gym, a library, and a full wellness area. The indoor pool is comfortably heated even on a chilly Melbourne evening, and it comes with a sauna and bubble spa, which makes the stay feel more like a resort. What Could Be Improved 1. The room setup felt unusual. I booked a one-bedroom suite, but was placed in a two-bedroom apartment with the master bedroom locked off. I completely understand that I only paid for one room, but it felt a little strange knowing there was a part of “my” room I couldn’t access. Personally, I would have preferred a proper one-bedroom layout with full access. 2. The bedroom I was 'allowed' to stay in also didn’t have its own air conditioning. It relied on the living room’s unit to keep cool, while the locked-off master had its system. This design made things a bit uncomfortable at times, especially overnight. 3. The sofa had an unpleasant, urine-like odour, which made us reluctant to rest in the lounge. 4. The main door lock was rusty and stiff, making it frustrating to open and close. 5. There was no landline phone in the room to contact reception, so the only option was to head downstairs. A couple of times, even during office hours, the reception was unattended (likely because one staff member was juggling multiple tasks). It could be so inconvenient to have a more extended stay. 6. While the pool facilities were lovely, they were often crowded. The common facilities are shared with residents of the building as well as hotel guests, but this detracted from the relaxing vibe. Would I stay here again? Yes, probably. Mainly because of the unbeatable location, the great facilities, and the friendly staff. But I do think the hotel needs to address the details so that it can align with what they claimed as 'luxury'.

We booked a King Standard hotel for this trip as we have the special rate from Trip.com. Before we arrived we received an email from Trip urging us to write an email to ask for early check in as we also booked an airline ticket thru Trip. When arrived in hotel ard 9.45 am we were offered a room ( with immediate availability ) but with a payment of AUD 50. When I asked for a twin bed room as usually King and Twin Bed will have same rate, but not this hotel. If we were to change the bed style we have to pay AUD 30/night for 5 nights 😅😅another AUD 150. Enough for all the morning communications so we just ignore the bed details and went straight to our room after the payment. On the day we checked out we came to know that the front officer recharged our hotel fee even when Trip.com confirmed that everything was fully paid. What a money maker hotel!! Front officer told us they will refund us the amount though. However the room is small and nice and everything was up to international 4 standard but Crown Casino Tower has a much more beautiful and bigger room. Though both have stunning nice view of the Yarra River as in attached.

Das Hotel liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom südlichen Kreuzbahnhof entfernt, wodurch es für Flughafentransfers, Tagesausflüge und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sehr bequem ist. Die Freie Tram Zone war ein enormer Bonus, der uns ermöglichte, die Melbourne CBD ohne zusätzliche Transportkosten leicht zu erkunden. Es gab viele Restaurants, Cafés, Supermärkte und Attraktionen in der Nähe, alle in der Spazierweiterung. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, und das Personal war freundlich und hilfreich über unseren Aufenthalt. Insgesamt ist es eine große Wahl für Reisende, die nach Komfort, Zugänglichkeit und Preis für Geld in Melbourne suchen. Ich würde bei meinem nächsten Besuch sicher noch einmal hier bleiben.
