WWLTangDas Hotel liegt direkt über die Straße nach Uniloodge Studentenunterkünfte. Es ist eine tolle Lage für Eltern, in der Nähe ihrer Kinder, die in das Hostel untergebracht werden. Das Hotel liegt nur 1 Minute vom Queen Victoria Market und dem Bahnhof entfernt.

GGastnutzerDie Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut. Es ist super bequem, vom Terminal zum Hotel zu kommen. Die Zimmergröße ist gut für Entpacken und Ihre Sachen für die Reise wiederpacken.
Da wir nicht das Frühstück in die Buchung aufgenommen haben. Es gibt 2 Alternativen zum Frühstück: 1. Das Frühstück des Hotels für 35AUD/person 2. Deli Cafe. Wir hatten dort einen Sandwich und Muffin. Es ist schnell und einfach, morgens bereit zu werden.

GGastnutzerDie Lage ist super, man kommt schnell vom Zentrum Melbournes aus und die Straßenbahn ist gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer selbst ist ordentlich und sauber, obwohl ich zwei Betten gebucht hatte, aber nur ein Kingsize-Bett bekam. Das ist aber trotzdem in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer ist schön, nur die Duschseife wurde nicht nachgefüllt, was etwas ärgerlich ist. Ansonsten: Schönen Aufenthalt!

MMandy PuaDie Lage ist sehr praktisch, da das Zentrum von Melbourne nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt ist. Die RMIT University und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Swanston befinden sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Leider hatten wir nicht genügend Zeit, Pool und Sauna zu nutzen, da diese nur von 7:00 bis 21:00 Uhr geöffnet sind. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Ich wusste nicht, ob Zimmerservice angeboten wird. In der vierten Nacht unseres Aufenthalts, nach einem Tagesausflug, stellten wir fest, dass die Reinigungskraft unser Zimmer ohne unsere Erlaubnis betreten und gereinigt hatte. Stellen Sie sich vor, was passiert wäre, wenn unsere Sachen verloren gegangen wären – hätte das Hotelmanagement den Verlust tragen können? Bitte betreten Sie die Zimmer nicht ohne vorherige Absprache. Gäste, die den Service in Anspruch nehmen möchten, fragen selbst nach der Zimmerreinigung.

The hotel facilities are practically brand new, and both the reception staff and housekeeping team were friendly and professional throughout my stay. I stayed for more than a week and thoroughly enjoyed my time at this serviced apartment. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and had everything I needed. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Das Restaurant serviert unsere Lebensmittel separat unsere Steaks dauerte eine Stunde und das ist richtig ... Da ich mein eigenes Auto aus dem Kellner fuhr, erwarteten sie mich, weitere Kosten zu zahlen.
Keine Überraschung, der Park ist eigentlich von der Firmenstruktur getrennt, aber von der Hauptentität getrennt, angenommen, der Grund ist ein Steuervorteil oder eine Möglichkeit, die Kosten der mit der Entladung verbundenen Kosten zu exponieren.
Zu ehrlich, auch wenn es aus Melbourne ist, fühlt es sich wirklich, als würde jeder nur noch $50 für nichts wollen.. Subpar Service.. Subpar Kundenservice.. Subpar Art von Luxus, es würde scheinen, als ob der Ort völlig vergessen hat, was es von.. Gastfreundschaft geboren wurde.
Gib es mir einen Miss.

1. The location of this hotel is second to none. Right outside the door, you’ll find endless food options from quick bites to diverse international cuisines, plus plenty of cafés, bars, and public transport. Having the SkyBus stop to the airport just around the corner was convenient.
2. Every team member I met was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. They are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service.
3. The room itself was spacious and modern. Both the daytime city views and night lights from the window were wonderful, and the furnishings felt new and well-maintained.
4. Guests have access to some excellent facilities, including a gym, a library, and a full wellness area. The indoor pool is comfortably heated even on a chilly Melbourne evening, and it comes with a sauna and bubble spa, which makes the stay feel more like a resort.
What Could Be Improved
1. The room setup felt unusual. I booked a one-bedroom suite, but was placed in a two-bedroom apartment with the master bedroom locked off. I completely understand that I only paid for one room, but it felt a little strange knowing there was a part of “my” room I couldn’t access. Personally, I would have preferred a proper one-bedroom layout with full access.
2. The bedroom I was 'allowed' to stay in also didn’t have its own air conditioning. It relied on the living room’s unit to keep cool, while the locked-off master had its system. This design made things a bit uncomfortable at times, especially overnight.
3. The sofa had an unpleasant, urine-like odour, which made us reluctant to rest in the lounge.
4. The main door lock was rusty and stiff, making it frustrating to open and close.
5. There was no landline phone in the room to contact reception, so the only option was to head downstairs. A couple of times, even during office hours, the reception was unattended (likely because one staff member was juggling multiple tasks). It could be so inconvenient to have a more extended stay.
6. While the pool facilities were lovely, they were often crowded. The common facilities are shared with residents of the building as well as hotel guests, but this detracted from the relaxing vibe.
Would I stay here again? Yes, probably. Mainly because of the unbeatable location, the great facilities, and the friendly staff. But I do think the hotel needs to address the details so that it can align with what they claimed as 'luxury'.

GGastnutzerWe booked a King Standard hotel for this trip as we have the special rate from Trip.com. Before we arrived we received an email from Trip urging us to write an email to ask for early check in as we also booked an airline ticket thru Trip. When arrived in hotel ard 9.45 am we were offered a room ( with immediate availability ) but with a payment of AUD 50. When I asked for a twin bed room as usually King and Twin Bed will have same rate, but not this hotel. If we were to change the bed style we have to pay AUD 30/night for 5 nights 😅😅another AUD 150. Enough for all the morning communications so we just ignore the bed details and went straight to our room after the payment. On the day we checked out we came to know that the front officer recharged our hotel fee even when Trip.com confirmed that everything was fully paid.
What a money maker hotel!! Front officer told us they will refund us the amount though.
However the room is small and nice and everything was up to international 4 standard but Crown Casino Tower has a much more beautiful and bigger room. Though both have stunning nice view of the Yarra River as in attached.
