Das Zimmer war sehr gut, aber es gab eine kleine Problematik mit unserem vorbestellten Frühstück, das nicht rechtzeitig kam, bevor wir zum Morgen gingen. Das Badezimmer war mein Lieblingszimmer, da es geräumig war und hervorragende Einrichtungen hatte.

I have put book 2 connecting rooms. One is King size bed the other twin beds. Both rooms are very comfortable. The twin beds are two queen size beds which can accommodate 4 people. Good view of a Yarra river and the old station across the river. Location very convenient as it connected to many different restaurants. I would also recommend using its very nice gym and warm and big swimming pool. Kingpin in the hotel mall (ask the hotel staff) is also recommended for travellers with children and teenagers. Lots of fun as their video games are great, with Laser tag and bowling.

Need to pay $25 for a underground parking otherwise take your own risk to park outside the hotel in the 1.5hrs parking zone. And even I paid in full, I still need to povide a credit card and got hold $100, refund will be in 4-5days after check out.

We chose this hotel because it’s very cheap and relatively close to the city. Room was big enough for two and staff were helpful. However, we saw a dirty bed sheet when we arrived, don’t know if they really changed it after the previous guests left. Anyway we asked to change it and easy fix. Overall, good stay for get away city hustle and bustle.

Great location for bowling movies and Dining options are amazing. The glen shopping centre is close by and loads of options for shopping

1) 2 Tage vor dem Check-in erfolgt die Benachrichtigung um Mitternacht, ca. 12 Uhr Check-in, der Mitarbeiter sagte, eine halbe Stunde Benachrichtigung am Abend per Telefon sei ausreichend. 2) Ankunft am Flughafen, etwa 40 Minuten vor Abflug, Anruf, niemand antwortete. Schließlich fand ich ein anderes Telefon, um den Kollegen mitzuteilen, dass sie auf uns warten sollten. 3) Als ich an der Hoteltür ankam, war niemand draußen. Ich sah das Telefon an der Tür und rief an, um zu sagen, dass ich die Benachrichtigung kenne, und wartete dann etwa 25 Minuten. Draußen war es windig mit leichtem Regen und kalt. 4) Wenn man nicht weiß, wie das Management seine Mitarbeiter verwaltet, kann man damit auskommen. 5) Die Rezeption hat einen Computer so hoch aufgestellt, dass niemand ihn sehen kann, während die Mitarbeiter auf das Telefon hinten geschaut haben. 6) Das schlechteste Hotel, in dem ich in dieser CLLIX-Gruppe übernachtet habe, ist dieses. 7) Generell benötige ich nach dem Einchecken keine Hygienemaßnahmen im Hotel, aber der Tag des Eincheckens hat nicht den Standard erreicht, sprachlos. (Ein großer Kleiderschrank mit nur 3 kleinen Kleiderbügeln, erbärmlich wenige Küchenutensilien) 7) Die weiblichen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind gleichgültig gegenüber Herumalbern und sehen, dass Kunden, die um Hilfe bitten, nicht bereit sind zu helfen. Dieses Management ist ein großes Problem, ich hoffe, dass sie sich dem Problem stellen

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The cleanliness was impeccable - every corner of the room and common areas was spotless. The location couldn't have been more convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options. It made exploring the area a breeze. Speaking of the staff, they were exceptional - friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Whether it was a quick question or a special request, they went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, well-located place with fantastic service. I'll definitely be back for my next visit!

This hotel is conveniently located between the CBD and the eastern suburbs of Fitzroy and Collingwood.  This hotel is the former headquarters of the Salvation Army so the hotel has a very nice entrance.  Staff are helpful and friendly and the rooms are comfortable and spacious.  The hotel features a gym and a swimming pool that is good for lane swimming but not leisure swim.  The rooms are nice but it is worth mentioning that unless you get the more expensive rooms you will face a wall and will have partial views only.  All in all, I would recommend this hotel due to its location and price/value.

Wir hatten im Sommer eine gute Zeit bei Grand Hyatt - Weihnachten, Boxentag-Test und Yarra Valley Weinberg. Alles war sehr zugänglich von hier. Besonders der berühmte Lune Café ist gerade vor dem Hotel. Seien Sie sicher, dass Sie ihre Ecke Einheiten, es hatte eine große Panoramischblick.

Great staff really helpful,shop just across the hotel.feel safe when u stayed inside the reception.especially at night.staff are realiable and really helpful. Room is super clean
