Love Ayola Hotel Cikarang. The room is adequate for 2. Amenities are limited but enough for basic needs. We love the small gym, although some equipments need to be replace/fix. The AC in our room is cool and we are happy with it. We shall be back if we happen to be in the area.

We had wonderful 1 night stay at Whiz hotel. We booked 2 rooms for family (2 adults, 3 children), and were given convenient rooms opposite to each other. The children spent great time at the swimming pool The staffs were very friendly. The breakfast was nice, but there were not many selections. The hotel location was near Kebun Raya Bogor. Overall nice experience.

the room was clean. the service was great. the staff was nice. especially the guard at the swimming pool named ‘Hadis’, he helped us find our transportation to go to Jakarta.
the food was really good. none of the food is disappointing. i was very much amazed by the sparkling water dispenser.
the location was very photographable. alot of beautiful scenery to take pictures with.

Schönes Hotel mit freundlichen und freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Unser Zimmer war sauber und wir würden täglich Überraschungsdesserts empfangen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte umfangreiche Auswahl und war erfreulich! Es wäre definitiv unser Hotel in Bogor.

Großes Hotel, gute Lage in der Nähe des Tollgates bis zum Nachmittag und in der Nähe des Reisfelds.. cool. komplette Einrichtungen, einige freundliche Mitarbeiter, aber einige sind etwas weniger Antwort, vor allem auf der Rezeption. Ich habe ein Deluxe-Zimmer, schönes großes Zimmer reserviert. insgesamt sehr empfohlen

If you need a place just to relax and do nothing, its the best place for you. Cozy Place, no need to use AC, silent and you can feel the nature…. They provide water in a Galon, no need to bring your own.. you can watch Netlix, Youtube, WeTV.

Room was clean. All staffs were friendly. Breakfast choice good. Hotel in the center of busy Braga street. Good for walk /photo. Maintenance response to feedback was fast. Chocked basin was fixed after I returned to the room after lunch.
Last minute special request made to suprise my wife upon check-in was handled fast. Thank You very much👍👍👍

Eerwin1 booked 2 classic rooms. At the reception, they upgraded my rooms to superior/deluxe rooms at high floors. Service are good and fast. Every needs will be taken care quickly and seriously. The washtafel has a little problem, after they fix it, the manager send a box of cookies to apologize. Bottled water I must say is free flow, cause I got 8 bottles for the first night, and 12 bottles for the second night. Very generous.

KKibiwottDie Lage ist hervorragend, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Bandung und der Paskal 23 Mall mit einem Supermarkt, vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Sie können auch problemlos Grab-Tickets buchen. Die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen sind sehr gut und das Hotel ist sicher. Der Service jedes einzelnen Mitarbeiters ist sehr angenehm, herzlich, freundlich und fantastisch. Auch der Concierge ist stets hilfsbereit. Das Personal hat sich an unserem zweiten Tag erkundigt, ob wir mit allem zufrieden sind und ob wir Wünsche haben.
Der Zimmerservice ist sehr effizient und kümmert sich während unseres sechstägigen Aufenthalts sehr um unser Wohlbefinden. Nur die Toilette könnte etwas sauberer sein. 😅
Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder im Hilton Bandung übernachten!

Die Verbindung ist abgeschlossen und nicht wirklich als 4-Sterne-Hotel.
Und das Parkplatz, es ist nicht einfach zu gehen und seine Platz ist nur begrenzt, besonders für die Hochsaison, wenn Sie in, und Sie werden nicht gehen, wie keine Parkplatz links haha..
Insgesamt ist das gute Hotel für den Aufenthalt.

Llihayana lihayanaWe booked this place stayed at kawung villa or 2 storage traditional bungalow/wooden house for 1 night.
The place is amazing we are located surrounding all the mountains. This resort offering few styles of room, u can book little bungalow enough for max 3 ppl, luxury villa, or big house for groups with private swimming pool.
In our bungalow we have bath up with natural hot spring from the mountain. The bath up so big is enough for 3 adults to soak in. They provided us with the amenities, we have a tatami/breakfast nooks, and the bedroom at upstair with balcony overlook the mountain & fish pond.
This resort so huge, so beautiful sorrounded with all the mountains and 1 main attraction is the public swimming pool. Every guest who stayed in this hotel will have free access to the pool unlimitedly, but fyi this pool also open for the public with the paying entry ticket.
The swimming pool temperature so warm, since the water is natural hot spring from the nearest mountain. Unfortunately they have only 1 olympics size pool and 1 small pool for soaking the feet since the tempature so hot above 40' c.
The pool might be crowded during afternoon time, but guest still can access them till 9pm so u can have a quite pool. The view from the pool so romatic & beautiful since we are at the feet of mountains. U can see the sunset from the pool, which so beautiful.
Only 1 feedback for the management, please impove the breakfast menu. Since this hotel sorrounded the mountains and the temperature quite cold maybe in restaurant can serve more soup styles. And when we had the breakfast there the food actually not so warm and the taste of the food quite bland & not intresting.
But i can recommend this place to everyone to stay here more than a night because so many thing we can explore from this resort. And there is foot spa whre we can seat at the fish pond, while we wait the fish clean out all the dead skins from ours feet & very ticklies.

Ttraveller momsThe hotel was known as bogor icon hotel then now swissbell court. Our junior room was big, n quite complete with sofa, tv, and kitchen set without kitchen utilities. The swimming pool provided at ground floor next to the resto. Once come into the room our card didnt fuction, and we have to ask the maintenance to fixed it. Overall our experience in this hotel is average.

AAriaIch hatte für 2 Nächte gebucht und kam gegen 16 Uhr an. Der Check-in-Prozess verlief reibungslos.
Danach machte ich ein Nickerchen und wurde um 18 Uhr vom Lärm der Leute geweckt, die sich im Zimmer neben mir unterhielten. Es stellte sich heraus, dass es ihr Fernsehgeräusch war und in meinem Zimmer deutlich zu hören war. Ich rief sofort die Rezeption an und wartete, aber niemand kam. 5 Minuten später rief ich erneut an und niemand kam.
Ich stürmte zur Rezeption, weil es offensichtlich niemanden interessierte, den Sicherheitsdienst zu treffen. Anstatt sich zu entschuldigen, sagte er, dass er gerade nachsehen würde. Ich war wirklich verärgert und erst danach wurde man darauf aufmerksam und versuchte, meine Situation zu regeln.
Nach langer Diskussion zog ich schließlich in ein anderes Zimmer um und versprach, am nächsten Tag in ein größeres Zimmer umzuziehen, da diese Nacht ausgebucht war.
Ich zog in das neue Zimmer um, aber es war ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, das zu einem zusammengelegt worden war (ich stimmte widerwillig zu, weil meine Frau bereits ok gesagt hatte).
Am nächsten Tag zog ich in ein größeres Zimmer, ich glaube, es war die Suite, und stellte am Morgen fest, dass die Bettwäsche nicht sauber war (Bild 1). Zu allem Überfluss war die Akustik im Zimmer genauso schlecht wie in einem normalen Zimmer. Ich war im Zimmer am weitesten vom Flur entfernt, aber sie öffneten das Flurfenster und ließen den Straßenlärm ins Gebäude. Ich wurde vom Lärm der Pfeife des Parkwächters (der lauten) geweckt.
Ihre Suite hat eine Badewanne, aber das heiße Wasser ist nur warm. Wenn Sie also ein langes, entspannendes Bad nehmen möchten, wird das Wasser sehr schnell kalt. Meine Frau fragte nach einer Duschhaube, und wieder musste ich zweimal anrufen, um sie zu bekommen. Ihr Service war sehr langsam. Ich war zu müde, um mich noch einmal zu beschweren, also packte ich lieber meine Sachen und checkte aus dem Hotel aus.
Wenn Sie einen Ort zum Entspannen und Ausruhen suchen, suchen Sie sich ein anderes Hotel.
