Ein Freund, der auch im Hotel war, hatte einen Unfall vom Hotel entfernt. Er lief über einen Pavillonskerb, der seinen Kopf schneidete. Das Rezeptionpersonal war sehr hilfreich bei der Reinigung der Schnittstellen und der Bereitstellung von Pflastern.

Great location, close to the riverside and also the train station. The Hotel’s room generally is alright, the cleanliness is ok, the pillows absolutely fine for me. The only problem is the huge noise made by the air conditioning during using period.

This was a fabulous stay All Staff are a credit to the hotel, with spacious rooms, cleanliness top notch, everything you could need and require in your room, so many items that you would not even realise you would need was in the room, I liked the fact had a small functioning kitchen with hob and dishwasher, a recliner sofa to watch TV from, even tissue on the coffee table, instructions for the appliciances, cleaning products and safe... When I say they have thought of Everything I meant it! It like home from home. The Rooms were comfortable, beds were a great size and so comfortable, very clean and fresh linens, big bathroom, good view from the floor we stayed on, breakfast was buffet style but well thought out and food fresh and hot, staff attendance was good ratio and they were attentive and very cheerful and helpful, also parking was a good price as well. I was also impressed with the fact of small details like a 24hr pantry shop which perfect for family guests, quieter seating/dining area for guests who don't have children, children area, radio on for a cheerful breakfast experience. Lots of little details and extras is what made our stay a good one, we will definitely use the hotel again, 1 million percent I'd recommend this hotel to others as well, keep doing what you do because your smashing it! And all at a good fair price as well!! A must try!

Great hotel the rooms are good and service is great. We did have a bit of an issue with not having a physical card with us but staff were super helpful and we were able to solve this and pay the deposit.

This hotel is very close to the train station so the guests can just walk across the street to take the train. The hotel room is nice and big and clean. So, it’s very good for the guest who need to take the train in the early morning or late evening. There’re also many restaurants near the hotel. Also the metro station is just a few steps from the hotel. So the guest can get around the city using the underground metro conveniently.

The second time at the Hotel, staff friendly, this time room wasn't ready on time. Also, fresh plastered walls in the bathroom. Coffee stains all up the bedroom. Cleaners weren't the quietest banging doors, and it wasn't early. This was noon when we had been out for.lovely walk around Newcastle.

Sehr schönes Hotel und nahe dem Flughafen Newcastle zu Fuß. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und komfortabel. Sicherlich wird wieder kommen.

Stayed in this hotel for a one night business trip stay over. If you’re looking for something with a little character this is a great place to stay . Central Newcastle , right next to the central train station and Metro entrance, a little bit of elegance. A lovely entrance foyer ( decorated with an amazing Christmas tree) with large chandeliers and helpful staff at check in. Finding my room was a bit of an adventure , but part of the charm of a historic building . My room was clean , quiet , mini fridge , kettle and tea/coffee , tv , surprisingly good bathroom and comfortable bed. I had a good English breakfast in the morning , and again the staff were lovely. I thought it was very good value , and I would stay again .

Lovely stay at this hotel. Friendly staff and very helpful. Room was very comfortable, nice shower/bathroom and we enjoyed the street view of the town. Super location especially for the train station and town centre. My sons enjoyed the gym and their breakfast!

Einen Abend - Bankurlaub Sonntag in einem Club Doppelzimmer mit vollen englischen Frühstücksbuffet und einem Trinkgutschein. Wir blieben in Zimmer 511, das etwas geräumiger erscheint als andere Zimmer dieser Art, aber nur teilweise gesehen, weil am Ende des Korridors. Bei der Buchung hatten wir gebeten, zusätzliche Pfeile für das Bett zu haben und das wurde für unsere Ankunft gemacht. Ein sehr guter Übernachtung in einem Hotel gelegen in der einfachen Spazierweite von Bars und Restaurants auf der Queibenseite. Wir werden ein zurückkehrender Gast sein.
