Everything is really good. My only and very minor dissatisfaction is the credit I received from my Hilton Honor membership is on a per night basis, e.g. the total cannot be spent accumulative but on a per night basi ($48 per night)s. Unfortunately, I used 3 night of credit on one transaction and can only claim one night of credit on the bill, hence I need to pay another $80 to settle the bill.

We had a great stay here! The building itself is older, but it’s very obvious that the hotel has been newly renovated. Everything felt clean and fresh , the room was spacious, the furniture looked brand new, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. One of the highlights for our family was the game room, which was perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The amenities were also excellent, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. A huge bonus was the free EV charging, which made our trip even more convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again!

Das Personal war so nett, uns im behinderten Zimmer zu bestellen, als ich ihn gebeten hatte. Alles in dem Zimmer sah großartig aus, außer dass es kein echtes Kabinett für Kleidung gab. Und sie lieferten nur 2 Hanger (ich beigefügte ein Foto). Das Hotel ist von verschiedenen Restaurants und Malls umgeben. Ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Walmart und Lansdowne Centre. Neben Skytrain Station und Bushalte. Parkplatz ist riesig und kann viele Autos (mit einem Mindestparkplatzgebühr, wenn Sie ein Hotelgäst sind).

Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht, da es in der Nähe des Flughafens Vancouver liegt. Der Shuttlebus war für unsere Reisezeit ausgebucht, daher organisierte das Hotel ohne großes Aufsehen und kostenlos ein Taxi für uns – ein wirklich außergewöhnlicher Service. Das Zimmer war hell, sauber und hatte ein schönes Badezimmer. Das inkludierte Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Das einzige Problem, das wir erst bei unserer Ankunft am internationalen Flughafen Vancouver feststellten, war, dass wir eigentlich in Abbotsford hätten sein sollen – anderthalb Stunden entfernt.

Everything was fantastic. We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman at 130 am. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Highly recommend if your plans are to stay in Abbotsford

Die Lage des Hotels war super. Der Central Park war ganz in der Nähe, und es gab viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut gepflegt, was sehr angenehm war. Allerdings war die Bedienung des Warm- und Kaltwassers in der Badewanne nicht intuitiv. Beim Einchecken unterlief dem Mitarbeiter ein Fehler bei meiner Zahlung, ohne dass er sich entschuldigte. Das Frühstück war für meine Kollegen und mich etwas zu salzig, und die Anweisungen des Frühstücksmanagers waren unklar und verwirrend. (Bei einem erneuten Besuch werde ich das Frühstück nicht mehr bestellen.)

I am writing to formally express my very serious dissatisfaction regarding the condition of my room and the overall standard of service during my stay. To be completely honest, the situation is far below what any reasonable guest would expect from a hotel of this category and price level. There is clearly long-term dust accumulation on the exhaust fan and in multiple corners of the room. This is not a matter of minor housekeeping oversight for a day or two it reflects a prolonged lack of proper maintenance and cleaning standards. Such conditions are unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a luxury establishment. Even more concerning is the foul, rotten odor coming from the sink water. Every time I brush my teeth or wash my hands, the unpleasant smell is immediately noticeable and deeply disturbing. This raises not only comfort issues, but also serious concerns about hygiene and water safety. At this level of accommodation, guests should never have to question the basic quality of the water provided in their room. I strongly believe this matter requires immediate professional inspection. I chose to stay at your hotel and willingly paid a premium rate because I expected a premium experience including cleanliness, attention to detail, and reliable service. Unfortunately, what I have encountered so far reflects a significant gap between the price charged and the quality delivered. In addition, despite leaving a tip for housekeeping and placing a written note clearly requesting replenishment, my shampoo was not refilled. I was eventually forced to go into the corridor to find another staff member for assistance. Cotton swabs were also not replenished for three consecutive days. These are very basic service expectations that should not require repeated reminders from guests. Taken together, these issues have had a substantial negative impact on my stay and overall impression of the hotel. I find this situation extremely disappointing and frankly inconsistent with the reputation and standards your brand claims to uphold. I would appreciate it if management could review this matter seriously and provide a clear and appropriate resolution.

I had a really great stay at Grand Park Hotel & Suites Downtown Vancouver. What stood out right away was the service. The staff were excellent, quick to respond, and very reliable whenever I needed anything. It made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. The facilities honestly exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. Everything felt well-maintained and comfortable, so it definitely felt like great value for money. I also have to mention the food. It was genuinely delicious, with good quality ingredients and generous portions. That was a pleasant surprise and added a lot to the overall stay. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, good service, and solid value in downtown Vancouver.

It was my second time staying at this hotel. There were two things I really needed to mention. First, I turned on Netflix and started watching a movie around 8:00pm but I fell asleep shortly after. Around 9pm someone started knocking on my door very loudly, which woke me up. I then heard someone outside saying, “Hey, lower the volume.” I was honestly super confused because the TV wasn’t even that loud???? and the knocking itself was louder than the TV and was what actually woke me up. I didn’t open the door because I found it creepy. After that, I called my friend, and he suggested I contact the front desk. When I called, the lady told me their housekeeper had already checked and there was nobody in the lobby anymore (which makes sense because it had happened around 20 minutes earlier). She also said other people shouldn’t be able to access guest floors without a key card. When I asked whether anyone staying beside me had complained, she said nobody was staying next to my room, and the guest next door had only just checked in. Maybe it was just someone passing by, but it was still really weird and uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in many hotels in different countries and have never experienced something like this before. The second issue was that both the internet and TV stopped working at night and were still not working the next morning when I checked out, which was really frustrating. I mentioned it during checkout, and the front desk staff simply said the whole building was having the same issue and they were trying to fix it 🥲 The good thing is they’ve now fixed the access issue, so everyone needs a key card to access their floor. The hotel itself is brand new, very quiet, and clean, which is why I chose to stay here again. Since it’s owned by Hilton, I honestly expected the staff to be a bit more professional when speaking to customers. The housekeeping staff were all super friendly though.

Die Personal sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Der ganze Prozess zum Ein und aus checken war einwandfrei und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist top! Auto sowie Fahrrad Vermietung ist einfach nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Man hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut und bis auf 23 Uhr verfügbar und auch fürs Essen im Zimmer. Ich bin das erste Mal in Vancouver, dieses Hotel ist nur zu empfehlen.
