the service was good, but there were stain on the bed sheet and hair on the floor even after house keeping, hope they can improve the cleaning a bit. and the water was not hot enough, other than that everything else is ok.

Hotel in Flughafennähe. Der Preis ist wirklich günstig, aber der Service ist quasi nicht existent. Das Hotel bietet auch keine Einwegpantoffeln, Zahnpasta oder Zahnbürsten an. Die kostenlose Kaffeemaschine und die Teetassen waren staubig, und die Kissen waren schmutzig. Das größte Problem war jedoch die extrem schlechte Schalldämmung. Man hörte die Flugzeuge beim Starten und Landen im Zimmer ganz klar. Die Vorteile sind die Nähe zum Flughafen, der bequeme Shuttle-Service und der günstige Preis. Für einen Zwischenstopp kann man es in Kauf nehmen, aber für einen Aufenthalt von zwei oder drei Tagen würde ich es nicht empfehlen.

Die Zimmer waren für uns bereit, sauber. Obwohl die Zimmer klein waren, waren wir ganzes Wochenende beschäftigt und wir waren dort zu schlafen, nicht zu einer Party etc..

Während der Epidemie wurde das Frühstück auf eine reichhaltige Verpackung zum Mitnehmen umgestellt, mit Bagels, Muffins, gekochten Eiern, Äpfeln und einer Flasche Mineralwasser! Das Zimmer ist recht zufriedenstellend und kanadischer Standard, bequemes Parken, kostenlose Parkplätze

All I can say is the kids loved it other than the beds. The beds were both visibly sunken in the middle. This was in room 164. Our friends stayed in another room and had great beds. Ours needs replacing badly. The worst part was the noise at night heard until everyone settled down for the night around midnight. (We use earplugs and still too noisy) The rooms aren’t sound proof at all. Upstairs or down. Our friends stayed in a room upstairs and had the same problem. The best part was the pool for the kids which is why we chose to stay here along with the included breakfast(yogurt, peaches fruit cups, white bread for toast, cereal, make your own pancakes, juice and coffee. Had milk but no cream for coffee which many voiced their disappointed ). Very minimal breakfast but kids were happy enough. Hopefully management can make a few changes to make the stay better for the guests to come.

The idea of viewing the tarmac at a hotel room is fascinating! The room (Deluxe King) is very spacious, beautiful and clean. I don't find the room noisy despite the location. I had my cat with me and cat litter, litter box and bowls were provided and prepared in advance. I love the brand and scent of the toiletries provided, le labo Rose 31.

Der Ort ist bequem, der Rezeptor-Dienstler ist sehr freundlich und hat Frühstück verpackt. Das Zimmer ist alt und sauber. Es sollte nicht ideal sein, dass die Unterkleidung des letzten Gastes, der sich aufhielt, unter dem Kleidungsort verlassen wurde, aber die Sauberkeit wurde nicht gefunden. Nach dem Anruf zum Kundendienst ist das Hotel so schnell, dass jemand reinigt wird, also gibt es keine Wahl, um zu wechseln.

The location of this hotel is superb! We took Uber direct from Victoria Airport to hotel only 37 mins. Connector bus terminal just right at the corner which we took on the way back direct to Vancouver Airport. It is right at the center of downtown, walking distance can reach major Victoria's key tourist destinations and very accessible to many eateries nearby. The hotel is clean and simple, but not too many facilities. Only have one Starbucks and a Pizza corners serving breakfast and pizza in evening. But with the accessible location, its all good. I will definitely return since its really a convenient location with value for money room rate.
