"Al entrar ves todo amplio, limpio, huele bien. Sin embargo, al llegar a la habitación fue bastante decepcionante. Mi pareja mide 2 metros, nos vieron en la recepción al hacer el checking y aún así nos dieron una habitación adaptada para minusválidos. El baño era completamente a ras del suelo, vater, lavabo e inodoro, lo que resultaba bastante incómodo lavarse los dientes, la cara… Todo. Escasez de productos, ni crema corporal, ni mascarilla de pelo, nada. Dos simples botes compartidos además, que los irán intercambiando de habitación en habitación, de gel y champú. No más. En cuanto a las camas, dejaban bastante que desear. Los colchones se deslizan del somier y parecen de muelles. A las 9 de la mañana pasan los carritos de la limpieza y, en vez de pasearlos por la moqueta para evitar ruidos, los pasan por los azulejos cerca de las puertas, lo que resulta imposible dormir u obtener algo de silencio. Y, por último, el aparcamiento es escaso. Todo de pago. Libres muy poquitos, ya que está ubicado dentro del área hospitalaria. En general, decepcionante para un 4 estrellas y a ese precio la noche."

Sehr gut, die Umgebung ist besonders gut, in der alten Stadt Segovia. Alle Attraktionen können zu Fuß gehen und die Wasserstraße 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Das alte Kloster wurde renoviert und hat einen besonderen Geschmack. Die Tür, die Gang ist sehr alt und das Zimmer ist sehr modern. Besonders das Innenrestaurant, wie der Geschmack des Untergrundspalasts. Wenn das Zimmer kein Frühstück enthält, gibt es noch eine 25 Euro. Das Zimmer ist groß. Das Fenster ist sehr schön. Darüber hinaus gibt es keine extreme Umweltschutzgarantie in Europa, wie im Inland-Hotel, das Zimmer hat Kaffeemaschine und Taschentücher, Schleier, Zahnfleisch, nichts anderes, es muss nicht anders anrufen PS: Nachdem ich gerade aus Madrid kam, erlebte ich das teure und extreme Umweltschutz im Madrid-Hotel und plötzlich dachte, dass die Umweltüberlastung die Komfortsreduzierung verringern würde.

An great hotel and for the quality and the price a bargain. The location is on the corner of the main plaza with the breakfast room over looking the square. Beds and rooms are clean and good quality. Everything is within 10 minutes walk with some very good restaurants a few minutes away.

Very fancy hotel. This is a stunning hotel in the heart of Burgos, opposite of the incredible cathedral. The breakfast area looks like it's a former church. Absolutely beautiful! The good: - Spacious room. - Dogs welcome. -Organic (and delicious) coffee and tea in the room (Nespresso capsules). -Breakfast very rich and a lot of choices. -Underground parking at 20€/night. The bad: -35€ for the dogs per night, might be the most expensive I've ever paid for them. -I had an unpleasant experience with the man working at the breakfast area. He came up to my table and spoke fast and a lot. I understand some Spanish but it was too much. He saw that I didn't understand and said “no comprende” and left. Very rude! By observing the other tables I understood that he was asking if I wanted to order something from the kitchenand listed all the different options. It would have been nice to do that!

古堡很贊，難得的體驗，性價比極高，距離薩拉曼卡也不遠，強烈推薦！ 孩子要加25歐一位，可是孩子們喜歡極了這裏。 請選擇高一級的房型，最便宜的房間在外圍樓下，我們現場補差升級到了庭院樓上，房間好太多太多了。 晚餐也是可圈可點，小童菜單特別優惠，桑特利亞好喝，不怕在這裏吃不到好吃的。 前台女士幫助了我們太多，其他服務人員也是態度很好。

Great location, quiet room, and very convenient parking! I really enjoyed my stay at NH Hotel in León. At first, I was a bit disappointed to get a room with a city view instead of the main square. But it turned out to be a good thing — the square is full of bars and restaurants, so it gets very loud until late at night. Also, the square was under construction, so I was actually happy to avoid the noise and mess. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. There were a few hairs in the shower, but overall, everything felt tidy. I loved the small details — like the nice selection of teas (4 different flavors!). The hotel’s location is perfect — right in the city center, which makes it easy to explore León on foot. A big bonus was the secure parking right inside the hotel — very convenient if you're traveling by car. Would definitely stay here again!

There is plenty of car parking spaces on the hotel grounds. The staff were friendly, helpful and could speak very good English which was very used as we do not speak Spanish! The hotel is a beautiful old building which had been modernised with consideration. Our room was extremely clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was adequate for our one night stay. The TV only had a news channel availing English, and the TV was an older style so we could not plug in any additional technology. We ate dinner in the restaurant as it would have been too long a walk in the rain. The food was reasonable and the house wine was very good. The cost of the meal though was very over priced. I would stay here again but maybe not have a meal in the restaurant due only to the price. The restaurant staff were lovely.
