AAnonymer BenutzerWir waren hier, um eine Nacht zu verbringen und am nächsten Morgen recht früh mit dem Zug abzureisen.
Somit waren wir in diesem Hotel gegenüber dem Bahnhof perfekt untergebracht.
Die Schlüsselübergabe dauerte trotz der Kürze der Zeit etwas, da die Rezeptionistin viele Anfragen gleichzeitig hatte.
Wir fanden unser Zimmer im 8. Stock vor, geräumig und wie gewünscht weit vom Aufzug entfernt. Da die Heizung auf 22 Grad eingestellt war, haben wir sie für die Nacht runtergedreht.
Bei unserer Ankunft fehlte uns das Toilettenpapier. ein bisschen peinlich, das so spät mit einem Kleinkind zu realisieren.
Die Bettwäsche war komfortabel.
Der Vorteil der Lage des Hotels bringt jedoch auch einen Nachteil aufgrund des Lärms in der Nacht mit sich. Für eine Nacht und das Ziel kann man aber auch darauf verzichten.
Das angebotene Frühstück für 16€/Person haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, da uns die Uhrzeit (ab 7 Uhr) zu spät war. Allerdings finde ich den Preis für ein Frühstück sehr hoch.
Die Kurtaxe haben wir am nächsten Tag bezahlt, trotz meiner zahlreichen Mahnungen am Abend, um nachzufragen, ob alles bezahlt wurde (und um am nächsten Morgen nicht nochmal warten zu müssen, falls sich die Situation vom Vortag wiederholen sollte).
Insgesamt war es eine gute Erfahrung.

GGastnutzerOutst!.anding experience in Lourdes - relates to very first day - my daughter & self walking towards sanctuary, and really looking forward to so much. I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account

MMaverick79Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und nur einen Spaziergang zum Lourdes Sanctuary. Rezeptionen Mitarbeiter freundlich und schnell mit unserem Wunsch antworten.
Wir haben Erfahrung mit dem Aircon funktioniert nicht am Nachmittag und Wasserheizer funktioniert nicht früh am Morgen. Hoffentlich könnten sie in Zukunft besser.

B&B Hotel Toulouse – Review
The hotel is in a great location for visiting Cité de l’Espace. We were able to park at the hotel and walk to the attraction, which was very convenient. The staff we encountered were lovely, and the room was very clean. There was also good free Wi-Fi and a wall-mounted TV.
However, there were several drawbacks.
We arrived at 9pm and found there were no staff on site. Instead, we had to use a digital check-in system to obtain codes for both the building and our room. As there were two of us, the system required separate details and email addresses for each guest before issuing the code, which was frustrating after a long journey.
The restaurant next door was closed (it doesn’t open on weekends or public holidays), so we had to walk over a mile to find food, which wasn’t ideal late in the evening.
The air conditioning was ineffective, it made a lot of noise but didn’t actually blow any cool air. We ended up opening the windows, but it was a very hot night, so this didn’t help much.
The bedding wasn’t 100% cotton, which made it uncomfortable in the heat.
Finally, the shower was extremely small and wouldn’t be suitable for a larger person.
No carpets in the rooms.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist ein Jahr alt, es ist relativ spät, der Parkplatz ist schwieriger als die Prüfung, das Restzimmer ist nicht gut, das Problem reflektiert das Hotel hat das Zimmer umgestellt, und der Aufenthalt ist noch glücklicher. Die Monpilieri-Piraterie, die Stadt ist gut, ich habe einige Tage gelebt und fühle mich gut.

AAng_ieWe stayed at Hôtel Golf Fontcaude for more than a week during winter, and overall, it left a very clear impression of being well maintained and thoughtfully equipped.
The first thing that really stood out was how clean everything was. The rooms, common areas—everything felt spotless and well cared for. That sense of cleanliness immediately made the stay more comfortable and reassuring.
The hotel is also well equipped, especially with the many rooms featuring a kitchenette. For a longer stay like ours, this made a huge difference. Being able to prepare simple meals and settle into a routine gave the place a practical, almost apartment-like feel.
That said, staying there in winter came with one small drawback. The floor was quite cold, and without carpet, it was noticeable—especially in the mornings. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it’s something worth knowing if you’re visiting during the colder months.
Overall, Hôtel Golf Fontcaude felt clean, functional, and well suited for longer stays, particularly if you value space and self-catering. A warm pair of slippers in winter would definitely make it even better.

GGastnutzerIch habe meinen Aufenthalt im Hotel wirklich genossen, sehr schön und ordentlich 👌 und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen 💯 Und ich hoffe, Apart City in ganz Europa zu finden 👌
Fast alles ist leicht zu erreichen, Strand, Geschäfte und alles 🫡 Ich kann gar nicht in Worte fassen, wie zufrieden ich mit dem Service bin. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.

GGastnutzerPosizione eccezionale a circa 150m dal santuario, circondato da tanti locali e ristoranti. Di fronte all’hotel è possibile prendere in prestito le sedie a rotelle, qualora ci fossero persone disabili. Buona la colazione internazionale. Personale gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio e ci tornerò sicuramente.

Je recommande pour des voyages longs comme courts.
Les nombreux services de l’hôtel vous permettent de vous divertir directement sur place.
Très bien situé, vous avez accès à tout en quelques minutes et sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. (Plage, commerce, gare, tram…)
Le seul point négatif serait peut-être le manque de choix dans le restaurant. Des plats + élaborés pourraient vraiment apportés un plus à ce magnifique lieu.
