Das Hotel war genau wie die Fotos gezeigt. Ich war überrascht, um eine 150 Euro-Einlage zu beantragen, Dieses muss transparenter sein, bevor die Buchung. Es ist schwer zu finden, wo diese Formulierung erscheint. Auch mein Zimmer im 5. Stock war fast unmöglich zu schlafen, weil sehr starke Kochgeräuche durch meine Zimmer, von wo ich nicht sicher bin. Scham, weil das Hotel sehr bequem für die Hauptbahnhof in Toulouse ist.

I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und nur einen Spaziergang zum Lourdes Sanctuary. Rezeptionen Mitarbeiter freundlich und schnell mit unserem Wunsch antworten. Wir haben Erfahrung mit dem Aircon funktioniert nicht am Nachmittag und Wasserheizer funktioniert nicht früh am Morgen. Hoffentlich könnten sie in Zukunft besser.

Das Zimmer selbst war sauber und gut gepflegt. Das Bett war komfortabel genug, um eine gute Nacht zu schlafen, und das Zimmer hatte alle Grundsätze, die Sie erwartet hätten, saubere Handtücher, ein anständiges Badezimmer, und genügend Platz, um sich ohne das Gefühl gekrampft zu bewegen. Die Hausaufbewahrung hat eine gute Arbeit gemacht, die Dinge während des Aufenthalts sauber zu halten. That said, staying there in winter came with one small drawback. The floor was quite cold, and without carpet, it was noticeable—especially in the mornings. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it’s something worth knowing if you’re visiting during the colder months. Overall, Hôtel Golf Fontcaude felt clean, functional, and well suited for longer stays, particularly if you value space and self-catering. A warm pair of slippers in winter would definitely make it even better.

Makellos sauber und ein komfortables, ruhiges Zimmer, genau wie abgebildet. Sehr freundliches Personal und angenehme Umgebung mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten im Umkreis von 5 Gehminuten. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen.

Posizione eccezionale a circa 150m dal santuario, circondato da tanti locali e ristoranti. Di fronte all’hotel è possibile prendere in prestito le sedie a rotelle, qualora ci fossero persone disabili. Buona la colazione internazionale. Personale gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio e ci tornerò sicuramente.
