This is an exceptionally good hotel. Very central and strategic location - walking distance to the main train station Gare Montabiau, nearby to a metro station, right next to the bus station, there’s a convenience store Carrefour Express around the corner and it’s a walking distance to most restaurants and tourist attractions (10 to 15 minutes walk). The highlight of my 5 nights stay was the staffs, most spoke impeccable English and have a great service attitude. Will be great if toothbrush and toothpaste were provided, but they do provide unlimited water where you can refill at the water machine in the lobby. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Toulouse.

Location is great, right near a bus depot which makes getting around easy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, though it could have more options. The rooms are quite small but are well appointed with everything you might need. The car park is a little difficult to get into if you have a larger car.

Great little hotel in Toulouse. Really convenient location for everything - 10 min walk from train station, 5 min walk to airport shuttle bus stop, 10 min walk to city centre. Genuinely friendly and helpful staff! Loved that you could grab a coffee and a pastry free of charge. The room itself is on the small side but nice. Amenities were good as well, including hair conditioner and body lotion. The only thing I was slightly annoyed by was the location of the light switches - you open the door to the bathroom, realise that the light’s not on, start fumbling around for the switch, but can’t find it because it’s covered by the door you just opened) Also there aren’t many power outlets, I had to unplug the hotel phone to plug in my charger

Great location, central to both the bus and train station. Upon check-in, although we arrived early we were offered complimentary refreshments and the staff gave us a map on a run down on the local area. Fantastic stay from start to finish, all of the staff were friendly and courteous throughout. We had a room on the 7th floor, very well presented, clean and equipped with everything we required for our stay. Comfy bed, excellent nights sleep. Excellent express breakfast available for €5, coffee, juice, fruit and pastry. We'll worth it! Thank you for a lovely stay, highly recommended.

該酒店距火車站、汽車站、地鐵均不遠，周邊還有大小超市，步行去老城及其景點也不過15分鐘左右。該酒店前台服務不錯，原先通過攜程預訂的房間在一1層，後經爭取換至3層。房間能開窗通風，乾濕分離，除浴缸過入爬出要當心，.洗澡水太給力了，是迄今住得最舒適的酒店。

Genial! Viajamos con nuestras bicicletas y en el mismo parking para clientes tenían también para aparcar bicicletas, sin ningún coste extra!

Super accueil, gentillesse du personnel, commodités parfaite et très bon emplacement. Nous avons passé un bon séjour !
