I recently stayed at d'primahotel Tangerang and overall had a very pleasant experience, especially considering the value for money. The hotel is conveniently located close to Soekarno–Hatta International Airport, making it a great option for transit stays, short business trips, or overnight layovers. It is also relatively close to Batu Ceper station and some shopping areas, which makes getting around fairly convenient. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and generally clean. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was modern and functional. The hotel has a modern industrial-style design with a pleasant atmosphere throughout the lobby and café areas. The overall ambience felt relaxing and suitable for both business and leisure travellers. One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the breakfast buffet. There was a good variety of Indonesian and international food, and the quality was surprisingly good for the room price. The restaurant and café area had a nice atmosphere, and the buffet was handled efficiently even during busy periods. The hotel staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From reception to restaurant staff and security personnel, the hospitality was excellent. Many staff members went out of their way to assist guests, which made the stay more enjoyable and comfortable. There are a few minor downsides. Some parts of the hotel feel slightly older and could benefit from renovation or better maintenance. The surrounding area is not particularly scenic or tourist-oriented, and it feels more like a business or industrial area rather than a lively residential neighbourhood. Walking around outside the hotel at night may not be ideal for everyone. Overall, d'primahotel Tangerang is a very good choice for travellers looking for an affordable, comfortable, and convenient airport-area hotel in Tangerang. The friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, and easy airport access make it a hotel I would happily stay at again.

10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt mit kostenlosem Flughafentransfer. Mini-Duschgel und Shampoo. Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta. Kaffee- und Teezubereitungsmöglichkeiten. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Schade, dass die Bettwäsche Flecken hatte, der Kissenbezug eingerissen war und es sich anfühlte, als gäbe es Bettwanzen. Die Wände könnten auch einen neuen Anstrich vertragen.

Enjoyed a pleasant stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Bintaro Jaya. The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and conveniently located with easy access to Jakarta and the surrounding areas. The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the breakfast offered a good variety of choices. What stood out the most was the friendly and professional service from the hotel team throughout our stay. A great option for both business travelers and families looking for a comfortable stay in the Bintaro area. Highly recommended.

This luxurious hotel located at anyer area, the beach area located across the hotel we need to used the shuttle provided from the hotel to the beach and car park. The shuttle going back and forth from one location to other, so we need not wait too long. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathroom also clean with complete amenities. There's coffee machine ready to used and coffee capsules. The staffs are very helpful from the first time we arrived and during our stays. The swimming pool and kids play area is very nice, the spa, the gym and also the shops. The restaurant ready to prepare our order and the food are delicious, we also stays to have lunch before we leave. Overall very nice stay during our vacation, very pleased with the food and services.

Mein internationaler Flug ging am nächsten Morgen. Es fuhr stündlich ein Shuttlebus zum Flughafen. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Seeblick gebucht, konnte aber nur einen riesigen Baum sehen, und wegen des Regens war der See gar nicht zu erkennen. Der Flur roch etwas muffig, aber das Zimmer selbst war in Ordnung; die Klimaanlage blies direkt aufs Bett. Da das Hotel in Flughafennähe lag, war etwas Fluglärm zu hören, aber zum Glück störte er meinen Schlaf nicht. Das Frühstück begann um 6 Uhr, und das Hotel stellte uns Essen zum Mitnehmen bereit, damit wir den Shuttlebus um 6 Uhr zum Flughafen erreichen konnten. Der Service war recht gut.

Wir haben sie über die App, per E-Mail und über ihre Website kontaktiert, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Schließlich bekamen wir die Nummer des Fahrers, mit der wir ihn per WhatsApp kontaktierten und die Abholung vom Flughafen vereinbarten: +62 811-9457-002 Die Zimmer rochen sehr stark muffig. Wasser tropfte von der Badezimmerdecke. Wir konnten nicht schlafen, weil wir die ganze Nacht Geräusche hörten, als würde ein Wagen bewegt.

Stay overnight for the Chinese New Year. The evening event was enjoyable, with good food, great music, and a lively lion dance performance that added to the festive atmosphere. The hotel is clean, well-located, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall, a great experience and definitely recommended.
