Hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt in Herloom! Bringt unseren Hund mit, zusätzliche 300k/night für kleinen Hund. Sie bieten Bett und Essen für unser Baby. Sehr empfohlen!

Lovely hotel, great value for money, nice breakfast options, pleasant pool. Stay here every time we want to be in tangerang! Staff are friendly and helpful too. I do have a suggestion though: I wanted a king bed non-smoking room and all deluxe rooms were occupied I asked if the double beda could be put together but would have been happy to pay extra to upgrade to executive but was not offered.

Das Hotel hat die Erfahrung mit einem schönen Handtuch, einem glücklichen Kuchen und schönen Spiegeldekorationen im Zimmer besonders gemacht. Wir mussten auch eine ganze Reihe von Dokumenten drucken, und die meisten der Druckereien wurden erfreulich gegeben, was sehr nett und sehr geschätzt war. Die Zimmer waren ausgezeichnet, mit guter Qualität Dusche Gel, Klimaanlage, Shampoo und anderen essenziellen Gegenständen in großzügigen Mengen. Das Zimmer wurde gründlich gereinigt und das Hausbetreuungsteam hat während unseres Aufenthalts eine tolle Arbeit geleistet. Insgesamt genossen wir unserem Aufenthalt und hatten eine erstaunliche Erfahrung.

Hotel is old, but okay clean - mostly clean but details no. Especially for the towels, it “looks” dirty. I changed towels two to three times, two new towels every time but somehow at least half of time, the towels have black or yellow sports. I believe the towels are cleaned but very very old towels that they can’t get the marks off…sometimes the bed sheets also has marks. Tooth brush is so hard…unless you usually use the hard one.At the beginning, the hot water was not hot at all (kinda cold), but hotel fix it after reporting, so service wise was okay. Breakfast is a bit pricy but good and with diversity. If you regularly eat breakfast and eat decent amount, then it’s good to have breakfast included. Gym is great! Very complete unlike a lot of hotels. Pools area is good too, having a few locations and sizes (mostly quite big). But sometimes with a lot of leaves floating on top of water. P.s I even think the pool towels are cleaner than the room ones. Location-wise, quite good I suppose. Many malls and restaurants around the area and nice supermarket as well. Just hotel has a big parking lot and land, so if you gonna go around by foot, it might take a bit of time depending on how fast you walk(?) 

We had a wonderful 3 days and 2 nights stay at Novus Jiva Anyer. The atmosphere was calm and refreshing, perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The rooms were comfortable, the views were beautiful, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Das Frühstück ist köstlich, das beste Frühstück, das ich je auf Bali und Jakarta hatte. Nicht besonders reichhaltig, aber der geschmorte Kohl und der süß-saure Fisch sind wirklich köstlich. Der Service ist enthusiastisch, einfach zu enthusiastisch. . .

Ein Hotel in Flughafennähe. Sie bieten einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Service an, aber es ist sehr schwierig, diesen zu finden. Wir haben sie über die App, per E-Mail und über ihre Website kontaktiert, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Schließlich bekamen wir die Nummer des Fahrers, mit der wir ihn per WhatsApp kontaktierten und die Abholung vom Flughafen vereinbarten: +62 811-9457-002 Die Zimmer rochen sehr stark muffig. Wasser tropfte von der Badezimmerdecke. Wir konnten nicht schlafen, weil wir die ganze Nacht Geräusche hörten, als würde ein Wagen bewegt.

This is no doubt the best hotel for anyone for anyone who’s planning to attend any event in ICE or the surrounding areas. However, if you have no such urgency or a casual traveller, I wouldn’t recommend you to stay here. The location is a bit far from everything, the amenities are rather lacking and the cleanliness is a bit questionable - I peeked in between the toilet sink and it was very dirty 😢 The variety of foods for breakfast was not THAT much, and when there’s an event the hotel got super busy, the breakfast spot was really crowded and I’m afraid the staffs are nor prepared for such influx of people.

Wir haben dort eine Nacht verbracht, da unser Flug Verspätung hatte und wir am nächsten Morgen einen Anschlussflug hatten. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens, der Hotelshuttle fährt aber nur bis 12 Uhr. (Vorsicht vor den Taxifahrern am Flughafen, sie versuchen, Touristen abzuzocken!) Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, sauber, aber schon recht abgenutzt. Trotzdem gut geeignet, wenn man eine Unterkunft in Flughafennähe braucht. Das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück haben wir nicht probiert, es sah aber gut aus.

Zentral im Terminal 2 gelegenes Hotel. schöne und saubere Zimmer mit Blick zum Rollfeld. sehr gutes Frühstück von bereits 3-9 Uhr. freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. für eine Stop-Over absolut zu empfehlen.
