Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Meter vom alten Keller der Stadt Logroo, der Hauptrekreationsgebiet der Stadt. Zudem gibt es einen großen Platz in der Nähe des Hotel Murrieta mit kostenlosen Parkplätze. Das Hotel Murrieta ist daher eine ausgezeichnete Wahl, um in der Stadt Logroño zu übernachten.

Die Wahrheit ist, es war eine gute Wahl, es muss betont werden, dass es nicht mehr nh Erfolg heißt, jetzt heißt es ”Hotel Logroño Park”, so verwirren Sie sich nicht. Es ist ein einfaches, aber ziemlich gutes Hotel. A lovely 4 star hotel smack bang in the middle of town. We received a very professional and pleasant welcome and were given a large room on the 6th floor overlooking the Gran Via. Very clean, modern furnishings, with a fridge and free bottles of water. The marble-clad bathroom was large and had a bidet and bath. We had a very comfortable night. We would have been happy to give the hotel an excellent rating if it had been a little quieter. Although we were high up, we could hear road noise, the cleaner bumping around upstairs, and a fair bit of noise from the corridor. Also, for a four star hotel, I would have expected separate shower gel and shampoo, rather than an all-in-one lotion in a bottle, and a safe. It’s ideally placed if you’re travelling without a car, being about a 10 minute walk from the (huge and empty) train station and bus station.

Amazing hotel - fabulous staff providing exemplary service. Wonderful accommodation. Manage at reception went above and beyond to help me and to get my washing dine same day!!! Then I left my walking staff behind, and the lovely lady in the restaurant ran after me to the Camino to hand it me!!! This is a hotel which delivers its promise for service excellence. !! Well done.

Lovely hotel in the old quarter of Logroño. Parking is available in the nearby Espilon parking. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We were very lucky to be upgraded to a Junior suite which was a lovely surprise. The room was huge with absolutely everything you could want. It was also very quiet considering we were in the middle of the old part of Logroño which is teeming with cafes and bars. The breakfast was superb with so much choice. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel

We stayed at the hotel for two nights, which included a rest day on our 500 mile walk on the Camino de Santiago. The hotel is perfectly situated, just a block or two from all all of the coolest spots. The room was lovely, a very big and comfortable bed, a very luxurious bathroom. And some nice touches like a robe and slippers. The only comment I would make is that it was a bit noisy on the Friday and Saturday night that we stayed there, but that is to be expected I suppose.

No hemos podido estar más a gusto, nos habéis tratado como en casa!!! La limpieza muy bien, las camas cómodas, muy silencioso, la comida riquísima y variada. My husband and I enjoyed our 3-night stay at Sercotel Portales in Logroño. The room was comfortable and clean and had all we needed - including the ability to make hot tea and coffee in the room. We also enjoyed having a nice view of the plaza, with a window that opened so we could get some fresh air (weather permitting). The breakfast at the hotel was very good, with a nice selection of hot items, breads, juices, fruit and sweets. It was also very convenient to have a parking garage in the hotel - although it was challenging to maneuver our not-so-small rental car in and out of the allotted space! Finally, the staff were very friendly and helpful. And the hotel is very centrally and conveniently located, which is a big plus!

Everything in this review is from the lense of my wife and I who stayed here two nights while in the La Rioja region for a wedding in Ollauri. 1. This hotel is incredible. It shouldn't be reviewed as less than 5 stars, period. Do you know how hard it is to find an impeccable hotel and location in Europe regardless of the hotel rating and especially one located in a town of 700 people? I would dare say impossible. However this hotel in Briones nails it. There is history, wonderful people, and this boutique hotel that should be 100% booked year round (there were openings while we were there in July, insane...). If you are lucky enough to book a stay here, hug a stranger and count your blessings. 2. This hotel is a converted family mansion with an actual well deserved Michelin star (1 star) ”Allegar” with a limited amount of rooms (I believe 16 total rooms). The hotel dates back to the 16th century with some of the original walls still built against with a modern build out. Bathrooms, beds, furniture, etc... all date from the 2020s and feel brand new (even though this hotel has been open for a few years). Every staff member was fantastic on-site. Start up a little conversation and you might be surprised by the little tid bits they have to offer. 3. Allegar! Okay Spain has tons and tons of Michelin star restaurants and while we haven't eaten at every single one in the country, we have had enough choice food across the globe to know when we are eating something spectacular. Allegar's La Rioja tasting menu was so damn good we ate it two days in a row. You likely won't want to eat anything else for the rest of the day because of how filling the journey is, but who cares? That's the point of food this good. The chef is marvelous and his team of sous chefs deliver right along with him. The first tasting was a solo date and the second day was with friends. If we had more time we would have eaten there again and had the Allegar tasting menu (the other main tasting menu other than a la carte). 4. The wine. You're in the La Rioja region so yeah, there is fantastic wine everywhere. The hotel has its own wine and we purchased it as gifts for family and friends because it was as good as the hotel stay and the Allegar. If that isn't enough for you, then check out the Bodegas (yes wineries, not shops) in the area and you will have even more to bring back home. Side note, ladies if you need your hair done, there is a quaint local salon in town (think Paul Mitchell 1980s vibes) and the owner/team there know their stuff. To all the team members at the Santa Maria Briones, my wife and I would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful stay this year and we cannot wait to visit again in the future!!!

Hotel sieht neu renoviert aus, Zimmer war sehr geräumig, Klimaanlage funktioniert und ist sehr leise, man kann damit schlafen. Betten waren gut, könnten aber etwas weicher sein. Frühstücks Buffet war sehr gut mit warmen und kalten Gerichten.

Habitación espectacular tanto en dimensiones/espacio como en comodidad de la cama. Ubicación céntrica. Difícil para aparcar, por lo que es recomendable coger el parking del hotel, por 8 euros la noche. Hasta aquí todo razonable. Las 3 estrellas vienen por su restaurante. No entendemos cómo un 4* puede tener este servicio tan...¿pésimo?. Decidimos ir al restaurante del hotel, esperando que siendo un 4*, fuera mejor opción. Nos pusimos a pedir de la carta y nos sueltan que la cocina no les funciona, habiendo dicho previamente que íbamos a picar algo, indicándonos el servicio dónde podíamos sentarnos para ello. Una persona pidió un sándwich, y su respuesta fue que no lo podían hacer; pedimos secreto ibérico, y que tampoco. Así que preguntamos qué podían preparar, y nos respondieron que preguntásemos y nos decían. ¿Dónde estaba la cámara oculta? Otra persona pidió patatas a la riojana, y nuestra sorpresa fue que ”vale”. Seguimos pidiendo algunas tapas, patatas con chédar y una ensalada mixta...Trajeron las patatas con queso chédar,y como a la media hora vienen, y que las patatas a la riojana no va a ser posible, que tenemos que cambiar el plato, así que se cambio por un pisto con huevo frito...Parecíamos tener suerte con el pisto!!! Total, que...Trayendo a cuentagotas y sin orden, los platos, a cada cual peor, decidimos pagar e irnos sin tomar ni postres ni cafés, ni nada. Una pena que un hotel de 4 estrellas tenga un servicio de restaurante tan malo.

Pasamos un par de días espectaculares en Logroño. Desde el momento en el que entramos en el hotel nos sentimos bienvenidas, muchísimas gracias a Jonathan y al resto del equipo. Todos fueron muy cordiales y cercanos. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente, pero el equipo de recepción lo solventó enseguida y tanto mi madre como yo nos marchamos muy contentas. ¡Muchas gracias! Nuestra habitación era muy espaciosa, limpia y con un montón de claridad, ¡dormimos estupendamente! También tenía un pequeño minibar con agua y refrescos fríos que nos vino muy bien. El hotel está super cerca de todo y pudimos ir a cenar sin problema sin tener que caminar más de un par de minutos. No pudimos probar el desayuno ni el bar, así que esperamos poder hacerlo en nuestra próxima visita. ¡Volveremos sin duda!

Die Anfahrt ist äußert kompliziert, da das Hotel in einer verkehrsberuhigten Einbahnstraße liegt. Achtung: überall stehen Überwachungskameras. Es gibt eine hoteleigene Tiefgarage. Mit einem großen Wagen kommen Sie hinein, aber nicht wieder heraus. Die Einfahrt ist steil und eng. Unten gibt es nur ca. 7 Stellplätze, rangieren ist durch die Enge und die vielen Säulen schier unmöglich. Parkplätze in der Nähe Fehlanzeige. Die Fenster im Zimmer konnte man nur einen Spalt weit öffnen. Um die Fenster war die Wand voller Schimmel- und Wasserflecken. Bis morgens um 3 h ist vor dem Hotel ununterbrochen Lärm aufgrund der umliegenden Außengastronomien. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls das schlechteste unserer Reise. Billiger Käse, kaum Wurst und Schinken, keine vernünftige Auswahl, nicht abgeräumte Frühstückstische, Abfall auf der Erde, Raum ohne Fenster im Keller! Neben unserem Tisch standen Kinderstühle, in denen Putzmittel abgestellt waren.

Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Bathroom was quite dark (green) and so makeup was done in the main room. Excellent water pressure. Easy to walk to the old town via the river and walking trails. Was part of a group travel, met expectations.
