Meine Layout in SDQ wurde für den Ruhezustand verwendet. Ich genossen mein Zimmer. Es war sauber mit allen Einrichtungen. Ich genossen lange Stunden Schlaf ohne Unterbrechungen. Die Mitarbeiter waren angenehmen und der Service im Restaurant war schnell. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des SDQ Flughafens und war ideal für meine Layout. Taxis waren am Beast des Front Desk zur Verfügung.

Dieses Hotel ist ein verstecktes Fitnesscenter in einer sehr besetzten geräuschlosen Stadt ist es schön und ruhig das Personal ist wunderbar die Unterkünfte sind hervorragend und es ist sehr gut gepreist Ich würde es sehr empfehlen. Das Front Desk war wunderbar Benny, bei der Kontrolle in Englisch spricht schön und war sehr hilfreich mit Vorschlägen zu Dingen und Aktivitäten!

Бюджетный отель с отличным месторасположением. Лучшее соотношение цены и качества. За низкую стоимость, вы получаете ночлег, кондиционер, выход к набережной и отличный, сытный завтрак. Нас заселились в 21.00 Мы сразу же пошли искать, где перекусить. Буквально в 500 метрах нашли и банкомат, и различные кафе с фаст фудом.

I needed a quick overnight in Dom rep for my ship arrival and they picked me up and brought me at 3 am to the hotel. I was really late and they were really nice. me and the young driver were laughing and he stopped or water for me and it was so cool .. wow didn't expect that and I was really late. thank you

This hotel has many good and bad points. I arrived in the night. The hotel heavily over charges for the price of taxi which I was disappointed to realise when I arrived in the Dominican Republic. I arrived at night to one member of staff on shift who was friendly and helped me to my room. The first room was like a broom cupboard. There was no wardrobe no mirror no nothing. In the morning I asked to be moved rooms. I was told they were full and only one room available. The room I intended to move too was a little better but the safe was broken which resulted in another move. The third room was perfect for me. The room had windows with a view to the street and was lighter than the other two. The breakfast was nice. There two breakfast staff members a man who was friendly and a rather unhappy looking and acting older lady. At the breakfast one day they ran out of vegetable so I had cheese instead which was chargeable. I thought this was a bit unfair as they had ran out of veg I had no other option. Another issue with breakfast is coffee pots not being full and too many guests meaning sometimes you have to sit around waiting for breakfast. I booked two tour through the hotel at the time of booking on the website the tours were charged at $75. For some reason by the staff I was charged $80 per trip. The trip to Catalina was worth the money however saona was not. I wouldn’t book trips via the hotel again as you can find a better price liasing with locals on the street. Instead of cleaning the room daily as travellers would expect you have to request it daily with staff. Even when requesting for the room to be cleaned it still may not be done. This happened to me one day and all that was offered was sheets and towels no actual cleaning. The pool is an absolute joke. How it ca be considered a pool is beyond me. The ‘pool’ is a disconnected hot tub filled with standing water. Even a child could not swim in that pool. If you are booking this hotel with a pool in mind go elsewhere. All in all this hotel is ok. Money hungry behaviour was not necessary and staff hounding me over $1 for cheese when I’d overpaid for the tours not necessary. I’m not sure if I’d stay at this hotel again however I would definitely return to boca chica.

This is a great hotel for an easy stopover close to Santo Domingo Airport. Comfortable enough for any short stay but the breakfast is very basic indeed. Very substandard for such an otherwise quality hotel. Only bread is basic sliced bread only suitable for toasting and hot offerings all greasy and fried. Cold plates very boring cheap thin ham and tasteless plastic style cheese. Not a patch on other hotels in the area. I hope they can improve on that as otherwise it is a pleasant hotel for a stopover stay.

Als das Mädchen kam, war ich vor 3 Uhr freundlich, und er gab mir eine Wohnung vor der Stunde. Ich danke Ihnen, dass ich müde war, das schlimmste WiFi-WiFi, ich konnte keinen Chip kaufen und war auf dieses WiFi-WiFi-Abhängig und ich verbrachte Stunden ohne Verbindung zur Zeit. Ich weiß, dass es keine Handtücher und Shampoo und warmes Wasser gibt. Aber das Schlimmste ist, dass sie um 9 Uhr die Tür auf mich öffneten und als sie mich sah, sagte sie mir Entschuldigung, dachte ich, ich war nicht, ging hin und sah, dass ich der Nachtaufnahme war, und ich sah, mit wem ich mich melden konnte, weil ich der einzige Verantwortliche war, der damals war. Ich sagte ihm, er sieht nicht in seinem System, dass das Zimmer bereits beschäftigt ist und er sagte ja, aber er dachte, es sei nicht. Aber um 9:00???? Was würde er eingehen??? Ohne zu berühren, und da war es, als ich sah, dass ich nichts Sicherheitsgegenstand hatte, ich hatte keine Ketteversicherung, die sie ins Zimmer gelegt haben, mein Zimmer hatte eine Versicherung von der Tür, aber jeder mit dem Schlüssel kann reinkommen, und 2 Balkon mit dem Flügelzimmer und nur eine Glastür, die mit Schlüssel geöffnet wird, so dass ich nicht schlafen konnte, weil ich Angst habe, nicht sicher zu sein. Der Rezeptionsleiter hat mich geklaut, als ich ihn beschwert habe und sagte mir, dass mir schon vergessen wurde, dass nichts passiert ist, was mir am schlimmsten war. Wenn du allein reist, dann denke zweimal darüber nach. Ich wollte nur das Bett aufstellen, um die Tür zu blockieren, aber ich könnte auch durch den Balkon gehen.

I enjoyed this hotel so much that I extended my stay an additional night. It's super convenient to the airport and close to Santo Domingo, but offers a wonderful escape from the hectic city! It is directly facing the beautiful waters of Boca Chica Beach and close to surfing at La Boya. The rooms have been recently updated and are very comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to the south coast of the Dominican Republic.

I have stayed at the Garant on a number of occasions. It is located near the beach and Duarte street, where the action is, and a number of nearby restaurants. Breakfast is free and there are a number of excellent selections on the menu. The hotel is also guest friendly with good security. Highly recommended !!

Siamo stati in questo albergo perchè era vicino a dove si svolgeva il torneo di tennis ITF, altrimenti la zona è povera e da vedere cé'solo il supermercato vicino (cosa non da poco!). La struttura non sembra apparire su internet, perchèc prima si chiamava Blue House. E'pulita, ha una piccola piscina allúltimo piano all'aperto, un ristorante che funziona lentamente ma bene, le stanze sono pulite e vivibili, e il personale -- soprattutto Flora -- è gentile e parla anche inglese.

Buen servicio, limpio la gente muy amable y buen precio

Positives: Großer sauberer Pool, und professionell in der Rede. Sehr freundliches Personal. Dusche war gut warmes Wasser. Viele gute lokale Restaurants und Abnahmen in der Nähe von Proben Dominikanisches Essen. Einer der Mitarbeiter lachte immer, wenn sie versuchten, zu helfen, danke Francisco für Ihre Bemühungen. Sehr positiv: Aufgrund der Zahl der Menschen in unserer Party, das Hotel hat uns gemahnt, von einem Paar von 2 zweiten Stockzimmern zum Erdgeschoss zu verschieben, und waren sehr verständlich, danke dafür! Hotel gelegen sehr nahe der Hauptstraße. Negative: Sehr schlechte WiFi-Qualität, 1 von 4 Zimmer hatten 2 große Hühner, leckende Facet verursacht nasse Fußboden, die TV-Bildqualität war schlecht. Personal reagiert auf Anfragen, aber es dauerte Zeit, Probleme zu lösen, z. B. Handtücher zu bekommen. Die Küchen benötigten Wartungsschränke- Kupfer gebrochen, und sehr wenige Cutlery verfügbar, Dieses Hotel braucht eine Menge Wartung, um es bis zum Schrott zu bekommen. Waschgebühren pro Artikel, seien Sie vorsichtig, wir haben schwer geladen, da die Gebühren pro Artikel und hängen vom Artikel ab.
