It was not very easy getting in contact with the hotel on arrival for the free shuttle. I had to get help from some very lovely people (twice!) inside the airport, and we had to wait over 45 mins to be collected. The lift back to the airport was very easy though. The room was comfortable enough.

Das Personal war zeulhaft, die im Lobby verkauften Produkte zu teilen. Er hatte einen kostenlosen Zimmeraufbau. Das Hotelzimmer war extrem sauber. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Flughafen und der Transport ging sofort. Es war schön, dass es einen Nachtmarkt in der Nähe, der geschmackvolles Essen verkauft.

Only ten minutes away from the airport. Good pick up and drop off service. Breakfast was empty, nothing to eat at 8:30 AM..... an army of old people ate everything and the hotel staff doesn't care to refill basic things like Bao zi, tea eggs, amd rice porridge. The gym looks pretty decent at the hotel. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are good quality. The walls and carpet are dirty.

Der Service war großartig. Ich schätze das Servicepersonal am Konzern, das mir geholfen hat, auch nachdem ich das Büro und das Land verlassen habe. Es gab ein Problem mit meiner Paketzustellung, wo der Händler die Rückkehr ablehnte. Sie ging wirklich über und über, um zu helfen!
Das Zimmer war sauber und ich genossen den Schwing im Zimmer! Viele Restaurants in der Nähe und es gab eine Spa neben der Tür, zu der wir leider nicht die Zeit hatten, zu gehen. Wir hatten Abendessen im Restaurant neben dem Hotel und das Essen war lecker. Der kostenlose Flughafentransfer war super bequem. Sie werden sicher wählen, hier nochmal zu bleiben!

GGastnutzer這個週末天氣非常好，和同學一塊來看雙鶴湖的美景，入住在了雙鶴湖邊的萬錦酒店。看網上宣傳酒店非常不錯入住之後也沒辜負我的希望。酒店大廳很醒目寬敞明亮，前台接待總是微笑服務講解，上下樓有兩部電梯方便，客房還是整扇牆的落地大窗户，保潔阿姨把房間打掃的乾乾淨淨一塵不染，我們使用的客房用品都是酒店高端定製的。這麼好的酒店，這麼好的房間房費也不貴，入住很滿意。

LLong～～～先説基本條件，本人先後僅僅兩次前往新縣，巧合的是兩次都在同一酒店，同一房間，推開窗户，傲視潢河，一覽無窮！出門漫步河岸，春風徐來，是難有的愜意！有過小橋，是新縣廣場，全縣中心！忙完了，可以驅車西河，感受那裡人少景美好風水，也可以騎行鄂豫皖蘇區首府，仰視英雄，迴歸初心！

Ssoultraveller_ttDies ist eine wundervolle Unterkunft. Der Besitzer und seine Frau sind unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Es ist nur wenige Minuten vom Shaolin-Tempel entfernt, und der Besitzer bot sogar einen Transport dorthin an. Das Essen ist köstlich. Ich habe gebratenen Reis mit Ei, Sichuan Mala Hühnchen und Mala Tofu (Tofu) probiert. Die Portionen sind großzügig und reichen locker für 2–3 Personen.
Von der Dachterrasse aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge, und der Besitzer serviert gerne Tee, wenn Sie möchten. Im zweiten und fünften Stock gibt es außerdem Wäschetrockner. Obwohl die Sprachbarrieren die Kommunikation einschränken, sind die Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft des Paares wirklich spürbar. Ich würde hier auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten, wenn ich wiederkomme.
Hinweis:
Ich wollte nach Luoyang, und der Besitzer brachte mich freundlicherweise zu einer nahegelegenen Bushaltestelle. Sie sprach sogar mit dem Fahrer, damit er mir half, den richtigen Bus zu finden. Nach einer Weile teilte mir der Fahrer per Zettel mit, dass er stattdessen nach Gongyi fahre. Er bat mich auszusteigen und deutete auf einen anderen Bus. Ich nahm den Bus und vergewisserte mich vor dem Einsteigen beim Fahrer, dass er nach Luoyang fuhr. Doch das Gleiche passierte erneut: Der Fahrer hielt auf halber Strecke an und bat mich, ein Taxi zu nehmen. Es schien, als wäre der Taxifahrer ein Bekannter des Busfahrers, da er direkt nach den Bushaltestellen einstieg.
Der Taxifahrer nannte mir zunächst 150 Yuan für die Fahrt zu meinem Hotel in Luoyang. Ich wollte Didi nutzen, aber die App erkannte den Hotelnamen nicht. Da das Hotel nur wenige Meter von den Longmen-Grotten entfernt war, wusste ich, dass der Fahrpreis bei etwa 65 Yuan liegen sollte. Ich zeigte ihm den Preis in der App, und er einigte sich schließlich auf 100 Yuan.
Mein Tipp: Wenn Sie sich über die Buslinie nicht sicher sind, gehen Sie direkt zum Busbahnhof. Dort hilft man Ihnen, den richtigen Bus zu Ihrem Ziel zu finden, und informiert Sie, falls Sie umsteigen müssen. Dieses Erlebnis war ziemlich unangenehm und kostete mich Zeit und Geld. Die Fahrt von Dengfeng nach Luoyang hätte 30 Yuan kosten sollen, kostete mich am Ende das Dreifache. Der Besitzer hatte damit nichts zu tun, es ist nur ein Hinweis für alle, die den Bus nehmen möchten.

GGastnutzerWe had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town.
Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide.
The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast.
Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service.
Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

My partner celebrated his birthday during our 5 night stay but didn't receive anything from the hotel - in other 5 star hotels of this calibre all around the world, reception staff would have paid attention to this detail when they photocopied our passports at the point of checking in. That was a tad disappointing. However, special mention must be made of Wang Fei (王飞）at the concierge/porter division on the ground floor - he was extremely helpful and congenial, and a true asset to the hotel.

XxynnerAlways excited to try new hotels in Puyang! Passed by this place because there's an EV charging point at a petrol station. I've stayed in the business version of this Biway chain of hotels at Hualong District and it was not bad so I decided to take a chance.
This hotel is the premium version of their business series and I'm glad to say that the interior is indeed premium. However it is considered small compared to other luxury premium level hotels in Puyang, but it is more convenient here so it is understandable.
Staff is very friendly and well trained even though our check in was rather late. I'm a foreigner so it's a little tricky but all's well and they've upgraded us too.
The room is smart so you can say ”Xiaodu Xiaomi” haha. The switches were intuitive so plus points to that!
I love the hotel amenities like the hair dryer was pretty superb, heating system in the room is super toasty too.
The beddings is really luxurious it's gotta be one of the best I've tried in China haha not an exaggeration.
The pooping toilet is separate from the bathing toilet, I like that because my husband's 💩 is really smelly hahahha.
Toilet seat is also heated and they provide a disposable toilet seat too.
Note that this hotel has an EV charging point but only 1 parking spot so that's very few.
Just a few suggestions to take it to the next level:
1. Toilet bowls could have a washing bidet.
2. There's veryyyyy slight hint of smoke smell but it is because my room isn't a non-smoking room. But I would suggest having differentiation of smoking and non-smoking rooms so sensitive folks like me would not smell it at all, or use a better ionic treatment.
3. The hotel should have more EV charging parking spots considering the large number of EVs in China.
4. TV apps are not paid so there's practically nothing much to watch. There are hotels with paid accounts so that's a bonus.
Overall no complaints and I look forward to staying again!

BBrisbaneTomA large shopping centre (Wanda Plaza) is next door with a huge array of Chinese franchised food outlets alongside KFC and Starbucks. A good spread of affordable to prestige clothing brands as well. Many empty shops, though, point to economic stresses in this market.
The breakfast is standard Chinese hotel fare so if you're expecting a range of gourmet cereals and breads you'll be disappointed.
Turning to the room itself.
No room clock and a huge television screen that turns on every time you put your key in the slot are minor annoyances. The television screen has no apparent access to audio-visual inputs which seems a wasted opportunity to me. I want to watch my own media on the television screen.
The room is a good size and quite quiet. The bed was firm but not hard. Blackout curtains work well and windows can be partially opened. I observed that any non-smoking regulation was not observed by all guests. Perhaps in the major markets that's more enforced.
There is no laundry service as far as I could tell.
The shower stall is my main concern and this might apply only to my room. The drain is VERY slow and the recess quickly fills with water. The floor is flat, so water does not naturally flow to the drain, leaving the shower recess always wet and a potential mould hazard.
No complaints from me about the lack of staff who speak English. This is a new hotel catering mainly to Chinese travellers. While I have some concerns about the standard of building construction finish I can't fault the staff for their attentiveness and friendliness. If the location suits you the value is obvious.
Note that guest rooms are on floors 18 and 19 so expect to spend some time waiting for the slow lift.

JJohnTingFirstly the reason why my wife and I decided on this boutique hotel was to sample the overall standard of the new crop of small locally operated boutique hotels springing out over China.
Generally happy with our choice and decision.
We were greeted upon checking in and daily when we went out and coming back by the young man who was managing the establishment.
A great personal touch was that he actually came out of his office and greeted us at the courtyard with a ready smile.
Location was good as it was relatively near to Longmen Grotto and also the famous lamb soup for breakfast (we were given complimentary vouchers for our first day breakfast by the hotel. Although the place was across the road from the hotel, we had to walk about 1.1km each way as the crossing could only be made at the traffic light zebra crossing.
One ”romantic” feeling my wife and I had was hearing the low rumbling of the freight train transversing across the hotel. It reminded us of staying in the English countryside and hearing the train in the distance.
Light sleepers might find this distracting but we are h
eavy sleepers.
Another selling point of this hotel was the well manicured courtyard planted with lots of different varieties of flowering plants and trees.
It was an excellent place for us to relax in the late afternoon after some heavy sightseeing.
The only downside and hopefully the hotel operator can improve is that the floor of the room seems to be a bit dusty because the floor towel in the washroom started to show stains of dust.
However, everything else is clean especially the important items like bedding and towels.
