2. Das ist sauber. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist: Das Netzwerk ~ oberhalb der 2. Etage gibt es im Grunde kein Signal.
3. In der Nähe gibt es einen Großmarkt mit gemischtem Publikum.

The hotel was nice, to he breakfast was delicious. However, we tried to contact the hotel prior to our arrival asking about the shuttle from the airport but we didn't get a response about the timing so we ended up taking a taxi! The hotel gave us extra time to check out because of this inconvenience so I am thankful for that.

In der Umgebung der Unterkunft gab es einige Obdachlose, aber da viele Polizisten da waren, war es ok. Die Lage war gut für Spaziergänge und das Frühstück war gut. Es ist ein altes Hotel, daher sieht man hier und da einige Abnutzungserscheinungen, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut.

Sehr geräuschlich Hotel, Frühstücksbuffet, sehr schlecht sogar. Es war sehr stressig, nicht durch die Geräusche in den Korridoren schlafen zu können. Die Mitarbeiter sind 1000 Note, alle sehr aufmerksam und bitter. Wenn es nicht ihre Freundlichkeit und Erziehung wäre, würde ich mit 01 schreiben.

Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Laghetto Stilo São Paulo. Alles war hervorragend – das Zimmer war makellos sauber und bestens gepflegt, die Lage ideal für Arbeit und Freizeit, und das Personal bot während meines gesamten Aufenthalts einen außergewöhnlichen Service. Die Ausstattung war erstklassig, darunter ein gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio und ein komfortabler Arbeitsbereich, was das Hotel perfekt für Geschäftsreisende wie mich machte. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem, der São Paulo besucht, wärmstens empfehlen!

Sehr gutes Hotel und Service! Ich empfand einen Geruch im Zimmer, der manchmal nach Schimmel oder frischer Farbe zu riechen schien! Das hat meine Rhinitis angegriffen! Ich weiß nicht, ob aufgrund des sehr überfüllten Karnevals die Reinigung der Flure zu wünschen übrig ließ, denn zwei Tage lang wurden leere Pizzaverpackungen nicht aus dem Flur entfernt!

Das Zimmer war am ersten Tag undicht, was eine schlechte Erfahrung war. Alles andere war gut, aber das Wichtigste ist, dass die Lage sehr praktisch und ziemlich sicher ist. Sie können das Einkaufszentrum schnell erreichen, sobald Sie das Hotel verlassen, und das Einkaufszentrum bietet auch eine große Auswahl an lokalen Spezialitäten!

The reception staff demonstrated impeccable customer service, promptly addressing a small issue with my booking without any hassle on my part. Their efficiency and professionalism ensured that my stay got off to a smooth start, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time at the hotel.
As a parent travelling with my 4-month-old, I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful amenities provided by the hotel. They provided a cot for my baby, which was not only of excellent size but also incredibly comfortable. It's always a relief to find accommodations that cater to the needs of families and Sleep in Guarulhos exceeded my expectations in this regard.
Of course, one of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which offered an impressive array of options to suit every palate. From continental favourites to hearty breakfast dishes, there was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was outstanding.

LLilyPatIch hatte vor kurzem die Freude, am Hyatt Place São José do Rio Preto zu bleiben, und die Erfahrung war wirklich hervorragend. Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar, nahe dem Iguatemi São José do Rio Preto Einkaufszentrum gelegen, das einen einfachen Zugang zu einer Vielzahl von Geschäften und Mahlzeiten bietet.
Das Zimmer war geräumig, unglaublich sauber und mit modernen Einrichtungen ausgestattet. Das Bett war außergewöhnlich komfortabel, um einen ruhigen Schlaf der Nacht zu gewährleisten. Das Klimaanlage funktionierte ordnungsgemäß, was angesichts des heißen Klimas unerlässlich war.
Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen eine wunderbare Erfahrung, die eine Vielzahl von frischen Früchten, Gemüse und lokalen Spezialitäten bietet. Das Personal war konsequent freundlich und aufmerksam, so dass ich mich während meines Aufenthalts begrüßt habe.
Die Einrichtungen des Hotels, einschließlich des Dachpools und des Fitnesszentrums, wurden gut gepflegt und bieten hervorragende Möglichkeiten für Entspannung und Übung. Zusätzlich war der kostenlose Parkplatz eine bequeme Parkplätze.
Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass die Parkplätze während der Spitzenzeiten ein wenig überfüllt werden könnten, aber das hatte nicht erhebliche Auswirkungen auf meine Gesamterfahrung.

My expectations were adjusted accordingly, so no disappointment there.
The situation with the key cards for entry into rooms seriously needs to scrapped. It does not work. It puts an added load of stress on the front counter staff (who have to put up and work with the system, in a hotel with a busy flow of guests, because l suspect management won´t upgrade the door entry system to something little more modern. Poor attitude from management for allowing this to happen, knowing what front line staff have to deal with and clearly knowing what guests have to ensure. It is extremely irritating to arrive at your room, only to go back down to reception to re-program the cards, sometimes with considerable wait times at both the reception queues and then again waiting for elevator, and then having to repeat the process a second , as has happened to me. It really builds up your blood pressure and makes you release a few profanities! Upper management, l really hope you take heed of this feedback for everyone´s sake. It´s 2025. Most hotels have stopped using this out-dated technology that's cheap and unreliable. High time to update.

SShenJessievery pleasure experience with Allure Moema Apartment. I am here for the Sao Paulo Expo, and THIS APARTMENT HOTEL IS AMAZING.
First, the location is very great, the neighborhood is very quiet and clean, you can easily shop within 5 minutes of walking to a very big shopping mall.
Second, the room and hotel are super professional. they have a gym and working zone that can quietly work inside. and all hotel are very clean and no noise during my trip.
Third, I love the staff here. and they are sooo patient and soooo nice. If I can back to Sao Paulo again, I definitely will choose this hotel again.
At first, as foreigners, we don't have local currency to pay the bill and they are willing to give us time and solutions to solve the problems. And, unfortunately, my backpack was stolen in a restaurant and I lost all my belongings. They were very concerned about my condition and comforted me thoughtfully. They even helped the kind people find my passport and help me return to my country as soon as possible.
I am so grateful I chose this hotel and I am so grateful that I met all these great people in Sao Paulo.
Definitely, a Great choice if you want to visit Sao Paulo Expo!

• the water in the pool didn’t seem to be constantly filtered. There were small debris and bugs on top.
