Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung, netter Stuff, kurzum großartig!!! Spaß beiseite, uns hat es wirklich gefallen. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof Innsbruck, aber nichts vom Verkehrslärm ist zu hören.  Das Zimmer war super sauber und relativ geräumig, das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück ließ auch keine Wünsche übrig! Wir kommen wieder .

Nicht unser erster und wird auch nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt im Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol sein, jedoch sind wir ein anderes Service gewohnt. Diesmal war das Zimmer nicht so sauber, wie man es vom Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol gewohnt ist. Am Boden lag Schmutz und Haare. Das Zimmer war veraltet.

Wenn Systeme Menschen ersetzen Das Alpenpark Seefeld ist architektonisch und kuratativ ein hochwertiges Hotel. Die Materialien, die Inneneinrichtung und die Wellnessbereiche zeugen von viel Investition und Mühe, die in die Räumlichkeiten geflossen sind. Was während meines Aufenthalts jedoch völlig versagte, war die menschliche Kommunikation. Ein kleines Missverständnis bezüglich des Essens entwickelte sich zu einer äußerst unangenehmen Erfahrung, nicht wegen der Regeln an sich, sondern wegen ihrer starren und mechanischen Durchsetzung. Anstatt Erwartungen zu klären oder das System einfach ruhig zu erklären, reagierte das Personal defensiv und automatisiert, als würden sie ein Fließband bewachen, anstatt mit einem Menschen zu sprechen. Niemand versuchte zu verstehen, was ich eigentlich meinte. Stattdessen wurde die Situation subtil so umgedeutet, dass ich als jemand dastand, der „etwas umsonst verlangt“, was nie der Fall war. Diese Rollenumkehrung fühlte sich demütigend und unnötig an – und sie geschah einzig und allein, weil niemand sich die Zeit nahm, menschlich mit mir zu kommunizieren. Dasselbe Muster wiederholte sich, als ich ansprach, dass meine Heizung zwei Nächte lang nicht funktionierte (was später von Technikern bestätigt wurde). Die Reaktion war weder Besorgnis noch Verantwortungsbewusstsein, sondern eine rein formale Antwort: „Sie hätten das früher sagen sollen, jetzt lässt sich nichts mehr machen.“ Was diese Situationen verbindet, ist nicht einfach Pech, sondern eine systembedingte Denkweise: Regeln statt Menschen, Verfahren statt Realität, Verteidigung statt Verständnis. Dieses Hotel hat kein Problem mit der Ausstattung. Es hat ein Problem mit der massenhaften Behandlung der Gäste, bei der es scheinbar darum geht, Interaktionen schnell abzuschließen, anstatt sie tatsächlich zu lösen. Ich schreibe dies nicht aus Wut, sondern in der Hoffnung, dass das Team inne hält und reflektiert: Wie kann es sein, dass sich ein zahlender Gast in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie so herabgesetzt, nicht gehört und falsch eingeschätzt fühlt? Mit einer Hinwendung zu echter Kommunikation und Verantwortlichkeit könnte der Alpenpark Seefeld exzellent sein. Ohne diese kann selbst eine wunderschöne Inneneinrichtung den emotionalen Schaden, der durch einen roboterhaften Service entsteht, nicht aufwiegen.

*Reading the reviews prior of booking, one comment sticks in my mind was this hotel is a scam. First, I don’t believe as could be different experience. Also some says, staff are nice and friendly but there are also rude staffs.* I was transferred to this hotel, i booked *junior suite* room with double sized bed. Sounds good right ? But it’s so, so. Prior to check in, their policy is 2:30 pm. on the app is 2 pm. I arrived 1:36 and the reception want to charged me 15 euros, Instead I wait. She is rude, it reminds me the reviews, she is No customer service background. The view from window is amazing, room is clean, bed is comfortable. However, shower is too short from the corner, I’m small but still not able to stand. Toiletries is on place, no room sleeper for cold floor. No mini bar, no tea or coffee (available in reception with charge), no pen and paper on desk and other basics on 4 star categories. The room is on attic, limited low ceiling. Breakfast was basic, by the way the 2 young ladies are friendly, could be the trainees. What nice from selection is fresh orange juice from the machine, and freshly slice cured meat. The same lady from the reception is touching food with bare hand. Thanks I’m done of breakfast. Sauna is stated as part of hotel facilities however it’s not functional on my 2 days stay. Reception said you have to wait 1.5 hours or to have notice ahead of time. Overall, my first visit in Innsbruck was great however with this hotel was the last. Not guests service oriented.

The location is very good, right in the old town, you can walk around every day. It's near the Marktplaz bus stop, making it convenient to take the bus to go sightseeing. The day I arrived at the hotel at 10:00, I was able to check in right away, but I got a room on the 1st floor, on the hotel parking lot side, which made it noisy and smelled of cigarettes all the time. I couldn't open the window, but luckily the hotel had air conditioning. Overall, I was impressed. The front desk staff provided very good service. If you stay at the hotel for 2 nights or more, you also get a welcome card.

The hotel has a lot of potential with its fantastic location and beautiful interior, but unfortunately, my stay was ruined by poor service and maintenance issues. I happened to visit during a European heatwave, and the AC in my room completely failed, making it impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, the in-room phone didn’t work, so I couldn't easily contact the front desk. When I finally spoke to a staff member, they failed to pass the information along to the next shift. Additionally, the daytime staff lacked professionalism. During a conversation about my room situation, one female staff member spoke to me so loudly that other guests began to stare. While she wasn't outright rude, raising her voice was entirely unnecessary and uncomfortable. I hope management addresses these communication and service gaps

Großartiges Hotel. Schöne ruhige Zimmer. Frühstücksbüffet ist ausgezeichnet. Leider funktioniert das Restaurant in der Lobby überhaupt nicht. Restaurant kann und will ich nicht weiterempfehlen. Bestellung dauert 1,5 Std bis das Essen kommt. Dann war der Geschmack und die Qualität ungenügend, aber dafür extrem Teuer.

Pros: nice breakfast with diversity included with good price. Lovely room even a bit old and I was scared at night a bit haha. Nice view to the mountains. Spacious room for one person Cons: I’m so disappointed with the guy receptionist (white hair) he wasn’t bothered to answer or help. Barely talked and just tried to end the conversation. I came to the reception and said hi and started to check in, or even when I came to ask something, but he still sat at the table further away and listened to me from a distance and answered quietly that I hardly could hear while I tried to speak loudly as he stayed far away. What is that kind of customer service? I felt like I disturbed him and stayed without paying!

Manche Zimmer sind sehr laut wegen des Zuges und bieten keinen Blick auf die Berge. Bei der Buchung sollte man seine Präferenzen angeben. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte überlegen, ob er nicht ein Hotel wählt, das weiter vom Bahnhof entfernt ist. Außerdem war der Service an der Rezeption sehr schlecht – die schlechteste Rezeption, die ich auf meiner gesamten Reise durch Österreich und Deutschland erlebt habe.

Die Lage ist top, nah an Sehenswürdigkeiten und vielen Restaurants. Das war wirklich super. Und die Sauna war der Hammer!
