Ich hatte vor kurzem die Freude, Kamloops zu besuchen und in diesem wunderschönen Hotel zu bleiben, Das Front Desk Personal war unglaublich nett. Die Zimmer waren unspottbar und gut gepflegt, bieten eine gemütliche Rezeption nach der Erforschung. Die Lage war perfekt, es ist einfach, um die Natur zu navigieren. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel für jeden Besucher sehr.

Great downtown location with a beautiful shore walkway right across the street and easy access to everything. Unfortunately, my room was very noisy due to nearby street construction. I was woken up by what sound like a concrete cutter powered by a massive industrial generator. The blend of piercing, high-pitched screeching and the deep, thunderous hum created a jarring symphony that was impossible to ignore for an unpleasant and headache-inducing morning. I recommend future guests request a quiet room, especially on workdays, as construction noise can be disruptive

Absolutely stunning view. Cabin was older but very charming, we made the most of the fireplace in the room and enjoyed a view of the lake from our balcony. Bathroom was clean with everything we needed. Coffee also provided in the room which was nice. I read the beds were uncomfortable on other reviews and I’d partially agree - not the best but again not the main reason or expectation for visiting emerald lake. I will say the pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable.  Staff were very friendly and attentive. Shuttle service was easy. Restaurant was pricey but overall good. No wifi or signal in the room is something to be aware of, but heightened the experience in my opinion. Overall, great!

Very very pleasant stay. We used it for an overnight 14h layover before continuing our trip - location is unbeatable, 1 min walk from check in areas - staff was all around very friendly - high quality (even though a bit old), but very well maintained and also high quality bathroom equipment (soaps, cremes etc). - beds were extremely comfortable - breakfast is à la carte with views of the airplanes / terminals - gym is small but all you need is there

Es war eine letzte Minute Diskussion über wo zu bleiben. Der Service war großartig und die Lage war großartig. Es war gerade vom Krankenhaus entfernt.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Nanaimo and had a lovely experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with good coffee facilities—a nice touch to start the day. The location was perfect, close to the seaside and many great restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The only downside was that parking wasn’t free, which was a bit disappointing. There was also a payment error where my card was charged multiple times, but the hotel handled it professionally and issued a quick refund, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would happily return! 4/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (would have been 5/5 with free parking!)

Tolle Lage. Freundliches Personal. Dieses Hotel hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Unser muffig riechendes Zimmer und die laute Klimaanlage haben unseren Aufenthalt deutlich getrübt. Für eine Übernachtung mag es in Ordnung sein, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt sollten Sie sich besser nach einer anderen Unterkunft umsehen. Es ist renovierungsbedürftig oder zumindest besser instand gehalten.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Badezimmer war groß und es gab auch einen Wasserkocher, Kaffee sowie Kaffeetassen und Teetassen. Der Safe im Zimmer ist einfach und leicht zu bedienen. Hausschuhe sind im Zimmer nicht vorhanden, Sie können diese an der Rezeption erfragen.
