Останавливались в этом отеле на 2 ночи, нас быстро заселили и встретили приветственным напитком. Сотрудники ресепшена были очень приветливы, а вот остальные сотрудники отеля очень странно себя вели(шумели, кричали, ругались между с собой). Наш номер был чистый и опрятный, в номере был большой балкон, а также большой холодильник. Очень хороший был напор воды в душе. Локация отеля тоже отличная(через дорогу пляж, 5 минут пешком до продуктового магазина) Опасайтесь мафию тук тукеров We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, we were quickly checked in and greeted with a welcome drink. The reception staff were very friendly, but the rest of the hotel staff were very strange (noisy, shouting, arguing with each other). Our room was clean and tidy, the room had a large balcony, and a large refrigerator. The water pressure in the shower was very good. The location of the hotel is also great (across the street from the beach, 5 minutes walk to the grocery store) Stay away from Tuk Tuk Mafia

Das Hotel liegt direkt am See und hat seine ursprüngliche Bepflanzung und Felsstruktur bewahrt, was es zu einem einzigartigen und lohnenswerten Ort macht. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Da der Weg vom Hotel recht weit ist, empfiehlt es sich, entweder im Hotel zu essen oder sich vorher etwas zu kaufen und mitzubringen; andernfalls dauert der Rückweg mindestens eine halbe Stunde.

Hotels an der Südküste sind preislich mit dem Colombo Hilton vergleichbar, bieten aber deutlich schlechtere Einrichtungen. Der Hotelpool war zwar klein, hatte aber eine ordentliche Wasserqualität und bot Wasserball und Tore. Frühstück und Abendessen waren mittelmäßig. Wir bezahlten die Rechnung beim Auschecken und gingen, ohne sie genauer zu prüfen. Später bemerkten wir eine Rechnung über 220 Rupien für das Abendessen, obwohl wir keine Cola bestellt hatten. Der Betrag war zwar gering, zeugte aber von mangelnder Sorgfalt bei der Buchhaltung.

Von dem Moment an, als wir reservierten, wurden wir begrüßt. Bei der Ankunft waren die Mitarbeiter willkommen und wir fanden alle notwendigen Einrichtungen im Zimmer. Wir hatten nicht das Hauptmahl im Hotel, aber wir beide gingen zum Frühstück, das ich sagen musste war erstaunlich. Danke, dass wir zurück sein werden.

My wife and I stayed here during our vacation in Sri Lanka, choosing it because of the high Google ratings. The location really impressed us. The hotel is literally a step away from the beach and less than five minutes’ walk to town, which made it very convenient. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach and listening to the waves was easily the best part of the stay. The lobby was simple but acceptable, and there is a seafood restaurant right next to the hotel. At check-in, there was a small hiccup. I booked through Trip.com, but they couldn’t find my booking at first. After about ten minutes, they managed to sort it out and confirmed that the booking came via Agoda. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, even offering us a drink on arrival. Our room on the second floor had a great view of the sea. The shower had good water pressure, although the bathroom could use better ventilation. The toiletries seemed diluted, so we ended up using our own. Unfortunately, the air conditioning became a real problem. It leaked so badly that the room flooded twice, soaking my shoes. Despite my request for a pail to manage the water, they initially only gave floor mats, which was very frustrating. By the time they finally sent a pail, it was too late. We barely slept that night because of the constant dripping sound. Overall, the location and friendliness of the staff were strong points, but the poor handling of the air conditioning issue really spoiled our experience.

Отель известный, немного уже не новый но территория и в целом атмосфера нормальные. Соотношение цена качество разумное. Отличный ресторан с видом на океан и очень странный ресторан где проходит завтрак ужин (отзывы на картах Google) это подтверждают. Пляж немного грязный, но это проблема не отеля а в целом местного населения.

The room itself is adequate. The air-con was strong and the shower was good. When I arrived, there was no one there. I opened the gate and walked in. I called the number to the property and the person who answered arrived shortly thereafter. He said no one was there because of the New Year holiday. He showed me to my room. I asked for one in the back, but he said he was having a party and that might be too much for me. After I got settled into a clean room in the front facing the traffic, there was no towel or soap. Late at night after I was asleep, I was startled by someone who began banging on my door and turning the knob several times to get in. I yelled at that person and told him to stop. It did stop and afterward, I felt completely unsafe. I got up to put my heavy suitcase at the door to prevent the intruder from coming in. The staff person had said to me that he was having a party, but then said it was cancelled. There were several men at the property when I returned in the evening. I'm not sure who the perpetrator was maybe it was one of them. There is no peep hole and the windows are frosted. I felt completely vulnerable. I didn't even think to call the staff person because I was frightened and sleepy. My advice is to be cautious if you stay here.

Отель хороши, персонал лучший, с заботой о гостях, очень большие номера, приятная зона отдыха, на завтраке много выбора, общие впечатления остались хорошие!!!

Шикарный отель, с отличным дизайном внутри. Номера немного староваты. Но все же есть колониальное очарование даже в немного потертой мебели. Были в октябре. Народу очень мало. Отель свободный. Обошли все. Были в фитнесе- неплохой выбор тренажеров. В отеле живая музыка в разное время. По отелю бегают животные, видели тушканчика, кроликов , мангустов, варана, обезьяны на деревьях у гольф-поля. Берите полупансион- Обедать негде в округе. Океан завораживает мощью и красотой. Волны шумят как гром. Не купались, красный флаг, да и волны под 3 метра, с песком. В целом отдыхом довольны.

Very good location for a holiday and relaxing, Aslam in the restaurant was very helpful with great service. All staff members including the security guards were very friendly and helpful, very safe inside the hotel
