I am a US traveler on business. I have visited Kashoen before and based on my experiences it is the only hotel I will ever stay at in Hanamaki. The hotel staff are the kindest, most caring, and passionate people I have met at a hotel. The amenities are fantastic, the hotel food is phenomenal, and my stay is always relaxing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is a nice nature trail nearby with a river that is beautiful as well. If you are in Hanamaki or are looking for somewhere to enjoy a peaceful weekend at, I suggest Kashoen.

The location is beautiful and the views from the car park assured us we had chosen well. Check in was helpful and all facilities were fully explained at this time, allowing us to book our dining time. The room was comfortable and traditional; the view, amazing! With an afternoon of sunshine, time was taken to enjoy the view in a temperature controlled setting. There was a beautiful tea set and tea provided along with some complementary snacks and water. The toiletries provided were lovely and I shall certainly be looking to purchase these for my home. Dinner was a Chinese style buffet, with an excellent selection of dishes. Barbecues for the table and delicious sashimi and hand prepared sushi. Soups, stews, salad and more! To follow was an assortment of cakes and ice creams. Staff were very helpful and polite and the food was filling and delicious. We then retired to the hotel bar where we were again greeted by a lovely member of staff. Upon return to our room, futons had been prepared and the room made ready for sleep. These were surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious with a huge array of dishes to choose from. Check out was simple and staff were helpful and polite. I will definitely be returning! I

Das Hotel liegt etwa 1 km vom Bahnhof Morioka entfernt. Der Weg zum Hotel ist wirklich scharf mit vielen ungleichen Oberflächen. Wenn Sie schwere Gepäck haben oder nicht körperlich stark genug, empfehle ich, ein Taxi zu nehmen. Die Zimmer sind wirklich geräumig und wertvoll für ihr Geld. Es ist sehr nahe Supermarkt, Einkaufsviertel und richtiger Geschmack in der Mitte von 2 7-11. Rund um die Ecke ist das Schloss Morioka. Insgesamt, wenn Sie ein leichter Reisende sind, empfehlen Sie dieses Hotel sehr.

We had a great experience with the ski trails and facilities—well-maintained and enjoyable. The hotel price is reasonable. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but still acceptable. The ski-in/ski-out access is a major plus. The shuttle bus makes it easy to get to Lawson for any essentials. The hotel has a dedicated Yamato counter, which is very convenient for sending gear to and from the hotel. However, there are no restaurants outside the hotel, and the dining options inside are quite pricey.

Der Einkaufszentrum im Einkaufszentrum im Shang-Go-Stadt kann direkt zum Hotel kommen, es muss nicht raus, super bequem Die Rezeption ist sehr gut. Ich fühle mich an diesem Tag etwas unbehaglich. Ich fragte die Schwester, ob sie helfen könnte, ein Zimmer in der Nähe des Elektroschranks zu schaffen, so half die Schwester mir direkt ein Doppelzimmer aufzurüsten, und die Fläche war groß. Das Bett war besonders groß, es war wirklich toll. Die einzige Schönheit im Zimmer ist, dass die Ladeanschlussanschlüsse USB und Typec enthalten, aber Typec reagiert nicht nach dem Anschluss, so dass die Ladeanlage an der Tischseite geladen werden kann. Alles, was mit dem Koffer ausgestattet ist, ist auch jeden Tag zu geben, das Bergwasser, das Teer und das Staubpulver, sehr zufrieden

距離安比高原很近民宿有提供雪場接送服務 同時也有請其他員工負責來做接送，所以民宿要到雪場輕鬆滑雪是沒有問題的 比較有問題的是如何到達民宿如果拿雪具要搭巴士的話從巴士站到民宿有一段距離，雪地要推20分鐘的行李很困難 如果是到了JR站請民宿老闆來接會有需要打電話溝通的問題，並且有接送時間的限制，這方面網站並沒有說明的很清楚 另外就是透過trip.com跟民宿之間的溝通不是很順暢, 必須要親自透過打電話確認住宿，老闆也是廚師，所以不太回email, trip.comAI線上客服則幫不上忙 我會覺得住這裡自行開車是比較理想的 早餐算是可以吃得飽準備出門滑雪 但是晚餐的話則是非常的簡單對某些人來說可能會有點吃不飽 民宿有優惠雪票與雪具提供 整體來說如果能解決到達民宿的問題，我會願意再次入住這間民宿

步行距離有7-eleven，車程5分鐘附近有Aeon, Market place, etc... 很方便。也可前往參觀海嘯紀念館，有很多當地特產，當地民風純樸友善。

Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel und warm, mittelgroß, kann eine gute Pause genießen, das Hotel hilft, die Waren zu nehmen, sehr dankbar für die enthusiastische Hilfe!!
