I have stayed here many times in the past, and every time I stay it seems like they have made more improvements. 2 years ago you had to ask for water, but it was available if requested, then last year water was on a small display with coffee, tea, and makeup removal kit, now they have added refrigerator with cold water bottles and a display with room temperature water bottles. This may seem small, but everything else is already very nice here, and they are still finding small ways to continue improvement. Staff is always friendly. Hotel is always clean. Hotel lobby has seasonal decorations which are very nice, and are related to Toyohashi area.

It’s a great hotel located in the heart of Nagoya - Sakae is a great spot to see attractions and plenty of food options nearby. You can see Oasis21 and Mirai Tower, the ferris wheel and the restaurants nearby. You can do Lawson runs and enjoy the overall comfort of the hotel. The Breakfast is awesome and I highly recommend getting it. Grindelwald was nice as well!

ラグーナのナイトプールの後、宿泊させて頂きました。 有料道路が20時で閉鎖される為、それまでにチェックインしないといけないなど、宿泊前はハラハラしましたが、電話で細かく説明して頂いたり、チェックイン後は、親切丁寧な接客や、遅くに到着したのに翌朝の朝食の確認などきめ細かいご対応で凄く好印象で良かったです。 今年から、リニューアルで頑張って見えるとお聞きして納得しました。 また、梨🍐のサービスや、水回りは改装され綺麗で、価格が安く大満足です。 今回は大変お世話になり有難う御座いました。 コスパが良く大変おすすめです。 また、次回の時は宜しくお願いします。

Das Zimmer ist groß, die geografische Lage ist bequem, von der Toyota-Station 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu gehen, der Einkauf in der Umgebung ist bequem und essen, die Hotelhalle ist mit Feuer entworfen und sehr warm. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, das 16-Fenster-Fenster ist für die Landschaft und die Gerichte nützlich.

Location for the win! Decent room and bathroom size, with bathtub. Staff was efficient and could converse well in English. We did not opt for breakfast, preferred to get our own elsewhere but understood that if we chose to have our breakfast with the hotel restaurant it has to be settled immediately and not during check out. Express checkout option suited our morning departure. A set of kids amenities was provided to my child during check in, cute! Hotel also included a set of fresh towels for him during daily housekeeping. Highly recommended this hotel for ease of travel especially to airport by train upon departure.

Kostenlose Parkplätze für Autofahrer. Der Bahnhof ist mit dem Zug in ca. 8–10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Hotelarchitektur ist spektakulär und erinnert an einen Zen-Garten. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und die Zimmer relativ groß. Wir hatten ein Queensize-Zimmer mit Blick auf die Burg gebucht und erwachten mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Das hoteleigene Spa verfügte auch über ein Onsen im Freien, das im Winter fantastisch war. Das Frühstück war hervorragend für ca. 4700 Yen pro Person – viele regionale Produkte wurden verwendet, und wir entschieden uns für das japanische Frühstück mit einem kleinen Buffet.

Das ist eines der besten Hotels, die ich jemals gehabt habe. Hochgeschwindigkeitsinteriör und Service aller Mitarbeiter. Die Lage ist sehr bequem für die Erforschung von Nagoya. Vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und Schönheit!

It’s a very classy hotel and it’s been around long enough to show it. It sits right on top of the Meitetsu bus center. We didn’t utilize the bus the first few nights we stayed here but once we did, we understood why this hotel is so popular. The accessibility to the bus center is very nice. With the age of this hotel, it retains the premium real estate space per room that just doesn’t really exist at this price point in more recent hotels. I wouldn’t say it’s as roomy as the average American motel but there is a noticeable difference of additional room compared to your average business hotel. Amenities were limited but it had enough for what we needed. Technology wise, the rooms are still equipped with TVs from the Stone Age but this wasn’t a negative for us and we hardly utilized the TV. Shower and tub were standard though the bidet tech was a bit dated. It’ll still get the job done cleaning you up though. No issues with check in or check out. Staff were kind and even let us check in a few minutes earlier than scheduled. If you enjoy the shops around the station, the hotel elevators go all the way down to the basement shopping arcade which also connects you to many of the other buildings in the area. You never really have to go outside. We heard this hotel will undergo renovation next year. I wish the best for all the staff involved and look forward to see the new improvements the next time I’m able to stay here.

‐No driveway at the hotel. -Renovated room with standing shower. Basin outside of bathroom. Shld have a hook right outside the door to hang change clothes. Not enough place clothes. -Strict check-in time and check-out time.

Das Hotel hat ein neuartiges Design, die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich und die Betten und Kissen sind sehr bequem. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es viele Izakayas und Restaurants, darunter gegrillte Meeresfrüchte und Ramen. Es gibt auch viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte wie 7-Eleven Lawson, was sehr praktisch ist. Aber es ist etwas weit vom Bahnhof entfernt und es ist etwas mühsam, mit dem Gepäck vom Bahnhof zum Hotel zu laufen.
