Ein sehr freundliches Personal mit großer Hilfe bei der Organisation der wunderschönen Darshan und Puja von Lord Padmanabha Swami Temple. Besondere Erwähnung des Managers und des PR-Teams. Herr Pramod verdient eine besondere Erwähnung. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung.

Located 2km form kovalom beach but can walk there Typical Indian standard 4 stars Hotel setting and if got group the pool congested and busy wedding function. Breakfast limited non vegetarian menu.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn yesterday. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and created a really comfortable atmosphere. A special mention to Sanika, who was extremely customer-friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Her professionalism and warm approach made the experience even better. I also appreciated the hotel’s excellent follow-up, ensuring that everything was going smoothly. Overall, a truly pleasant and satisfying stay – highly recommended!

Das Zimmer war uns sehr gemütlich und gemütlich, und der Service war hervorragend. Das Personal machte mich über meinen Aufenthalt sehr willkommen. Das Frühstück war lecker mit vielen Optionen zu wählen. Ein toller Ort, um sich zu entspannen Ich würde glücklich wiederkommen.

Bad welcome! At the time of check in, forget the welcome and welcome drink, we were offered a city view room whereas we had booked for the Pool View ( better view and more price) room.( Approximately Rs 15,000 / USD 150 per night ) We were made to go up and down two times to check different rooms. The staff at the reception tried his best to offer less priced room with additional benefit of Lounge access. Only when we put our foot down, we were offered the room we paid for only after 1 hour of wait. We checked in at 6:00pm finally. I never understood the logic behind not allotting the room which paid for. Be sure not to book this hotel during the Season ( Christmas vacation). It is highly chaotic during this season. Room service was good. The room was clean. Room offered a great pool view. We booked the New Year Poolside Party with them which was absolutely let down. Bad music and average food and below average drink options. Highlight is Breakfast and the staff is courteous. Stay here if you get good deals.

Location was really good , the roof top view was the showstopper of the property. As we were travelling with an infant we found the staff very helpful with preparing the meals for the baby. Arabian sea view room was excellent.

Best part of my hotel stay was at the hotel restaurant. Dined there for dinner and breakfast and the food was good. Particularly, the breakfast buffet had a good spread. The service at the restaurant, from that of the chefs to the waiters was delightful and friendly. Special mention to the thoughtful service from Sourav, Rajesh Bhakat, Srideep and Triloka!

Unmatched staff! Every person was pleasant and kind. It is great for families with kids as there are activities and plenty of recreational spaces. The staff do a good job of cleaning but the humidity creates a musty smell. Perhaps something the hotel can deal with. Airport pick up and drop off should be free (it isn’t though). We would go back because of the welcoming staff and ambience.

Die Wartung muss verbessert werden. Grundbedürfnisse sind in einigen der Zimmer nicht geliefert. Badausstattung in einigen der Zimmer waren fehlerhaft. Obwohl das Personal kooperativ und hilfreich war, außer für die Zeit, die für die Vorbereitung der endgültigen Rechnung während der Prüfung. Bessere Wartung und Service können ihnen helfen, ihre Kunden zu halten. Kunden kommen nur auf der alten Wohlwolle.
