Beautiful environment and especially great vibe at the pool and restaurant area. In the evenings they play some music and it’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy if you don’t feel like going out. You can have a drink and they even have shisha if you like. The waitress Catherine at breakfast time was absolutely lovely! Warm and helpful and friendly, we really missed her when she wasn’t around on the weekend. The one thing I didn’t like about our stay was that some of the front desk staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude towards us because we had extended multiple times and chose to do so through trip as it’s cheaper than the USD rates that the hotel charges directly. They said that what we paid through trip was too little however, we didn’t make those rates so I found that a bit rude. The whole hotel operates on USD rates so for value added services like laundry or transportation it can be very overpriced.

Die Gesamterfahrung war ziemlich gut. Der Kundenservice ist topnotch, und das Essen war zufriedenstellend. Die Lage, etwa 30 Minuten vom internationalen Flughafen Kotoka, könnte besser sein. Jedoch hatte ich eine gesunde Gesamterfahrung.

Unser vier-Nacht-Unterkunft im The Bantree war wirklich außergewöhnlich und wertvoll für die Investition. Die Wohnung war unerwartet sauber und exudierte eine Luft von Luxus. Alle Geräte waren von hoher Qualität, was zu Komfort und Entspannung unserer Familie beigetragen hat. Wir fanden den Gastgeber sehr responsiv und der Hauspflegeservice war hervorragend. Wir konnten während unseres Aufenthalts wirklich keine Mängel finden. Die Wohnungsbedienstete waren wunderbar und zeigten große Respekt.

Das Hotel ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, das sich in einer lebendigen, aber entspannenden Atmosphäre befindet.
Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel. Das Essen war auch beeindruckend, mit einer Vielzahl von leckeren Optionen, die sowohl lokalen als auch internationalen Geschmacksempfängern gerecht werden. Mit einem sehr wunderschönen Koch und warmem Lächeln, die Sie schaffen, wie Sie gehen.
Die Nähe des Hotels zum Flughafen machte es für meinen Aufenthalt unglaublich bequem, aber es fühlte sich immer noch wie ein Rückzug von der Stadt Hügel entfernt. Ob Sie für Geschäfts- oder Freizeitbesuche besuchen, dieses Hotel bietet eine perfekte Mischung von Komfort und Stil. Ich würde hier sicher wieder bleiben!

EEve ManifetovaI had a wonderful stay at GhanaLancaster Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Accra. The location is very convenient, close to key areas of the city, which made getting around easy and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt comfortable.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and secure. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the pool area, which was perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
Breakfast was another highlight — a great variety of options, fresh food, and good service. The restaurant and bar area were also pleasant, with tasty meals and a nice ambience.
Overall, GhanaLancaster Hotel offers excellent value, great hospitality, and a comfortable experience. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Ghana.

CCrystal Phung1. The room is clean, the space is larger than described on the booking. The bathroom is very large and has a bathtub to relax.
2. The staff here are extremely good from the security guard to the room service friends! I feel very interested ^^
3. The swimming pool and hotel grounds are spacious and airy. The surrounding area is on top of McCarthy Hills, so the scenery is very poetic and quiet, suitable for the holiday^^

Sie bieten gutes Essen, Getränke, saubere Zimmer und außergewöhnlichen Service. Erstes ESSEN. Das Frühstück ist köstlich und bietet lokale Gerichte. Das Personal ist sympathisch und denken Sie daran, Gäste mögen und nicht mögen. Zwei, GETRÄNKE! Barkeeper machen eine Show von Mixgetränken. Dies kann jedoch der Grund sein, dass die Bar manchmal voll ist und die Gäste überblickt werden können. Dies ist das einzige Mal, dass ich während meines Aufenthalts etwas Negatives erlebt habe. Als dies geschah, blieb es von einem der Mitarbeiter von Food and Beverage nicht unbemerkt. Dies bringt mich dazu, mich auf AUSSERGEWÖHNLICHEN SERVICE und PROFESSIONALISMUS zu konzentrieren. Ein Gentleman, Mr. Prosper, der Teil des Food and Beverage-Teams ist, entschuldigte sich schnell für den Vorfall und machte die Mitarbeiter, die sich zu diesem Zeitpunkt in der Ausbildung befanden, darauf aufmerksam. Der junge Angestellte, der mich an der Bar übersehen hatte, fand sogar mein Zimmer, um sich persönlich zu entschuldigen. Abgesehen davon ist das Gelände gut gepflegt und die Zimmer bieten einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer oder den Poolbereich.
