Die Lage ist nicht sehr bequem und nicht sicher, warum aber die Busse, die vor dem Hostel halten, nicht auf der Google-Karte oder Apple-Karte zeigen, so dass ich erst nach der Ankunft des Hostels fand dort direkt Busse. Aber statt Busse zu nehmen, empfehle ich sehr, ins Stadtzentrum zu gehen, da Sie durch ein wunderschönes Graslandfeld gehen. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, gemütlich und ruhig. Sehr empfohlen!

The stay is pleasant. Clean and central located hotel. The breakfast is good too. Our room has river view, which is fantastic. Only draw back is the wash basins’ sink plug is loose, the water can’t be drained. Thanks

Das Zimmer ist sehr klassisch in englischer Stil, ich mag es sehr. Und das Hotelpersonal ist sehr enthusiastisch und freundlich. Es bietet viel Hilfe. Mein Freund hat seine Füße verletzt, als er auf dem Bus reiste. Das Hotelpersonal hat Eisbeutel geschickt und uns einen Taxi zum Krankenhaus gebeten. Das Restaurant ist auch großartig. Ich mag die Tausende Ebene. Es ist das Beste, was ich für Sie empfinde.

Friendly service; clean room and bathroom. Nothing wrong with it really except that I was expecting a HOTEL based on the pictures and certainly the price! The location is great but be aware that this an INN with rooms attached at the back. Breakfast not included (costs £15 extra). Location great right in front of the cathedral but no parking. A good, comfortable stay but overpriced fro what it was and the time of year (mid-October).

Best hotel in Bath. Very beautiful hotel and the room is so comfortable and have all required amenities. Big room, big bathroom, strong water pressure and hot water is working well. A lot of plug point and got a fridge as well. This hotel have an elevator. The downside is on the parking area where guest isrequired to pay for 15£. But they have free parking on the side street that is free from 7pm to 8am in the morning. We had a pleasant stay here and will come back later.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im George Hotel. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und ging oben und darüber hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass wir uns willkommen gefühlt. Während die Zimmer ein wenig date, waren sie warm, komfortabel und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Das Frühstück war lecker, serviert heiß, und bietet eine große Auswahlaber unser scheiße Sohn fand etwas zu genießen! Wir würden mehr als glücklich hier wieder zu bleiben.

Ich liebe Charlton Haus, es war wirklich wunderschön. Die Art, wie es gestaltet wurde, ist wirklich ungewöhnlich. Es macht Sie sich fühlen, als wären Sie in einer Phantasiewelt mit den kleinen Korridore und wunderschönen kleinen Nüsse und Kranies. Für mich passt es dem Rechnung, es tat die Arbeit, die ich brauchte, aber ich verstehe für diejenigen, die es nicht auf ein Angebot und viel Geld bezahlen, um dort zu bleiben, ich verstehe, wie sie sagen könnten, es ist ein bisschen schmutzig ein bisschen gemütlich und braucht ein bisschen TLC . Es scheint ein sehr süßer Mann zu sein, der umher fährt, ganz viel zu tun, und der Rest des Personals war hinter den Türen versteckt oder nur nicht da. Ich bin nicht sicher. Es gab Personal im Spa und sie waren wunderschön und hilfsbereit und freundlich. Mein kleines Zimmer war wunderschön und schön und gemütlich, und sauber genug, obwohl Tatty in Orten. Für mich hatte ich wirklich einen schönen Tag und würde definitiv zurückkommen. Das Frühstück war sehr grundlegende, aber ich hatte keine sehr hohen Erwartungen, und ich bin nicht wirklich ein Frühstücksperson, so wieder kann es vielleicht nicht die Tickbox für andere machen, aber es hat den Job für mich gemacht. The hotel is an incredible building which must take some maintenance. We booked a double room for one night and arrived at lunchtime with the intention of sightseeing in bath for a couple of days. The hotel was happy for us to park all day both days which was great. The check in process (after 3pm) was very easy and we had a very clean room with plenty of towels, 2 robes and slippers for the spa/pool. The double room had a king size bed which was very comfortable. The hotel pool was crowded and looking a little tired but was as expected. The outside heated pool was very nice and relaxing. We didn’t have any spa treatments or use the gym but both looked well kept and the gym had good modern equipment. We didn’t eat in the restaurant preferring to find a restaurant in bath itself. Breakfast was a bit of a chaotic affair with several hotel staff doing various jobs with no apparent coordination. The wait for a table, then coffee was long and then we had to wait again to order breakfast. The whole process of breakfast took well over an hour which is poor. It was clear that there was no clear process as some tables were getting their cooked breakfast before us even though we were taken to our table 30 mins before them. The little waiter man with his paper pad was a bit useless. When the ‘full English’ breakfast came it was a small plate of well cooked food but not really as described in the menu. In terms of portion size it was more like a kids breakfast. We weren’t served any toast either and had to ask for it unlike other tables who received it with their drinks order which seemed a bit weird. The continental buffet was a bit scarce with no bowls or spoons so we had to use our fruit juice glasses for the yogurt and fruit. The whole thing could be improved with a breakfast buffet under a hot plate if they haven’t got enough staff to serve it.

Besonderes Dank an Manager Emilia und das Team bei Holiday Express für unseren Aufenthalt wunderbar. Das Hotel war unspottbar, das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet mit viel Wahl, und der Preis war sehr vernünftig. Es ist ein toller Ort für Familien – Unsere Kinder lieben den Schwimmbad – und die Bar war ein netter Extra für Entspannung am Abend. Hoch empfohlen und wir werden definitiv zurück!
