Das Hotel und das Personal waren wirklich wunderschön. Es gab ein Problem mit der Buchung, als wir ankamen und trotzdem zeigte, dass wir 2 Zimmer reserviert hatten, gab es einen Systemfehler irgendwo zwischen trip.com und dem Hotel, aber der Empfangsmann behandelte die Situation sehr professionell und schnell und gab auch Wir kostenlos Frühstück für den nächsten Tag für die Unannehmlichkeit. Würde wieder bleiben

Friendly service; clean room and bathroom.
Nothing wrong with it really except that I was expecting a HOTEL based on the pictures and certainly the price! The location is great but be aware that this an INN with rooms attached at the back. Breakfast not included (costs £15 extra). Location great right in front of the cathedral but no parking. A good, comfortable stay but overpriced fro what it was and the time of year (mid-October).

Complementary refreshments and being able to cast to the tv was great, as we're the blackout blinds. Lovely breakfast in the mornings. The room was compact but well laid out and very cute.

Die Lage ist sehr, sehr praktisch und zentral.
Der Fußweg zum Bahnhof dauert nur wenige Minuten.
Bars, Restaurants und Straßen sind alle innerhalb einer Minute erreichbar
Unten im Hotel gibt es ein Café
Es gibt einen Haartrockner und WLAN
Es ist wirklich praktisch, noch eine Nacht zu bleiben

The place was extremely cozy and pretty too. Had little expectations when booking a guesthouse, but the place exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient too, to hangout at Bath. The bed was cozy. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Loved the stay overall and would definitely visit them again if I come back to Bath.

Das Hotel hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Lage war bequem. Alles ging reibungslos während meines Besuchs. Ich würde gerne hier wieder bleiben und es anderen empfehlen.

Fantastic hotel. Luxurious but homely. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff and could happily have stayed longer. Our room, like the whole hotel, was beautifully furnished and decorated, with a very comfortable bed and lovely walk-in shower. The record player was a lovely, quirky touch as well as the pantry! We enjoyed some very nice cocktails in the bar too. The location is perfect and it's just a few minutes walk to the city centre. We loved everything about the hotel and will definitely be back!

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, das Personal ist sehr freundlich!
Ich denke, der Sommer ist heiß, weil es keine Klimaanlage gibt, aber es wird sehr schwarz, also sollte man das Fenster öffnen.
Das Frühstück ist auch reichhaltig und lecker.
Ich finde es sehr bequem, in der Nähe dieser Anlage zu kommen.

Very central , very nice staff , good breakfast. Maybe have some glasses in the room , if you wanted a cold drink /beer etc in the room they're were only mugs .
Enjoyable stay , parking is a big plus too

VVictoria // TheTravelingTeacherDas Abbey Hotel Bad war so bequem mit sehr hilfsbereitem und freundlichem Personal gelegen. Wir buchten einen zusätzlichen Tag und sie waren so hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war wunderschön, das Bett bequem und ich würde jedem empfehlen, dort zu bleiben. Es liegt in der Nähe der Abbey, der Romanen Badeort, Sally Lunn’s Buns und viele schöne Geschäfte und Gebäude. Ein wunderschöner und wunderschöner Ort, um während des Besuchs von Bath zu bleiben!

LLiam and JennyAttended on Tuesday 27th Feb. Paid a little extra for room with a bath as like the couple ****** we are, we wanted a bath in Bath. My wife's first time ever visiting here. The hotel is a lovely setting, there is history here and all the staff have been wonderful. Close to the station, literally in front of it, and close to everything. Had the great pleasure of having many encounters with Tim, one of the reception staff and I believe concierges. Super pleasant and always helpful.
We had breakfast included and after having that this morning can honestly say it's bang for your buck, with hot food to order including steak and eggs, (best steak my wife has had in the UK), a breakfast grill and a selection of others plus a typical selection of baked goods and fruits. The bar is pleasant and we enjoyed drinks last night before heading up to our room. Strawberry daiquiri we have had many times but the Amaretto sour was an interesting twist with a strong lemon zest.
The only downside to the visit would be the bath/shower experience. Lukewarm bath and cold shower when we attempted it last night. This morning we got hot water for a total of ten mins to share before it went cold again. Not the worst thing all in all but a downside considering the extra pricing for a bathtub room. I was however assured that had I brought it to the desks attention I would have been assisted and I had just done the British thing of not wanting to fuss.
One last perk that made an impact to me; free luggage storage. We checked out early so we could make the best of our time exploring Bath before we ride home. We were offered free luggage storage for even after we checked out so we could come back in quick before our train at 3pm and grab our bags and go, no extra charge. Fantastically useful as the Abbey tour does not allow luggage inside and we wanted to go.
Anyway, thank you to Tim and all the staff at The Royal for making us feel welcomed and our time there special, we will definitely be coming back someday soon and will stay again. - Liam and Jenny Stephenson, Room 109.

MMK AMIRBestes Hotel in Bath. Sehr schönes Hotel und das Zimmer ist so komfortabel und haben alle erforderlichen Einrichtungen. Großes Zimmer, großes Badezimmer, starker Wasserdruck und heißes Wasser funktioniert gut. Vieles Punkt und hat auch einen Kühlschrank. Dieses Hotel hat einen Aufzug. Die Nebenseite liegt im Parkplatz, wo der Gast für 15 £ bezahlt werden muss. Aber sie haben kostenfreie Parkplätze auf der Seitenstraße, die von 7:00 bis 8:00 Uhr morgens kostenlos ist. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hier und werden später wiederkommen.

We booked a double room for one night and arrived at lunchtime with the intention of sightseeing in bath for a couple of days. The hotel was happy for us to park all day both days which was great.
The check in process (after 3pm) was very easy and we had a very clean room with plenty of towels, 2 robes and slippers for the spa/pool.
The double room had a king size bed which was very comfortable.
The hotel pool was crowded and looking a little tired but was as expected. The outside heated pool was very nice and relaxing.
We didn’t have any spa treatments or use the gym but both looked well kept and the gym had good modern equipment.
We didn’t eat in the restaurant preferring to find a restaurant in bath itself.
Breakfast was a bit of a chaotic affair with several hotel staff doing various jobs with no apparent coordination. The wait for a table, then coffee was long and then we had to wait again to order breakfast. The whole process of breakfast took well over an hour which is poor. It was clear that there was no clear process as some tables were getting their cooked breakfast before us even though we were taken to our table 30 mins before them. The little waiter man with his paper pad was a bit useless.
When the ‘full English’ breakfast came it was a small plate of well cooked food but not really as described in the menu. In terms of portion size it was more like a kids breakfast. We weren’t served any toast either and had to ask for it unlike other tables who received it with their drinks order which seemed a bit weird.
The continental buffet was a bit scarce with no bowls or spoons so we had to use our fruit juice glasses for the yogurt and fruit.
The whole thing could be improved with a breakfast buffet under a hot plate if they haven’t got enough staff to serve it.

KKieran Tan8 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Bath SPA entfernt, wirklich schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück, saubere Zimmer und eine praktische und komfortable Lounge.
Nur wenige Gehminuten bis ins Stadtzentrum von Bath und Starbucks ist gleich um die Ecke.
Werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

GGastnutzerAmazing value for money; simple selections of food, compact no frills chalets: could do with a bit of attention to detail with deep cleaning; decent bedding and towels, fantastic and varied entertainment generally throughout the day and late into the evening; most acts are really good. Nice to be able to set up to work remotely in the ballroom during the day and take in the fun that holiday makers are having. The Blue Coats are an engaging team. Drink prices are OK for a setting like this. We are 53 and 58 and on the younger scale of most holiday makers but whatever age, this adult only holiday park delivers quality for money hands down. Bus travels from the road outside the site to Weston Super Mare hourly during the day; beach is just a walk away down the site entrance. Taxi's are affordable if a comfi trip into town is wanted. Can imagine how amazing this establishment will be in summer (and they don't seem to hike the prices to eye watering levels during the warmer months). The range of themed weekday stays (4 days Mon-Fri) and weekend (Fri-Mon) are varied. We need to be in the WSM area for a couple of months - staying at various hotels / establishments, but now we have found Sand Bay, we have chosen to book here for several weeks back to back. For that reason, we have brought our own bedding with us, to personalise our chalet and make it more homely for our extended stay. Reception team are generally welcoming and efficient and Jade the holiday booking team member is ever so helpful. Well done Sand Bay!

QQingshuixichenDas Hotel ist etwas alt, aber sehr charakteristisch, die Rezeption ist ein Griechen, sehr enthusiastisch und erlebt sich anders. Das Zimmer hat keine Klimaanlage, es ist alle Heizungen, nach dem Aufenthalt geöffnet, so dass es sich gerade ein bisschen kalt fühlt, als wir ins Zimmer gingen. Wir haben ältere Menschen. Der Kellner hat einen weiteren Heizungsgerät hinzugefügt, und die Nacht ist heiß. Darüber hinaus ist das Hotel ein Leuchtkörper, das hinter dem Aufzug ist, und es gibt auch einige Treppen, wenn es ein Radschlitten gibt, ist es immer noch nicht sehr bequem.
