The hotel all in all is very good. Clean, polite staff and location is perfect. Parking will have to be in the public parking around the corner which is about £20 for a day. Online it said the hotel offers halal food but once we got there they said they aren't sure they do it. The staff also informed us that we wouldn't be able to eat at the restaurant that day because they were booked for a function, but we feel this should've been communicated beforehand by email etc. Other than this I think this hotel is the best in the area and is very classy and welcoming.

Das ist meine erste Hotelbuchung mit Trip und ich muss sagen, dass ich zunächst skeptisch war, ob es durchgehen würde. Danke, das Hotel wurde die Bestätigung erhalten. Nur musste der Empfänger Ihren Nachnamen sagen und sie werden Sie in ihrem System finden können. Wir hatten die ganze Zeit mit den zuvor angebotenen Cookies, die wirklich jung waren. Das Bett im Doppelzimmer war kleiner als erwartet, aber es war noch gut genug für zwei Erwachsene. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr klangfest, so dass Sie die Außenwagen hören können, wenn Sie auf der Seite stehen, die die Stadt gegenüber steht. Aber wenn Sie nicht zu sensibel sind, sind die Klangen akzeptabel. Die 24/7 Fitness-Studio war für die Raumkapazität ziemlich gut ausgestattet. Sie hatten Fitness-Towels, Sanitärwäsche und Wasserfüller. Das Hotel Frühstück war auch angenehm. Das Restaurant hatte einen guten Blick. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt wirklich gut! Würde wieder Trip.com verwenden.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück war gut. Das Zimmer war im Allgemeinen sauber, allerdings habe ich für die Sauberkeit nur vier Sterne vergeben, da das Kissen etwas staubig war. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Der Aufzug roch zeitweise unangenehm, und auch der Flur, in dem wir wohnten, roch, als ob jemand im Zimmer geraucht hätte. Ich verstehe jedoch, dass das Verhalten der Gäste manchmal nicht in ihrer Hand liegt. Daher hat dies meine Bewertung nicht beeinflusst. Ich würde definitiv wieder dort übernachten, da das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut war!

Das Zimmer braucht eine allgemeine Aktualisierung, das Fenster braucht einen guten Schrauben und die schüttelnden Fußboden ...Allerdings ist das Zimmer-Layout perfekt für drei richtige Einzelbetten, wie wir es gewünscht hatten, und es ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Tim am Rezeption Desk ist der perfekte Grund, im Royal Hotel zu bleiben! Natürlich ist die Dame, die die Zimmer gereinigt hat, außergewöhnlich responsiv und sorgfältig. Mach die nasse 2-day Baderlebnis so 'sunny' für uns! Danke Royal Hotel!

Ich habe in 100 von Hotels geblieben. Ich versuche jetzt, den Chrom & Glas Gin Palace-Typ zu vermeiden. Ich nutze Budget Hotels für einen Nachtaufenthalt. Allerdings war dies ein 5-Tage-Pause, um meinen Partnern 60. Geburtstag zu feiern. Das Hotel war wunderschön, historisches Gebäude, aber gut gepflegt. Schönes Personal, das uns sehr willkommen machte. Eine schöne Küche, um Frühstück zu bestellen, und das Abendessen wurde perfekt gekocht, und unser Wartepersonal war besser als die meisten Restaurants. Das Zimmer war perfekt, gereinigt, wenn wir gefordert und die Lage ist perfekt. Es gibt einen Bus zur Stadt alle 15 Minuten, die nur 3 Pause entfernt ist. Wenn Sie Bad besuchen, ist das beste Hotel zu bleiben.

The hotel is an incredible building which must take some maintenance. We booked a double room for one night and arrived at lunchtime with the intention of sightseeing in bath for a couple of days. The hotel was happy for us to park all day both days which was great. The check in process (after 3pm) was very easy and we had a very clean room with plenty of towels, 2 robes and slippers for the spa/pool. The double room had a king size bed which was very comfortable. The hotel pool was crowded and looking a little tired but was as expected. The outside heated pool was very nice and relaxing. We didn’t have any spa treatments or use the gym but both looked well kept and the gym had good modern equipment. We didn’t eat in the restaurant preferring to find a restaurant in bath itself. Breakfast was a bit of a chaotic affair with several hotel staff doing various jobs with no apparent coordination. The wait for a table, then coffee was long and then we had to wait again to order breakfast. The whole process of breakfast took well over an hour which is poor. It was clear that there was no clear process as some tables were getting their cooked breakfast before us even though we were taken to our table 30 mins before them. The little waiter man with his paper pad was a bit useless. When the ‘full English’ breakfast came it was a small plate of well cooked food but not really as described in the menu. In terms of portion size it was more like a kids breakfast. We weren’t served any toast either and had to ask for it unlike other tables who received it with their drinks order which seemed a bit weird. The continental buffet was a bit scarce with no bowls or spoons so we had to use our fruit juice glasses for the yogurt and fruit. The whole thing could be improved with a breakfast buffet under a hot plate if they haven’t got enough staff to serve it.

Und sie stellen ein Waffeleisen zur Verfügung!

Amazing value for money; simple selections of food, compact no frills chalets: could do with a bit of attention to detail with deep cleaning; decent bedding and towels, fantastic and varied entertainment generally throughout the day and late into the evening; most acts are really good. Nice to be able to set up to work remotely in the ballroom during the day and take in the fun that holiday makers are having. The Blue Coats are an engaging team. Drink prices are OK for a setting like this. We are 53 and 58 and on the younger scale of most holiday makers but whatever age, this adult only holiday park delivers quality for money hands down. Bus travels from the road outside the site to Weston Super Mare hourly during the day; beach is just a walk away down the site entrance. Taxi's are affordable if a comfi trip into town is wanted. Can imagine how amazing this establishment will be in summer (and they don't seem to hike the prices to eye watering levels during the warmer months). The range of themed weekday stays (4 days Mon-Fri) and weekend (Fri-Mon) are varied. We need to be in the WSM area for a couple of months - staying at various hotels / establishments, but now we have found Sand Bay, we have chosen to book here for several weeks back to back. For that reason, we have brought our own bedding with us, to personalise our chalet and make it more homely for our extended stay. Reception team are generally welcoming and efficient and Jade the holiday booking team member is ever so helpful. Well done Sand Bay!

A must-stay for Bath hotels. It is one of few hotels to have in-house spa facilities for guests to use for free. I liked the location too – it is next to the Roman Baths.

Das Hotel ist etwas alt, aber sehr charakteristisch, die Rezeption ist ein Griechen, sehr enthusiastisch und erlebt sich anders. Das Zimmer hat keine Klimaanlage, es ist alle Heizungen, nach dem Aufenthalt geöffnet, so dass es sich gerade ein bisschen kalt fühlt, als wir ins Zimmer gingen. Wir haben ältere Menschen. Der Kellner hat einen weiteren Heizungsgerät hinzugefügt, und die Nacht ist heiß. Darüber hinaus ist das Hotel ein Leuchtkörper, das hinter dem Aufzug ist, und es gibt auch einige Treppen, wenn es ein Radschlitten gibt, ist es immer noch nicht sehr bequem.
