Lovely small hotel. In a great location. 10 mins walk to Old Town. 25 mins to beach. Bus stops directly outside the hotel which is very useful. There are some lovely restaurants and bars within a 5 min walk. I can strongly recommend The Magnolia restaurant 10/10. Some of the best food I've ever had in Spain and a beautiful setting. Book in advance and ask for top terrace. Superb. The hotel pool is small but big enough to cool down in. There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel but breakfast and drinks are provided in your room. A nice touch. You also get a glass of cava while you get booked in. Miroslava ( Mexican) was great. She couldn't be more helpful. The only down side was the room design. The reading lights are too low. If you want to read in bed the only place for the pillows is over the lights. Totally impracticable and very uncomfortable 😕 A small gripe. Would recommend.

The hotel is clean and spotless. Spa thermal pool opens long hour from 8am to 10pm which is very convenient. Buffet dinner €18 per person is reasonable and food is good. Breakfast is average, lack of hot dishes. The cafe bar offers some Thai cuisine. They are yummy but very small portions. Me and my husband ordered 3 main courses but were still hungry. We wanted to order the 4th course ”Style Thai beef wok” with an additional bowl of rice and we'd pay for the rice. However the waitress refused simply because a bowl of rice is not on the menu! I suggest the hotel to remove the Style Thai beef wok from the menu if they're not able to provide a bowl of rice to go with it. This is authentic Thai style of eating! Very disappointed ! The cafe service need to improve, too rigid, not customer oriented.

Check-in ein wenig langsam ... Der Hotelbad ist etwas schmeckt, andere sind gut, besonders nah am Meer. Dann zeigte sich die Trip.com-Schnittstelle, dass die Parkplätze nicht gebucht werden konnten. Es wurde gesagt, dass es keine Parkplätze gibt, wenn Sie sich begeben, weil ich keine Ankunft gebucht habe. Also ist das ein sehr schmutziger Ort. Glücklicher Abend. Es ist ein bisschen gut, die Tür des Hotels hat einen Parkplatz gefunden und es ist auch 30 Euro wütend.

Normal IBIS. Internet schnell, Frühstück kostete 10 Euro. Gut. Lage ist nicht sehr gut, aber es gab keine Wahl. Zum Zentrum zu gehen eine Haltestelle auf dem Elektriker, der recht im Hotel ist. Das Zimmer ist gut, hervorragende Dusche.

Las instalaciones en general están bien, el personal muy atento, tanto en recepción, como en cafetería, en la zona de circuito termal y masajes, el personal de limpieza, cada una de las personas con las que hablé excepcionales. Zonas de lectura muy agradables, entorno verde y un pueblo con encanto

Hotel muy bien situado y con instalaciones bastante buenas...se nota que tuvo una vida anterior pero está muy bien reformado. Personal muy agradable. Sólo 2 pegas: desayuno algo caro para lo que ofrecen a pesar de la buena calidad y parking también un poco caro pero entiendo que es debido a lo casi imposible de aparcar en la calle. Volvería encantado, eso sí!!

Hôtel impeccable, personnel super gentil, petit déjeuner super varié avec la possibilité de déjeuner jusqu'à 11h nickel pour la grasse mat 😅super bien placé en pied de la plage. Pour se déplacer à proximité vous pourrez y trouver des vélos avec l application nextbike facile à utiliser. 'je recommande super séjour 👍👍

El Hotel Castilla Termal Solares tenía mucha expectativa alta, pero comparados con los otros hoteles de la misma cadena, el Burgo de Osma y Olmedo, que he ido se ve mucha diferencia en cuanto a mantenimiento y conservación e instalaciones como por ejemplo el de Olmedo tenía piscina termal exterior y más conservado.En resumen el Solares depende de la habitación que escojas por ejemplo una estándar, tiene tele muy pequeña y en Olmedo la misma categoría tenía mejor tele, y en general una superior igual tele pequeña y antigua que no tiene ni para poner Netflix.El desayuno muy bien igual que los otros.En fin mi valoración le daría 7/10.

Nuestra estancia ha sido fantástica. En general, hemos quedado muy satisfechos con el hotel. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y muy limpias. Como única pequeña observación, el aire acondicionado nos pareció un poco flojo, aunque no fue un problema importante. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención del personal de la cafetería. Todas las chicas fueron encantadoras, muy amables, atentas y siempre con una sonrisa. La cafetería nos sorprendió por la gran variedad de productos y la calidad del servicio. El restaurante también nos gustó mucho. La comida estaba muy buena, aunque creemos que el menú del día podría ofrecer un poco más de variedad, ya que solo había dos opciones para el primer plato y dos para el segundo. La piscina fue otro de los puntos fuertes de nuestra estancia: muy agradable, limpia y perfecta para relajarse. En definitiva, ha sido una experiencia muy positiva. Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto y, sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí. ¡Muchas gracias a todo el equipo por su atención y profesionalidad!
