1) The escalator leading from the lobby to the mezzanine level was out of order. Given the makeshift barrier on the mezzanine level, it looked like the escalator had been out of commission for some time. Quite a shame from a convenience standpoint. 2) I had checked into the hotel after midnight because of a flight delay so I was pretty exhausted and fell asleep quickly after taking a shower, brushing my teeth, etc. I woke up in the middle of my first night's stay noticing a foul odor. After walking around the room and initially thinking it was coming from the A/C vent, I pinpointed the origin of the bad smell to the linens: the pillowcases, sheets, blanket. It smelled like a dirty wet sponge or clothes that never dried completely but were put back in the dresser drawer. I pulled all of the linens off the bed and left a note for housekeeping to replace them because of a foul odor. They did and it was fine the rest of my stay, but the point is I never should have had to do that. 3) Upon returning from my uncle's funeral Saturday night, to my dismay I found 20-30 cars that had been double-parked by the valets in the hotel parking lot. After circling the lot several times in the hopes of catching someone leaving but having no success, I decided to look into valet parking, figuring that since I was a hotel guest they would have something worked out. When the valet told me the valet fee was $49 even for hotel guests I was flabbergasted and declined. He instructed me to go back to the parking garage and speak to the parking attendant to ask about my parking options. When I got there, the parking attendant initially refused to come out of his booth to help me so I had to enter the garage, go all the way around to the exit and talk to him so that he didn't have to leave his booth. He pointed at a white car parked outside and told me to look for parking ”around there.” I asked him if that was assigned to the hotel, because I did not want to wake up tomorrow morning to discover that my rental car had been towed or impounded. He did not convince me that this was not a possibility so I parked the car where he instructed me to, took photos of the area, and went to the hotel registration desk to look further into the parking situation. The signage was also not clear. When I got to the registration desk, I was helped by an employee who seemed to have a French accent. He was definitely European, with very short hair. I explained what had just happened with the parking and he told me that the hotel did not have ”jurisdiction” over that parking area and he could not guarantee me that my car would not be towed. There happened to be another employee, a local guy, just finishing a transaction with a hotel guest so I moved one station over and asked him the same question. He clarified the situation and explained that that outside parking area (in the middle, under the ramp) was overflow parking for the hotel, and, as long as my hotel parking pass was clearly displayed, my car could remain there for the duration of my stay.

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und schön! Aber ich hoffe, dass die Schädel und die Fenster des Gebäudes gebrochen oder beschädigt werden, so dass ich hoffe, dass Sie sich bessern!

Excellent location for the price. Hotel is mid but I got a real good deal out of it so not gonna complain. Great view if you get one of the upper floors

This property was right in the heart of everything easy to get to easy to walk to other shops, restaurants, the beach, anywhere you want to go. It’s right in the heart of things, but the best thing of all was my room. I had a one bedroom suite on the 37th floor, which is only one away from the penthouse top level it was absolutely excellent. The bed was good. The kitchen was a bonus. I was able to cook my own bacon which was wonderful. The convenience store was also great and the prices were not inflated or unexpectedly high. The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. Overall this was a great place but my favorite thing was being able to sit out on my balcony and look at the beach and watch the sunset and watch a sailboat regatta in the evening while the cool breezes blew my way. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone else

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Strand, aber viele Felsen müssen also ein bisschen gehen, um einen Teil des Strandes ohne Felsen zu erreichen. Starke Wellen und Ströme im Winter so nicht gut für junge Kinder oder Anfänger Schwimmern, sondern gut für Surfen und Boogie-Boogie-Boogie. Sie können Schildkröten schwimmen in der Nähe des Strandes und weiter entfernt von vielen Walen von Dezember bis März sehen. Das Hotel verfügt über viele Schwimmbads (und ein Spaßschlitten), aber nur 3ft tief so gut für Kinder, aber ein wenig müde für Erwachsene. Nur ein Restaurant, es ist Duke. Und ein kleiner Shop verkauft Starbucks Kaffee. Unser Einheit war im 10. Stock im Hauptgebäude und hatte einen großen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht auf den West Maui Mountain. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Lage und würde gerne zurückkommen!

Ich habe es für eine eigene Reise in der Parfümshan Marathon verwendet. Die Lage ist zufriedenstellend, weil ich zum Ala Moana Shopping Center oder zu den besetzten Straßen des Capiolani Parks gehen kann. Es gibt einen kleinen Souvenir-Shop und ein Supermarkt in der Nähe, so dass es sehr bequem ist, zu kaufen. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine Stadtlandschaft, sehr schön und im 7. Stock sehr komfortabel.

This is a true outdoorsmen experience. I stayed in the Monkeypod tent. It was very comfortable. I had a very nice Queen bed with plenty of pillows. The tent came with a folding table, iron racks for hanging clothes, a lamp, multi-plug power strip, and WIFI. The porch had one chair and a table, and the nights were very quiet. The property shares a kitchen with on the needed appliances and dishware available as well as a porch with tables and chairs to watch the sunset. There are two showers, one in door with solar heating and one outdoors (still private) with gas heating. The property has a protected gate with code. Overall, a very good experience and I would stay here again.

Ich mochte die geräumigen Zimmer mit klassischer Gefühl. Es gab jedoch keine Bodenreinigung, also musste ich Schuhe tragen.. Die Reinigungsstelle war so bedauerlich. Die Einrichtungen sind noch immer so beeindruckt. Es ist auch ein Plus für dieses Hotel, so schönen Strand in der Nähe zu haben. Ich werde es nicht wieder haben, aber nächstes Mal möchte ich direkt vor dem wahren Strand zu einem Ort gehen! ㅎㅎ Die Aussicht auf das Zimmer war aber nett und nett.

サンセットを部屋から見たくてサンセットオーシャンビューの お部屋にしました。お天気が悪くて1日しか見れませんでしたが最高のサンセットでした。 キッチンもあるので滞在中、自炊をしたり、テイクアウトをした食事を温めたり出来て良かったです。 確認不足でバスタブが無くてシャワーだけだったのが残念でした。気温が低くて涼しい日もあったので水量の弱いシャワーだけだと少し寒かったです。 タオル類はかけたままだと交換してもらえず、コーヒー類の補充をメモでお願いしたのですが、補充されなかったのが残念でした。ソファベッドの寝具もクローゼットにあると言われましたが無くて、廊下にいたスタッフの方に伝えて持ってきてもらいました。 毎日お水2本とアイスクリームを１つもらえたのは良かったです。一階にあるポケ丼のお店も美味しかったです。 食料品等売っているお店はありますが、割高なので近くのABC ストアの方が安いです。 アラモアナショッピングセンターも徒歩圏内で、ワイキキまでも歩けて便利でした。 フロントは人が1人か2人しかしなくて日本語も全く通じ無いのでセキュリティ費用がデポジットと言うのも分からず、 こちらのカスタマーサービスで確認してもらい助かりました。 とにかく人が少ないので何か聞くにも待たないといけないのが不便でした。 ロケーションはとても良かったので機会があればまた泊まりたいと思います。

Das Hotel ist recht alt und das Zimmer war selbst bei der Ankunft noch nicht fertig, was etwas enttäuschend war. Es war auch nicht besonders sauber, aber dem Preis entsprechend. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage und das zuverlässige Sicherheitsgefühl. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, dass man von dort aus wunderschöne Regenbögen sehen kann – eine tolle Überraschung! Insgesamt ist es keine schlechte Wahl, wenn man einfach nur eine praktische Unterkunft sucht.
