This one-room Ghibli themed apartment was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, it felt like I’d stepped into a whimsical little world. The space was super cozy but fully equipped with everything I needed. kitchen, comfy bed, even laundry. It’s close to the airport (yay for short commutes!), and having a convenience store right in the lobby was such a lifesaver. Whether you're a Ghibli fan or just love fun, comfy stays, this place is a total gem. Would 100% ride the catbus back here again!

Excellent stay & highly recommended
It’s truly felt like home, even away from home, the room smell so fresh and very clean, the host provided all amenities, sandal, laundry bag, toothbrush, shower cap, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, towel and very comfortable bed. Lucky, I got to see beautiful sky after raining from the balcony.
The fast internet, big TV to watch free netflix, Max, prime video and premium youtube.
Will come back again to stay for sure.

This accommodation really nice. Just walk 1 minute to Central Park Mall through Neo soho. You will get much compliment that the other place didn't offer , such as netflix and TV cable (for this price range). Because i travel much , and my netflix subscription only gave me 2 weeks travelling code, is so annoying but luckily i get netflix compliment in property. I really enjoy stay here. Definitely will be back here if I touch down to jakarta again 🥰

Es gefällt mir wirklich gut! Die Lage ist wirklich gut und das Zimmer ist auch schön … eine Sache, die mir nicht so recht gefällt, ist zunächst die Check-in-Zeit und dann der Ameisenbefall in der Nähe der Küchentheke und der Toilette, aber ansonsten ist es insgesamt ein wirklich guter Ort zum Übernachten. Ich kann nicht genug betonen, dass man einfach zu Fuß zum TA und CP Mall gehen kann, was meiner Meinung nach sehr praktisch ist! Würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

AAnonymer BenutzerThe front desk there has very good hospitality with warm greeting and smile. As well provide you and suggest you options and do not push you. Thumbs up for their front desk. we do not request for house keeping, and eventually they call and approach us to check if we need any amenities, which surprise us with their good service. The hotel has a layer of securities where they will check the car/taxi entering their premises, which make me feel safe. If you wish to buy some groceries , there are some mart out there which is walking distance, but pls do expect the road is not so proper to walk at the roadside as there are a lot of cars and motorcycles.. The room come with kitchen where we can do simple cooking (provided u have the groceries).. I will stay back the same hotel if I back to Jakarta again ..

During check in, even though we came late around 5pm, we still needed to wait 15 min for the room to be ready.
The studio has a washing machine with dryer, fridge and induction cooker. Love the amenities. Room service is great, everyday replace new towels.
Breakfast is good too but once too many people maybe a bit crowded. Gym facilities are great as well.
Overall, we satisfy to stay here due to the location. Will choose this place next time 😉

This made it incredibly convenient for accessing a variety of shops and restaurants, ensuring that there was never a shortage of leisure activities nearby. It's perfect for both shopping enthusiasts and food lovers alike.
**Accommodation:**
I was pleased with my spacious studio room, which provided a peaceful retreat after busy days exploring the city. The room was well-maintained and equipped with all the essentials, creating a calm and quiet atmosphere that was much appreciated. The comfort of the accommodations contributed significantly to the overall pleasantness of my stay.
**Breakfast:**
However, I did find the breakfast options a bit limited. While the food that was available was satisfactory, I was disappointed to see that the staff did not replenish items after they had been cleared away. This resulted in certain buffet trays being empty, which didn’t quite meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber. Given that the guest profile mainly consists of foreigners and Singaporeans, a more diverse selection and prompt replenishment would surely cater better to guests' expectations.
**Overall Experience:**
Despite the breakfast shortcomings, my stay at Fraser Residence Menteng was undeniably pleasant. The combination of a comfortable room and a prime location makes this hotel an attractive option in Jakarta. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall good value. Just be ready for some wait during check-in and check-out for key and deposit handling.

Rather far from Jakarta tengah if u r into happenings. However there's a big big mall around the corner , PIM which is just a short walk away. Seriously busy road here but easy to get rides here.

MMeightonineIch habe hier eine Nacht verbracht, nachdem es in einem unserer Airbnbs zu einem großen Chaos gekommen war. Wir hatten das Apartment um 23:30 Uhr gebucht. Als wir eine Stunde später ankamen, war die Rezeption bereits um Mitternacht für uns da. Der Check-in verlief effizient und reibungslos. Das Apartment war sauber und geräumig. Wenn ich etwas zu bemängeln hätte, wäre es der Ventilator der Klimaanlage. Er war etwas zu laut, da ich einen leichten Schlaf hatte. Das Apartment lag ganz in der Nähe der Halim Station, sodass ich Bandung bequem mit dem Auto erreichen konnte und morgens keine Angst vor Staus hatte.

GGastnutzerThe good: The huge rooms , samsung tv with seamless connection and fast internet speed allowing multiple devices. The bath tub and direct access to mall. The staff are so friendly, as they greet and have a nice smile or small talk. Very good english so no issue for communication. Easy to have taxi as they have bluebird taxi on standby.
The bad : The breakfast food was disappointing for family with kid so we did not go back after first day. For business traveller who needs a bite and go, it will suffice. Not for long-term stay. The ascott reward point system was bad - it was a week after we check out.. i finally sign up but don't see my stay, so i email and hope that support team can have this first past reservation added. During stay, I had to let plumbing come in to fix an issue with a leak for lower floor - amazingly it happen when we have not even used the bath tub. The fix took an hour plus. Request happen at 4 pm and we are at home. Swimming pool (1.2metre for adult pool) is okay for kids - at least a toddler pool but no slides.
Conclusion: Enjoy the hotel access to shopping mall, availability of large food choices on delivery app and posh feeling - so will still recommend.
