I surprised my best friend of over ten years for her birthday with an ocean city vacation. Dunes was the best choice I made. I reserved our room 2 months early, assuming summer would bring crowds. I just had to have this room for her actual birthday! One day before our arrival, I received an email alerting me of an upgrade from Dunes court; to Dunes manor (it pays to reserve ahead of time) what a difference!!!! Dunes manor is absolutely beautiful!!!! Stunning!!!! We had car trouble on the way there, so we were dropped off by Uber at Dunes court. I left my friend there with our luggage and walked to get a luggage cart from Dunes manor. The conceiurge actually brought the luggage cart all the way from Dunes manor to Dunes court to get our luggage for us in 90 degree weather dressed in full attire. There was a line to check in however, it went exceptionally fast. The service was warm and friendly. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. What I really loved was that we weren't disturbed every day by house keeping to clean our room. There was a note in our room that read ”if you would like your room cleaned, you need only ask”. Late that night my best friend got cold(she was by the air conditioner) so, she called the front desk and requested an extra blanket. Minutes later, a heated blanket was brought to our room and my friend was fast asleep. They have an indoor pool, a gym and restaurant right on sight and a trolly in back brings you right up the boardwalk for a small fee. The trolley isn't affiliated with the hotel. It's just very convenient. Oh dear, how can I forget?? The rooms balcony overlooks the Ocean. Who doesn't love waking up to that? Last but not least.... When you stay at Dunes manor you can use any of the 3 dunes locations privileges ie outdoor pool, movie night, or even special guest nights at the pool. There's always something fun to do. I'd go again and again. Thank you Dunes for making our stay a memorable one and God bless.

While we had a lovely stay at the Hilton in Ocean City, we were most impressed by their response to a situation after our departure. Our son forgot a fairly pricey set of boots in our room upon checkout. He realized the loss 4 days later after we had returned home — a 3-hour drive away. We called the Hilton on Sunday afternoon and left a voice mail, frankly not expecting much. By 10 am Monday, we had received a call from the hotel manager verifying the item was found, directing us to a vendor for having it shipped to us, and we had an email in hand with the name of the recovery company in less than 4 minutes. The vendor “ileftmystuff.com” had all the information pre-filled into their return form by Hilton. We completed the return form quickly, received confirmation of submission, and a UPS tracking number within the hour. That was yesterday am — the boots were delivered today at 2:42 pm. What a wonderful experience after an “oops, I left my stuff”! Thanks to Kim, the Hilton manager, for such a caring and professional response, and to I Left My Stuff for an easy and quick method to retrieve lost items.

My family and I always stay here. I was even there in April. I came this time solo because I was in the hospital for a couple of days and needed a break. I walked in and was greeted by a nice young lady. As she was checking me in I noticed a man(Chad Brewer) hovering over her shoulders. He kept calling her ”girl,” He then proceeded to take over the check-in process. He talked to me as if he was trying to accuse me of doing something. I have stayed here multiple times and never have I ever felt the way he made me feel. I felt like I was being racially profiled. I might have looked tired and had marks all over my arms(from the IV in the hospital) but I have always loved coming here except for this time. I asked for an upgrade to the bayside. (I was given a street view). Very Loud! Everyone else that worked there was friendly. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

Schöne Lage mitten in der Stadt. Das hauseigene Restaurant war super praktisch. Wir waren im Winter hier und haben das Hallenbad und das Spielzimmer genutzt. Alle Angestellten, denen wir begegneten, waren super nett und gaben den Kindern heiße Schokolade, die ich süß fand. Älteres Hotel, das auf den Fluren zu sehen ist, aber das Interieur des Zimmers hat einige Updates und scheint insgesamt super sauber zu sein. Die Küche hatte alles was man braucht! Für den Preis war es perfekt! Werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!

Wenn Sie innerhalb von 5-6 Stunden von OC-DE leben, ist dies ein Ort, um für die Getaway zu bleiben. Hilton Home 2 Suiten bringen Effizienz auf eine Spitzenhöhe. Meine Frau und ich sind seit über 10 Jahren in OCMD gekommen, aber erstmals in diesem Hotel bleiben. Ich wollte ein Meeresfrontzimmer, das nahe genug war, aber weit genug vom Bordwalk, wenn es sinnvoll ist. Das war insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung. Der Balkon vor dem Ozean war großartig. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Badezimmer und Dusche waren gute Größe. Extrasänke und Pulverraum waren ein schöner Bonus. Keine Lärmprobleme auf unserem Boden. Nur große Negative hier waren der Liebessitz und das Bett - weder bequem, vor allem für ein Top-Dollar-Zimmer. Außerdem überrascht es, dass das Front Desk nicht mit uns nach der Eincheckung verfolgt wurde, was die übliche Praxis war, als wir an anderer Stelle in OCMD verblieben.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft wäre typisch für Aufenthalte in anderen Marriott-Eigenschaften während unserer Reise gewesen, aber für die Persönlichkeit Ihrer Büro-Vertreter, Zina B. Sie ist die beste. Sie ist effizient, angenehm und überhaupt hilfreich. Sie multitasks sehr gut eine Blätter niemand das Gefühl vernachlässigt. Es ist eine Freude, ihre Arbeit zu beobachten. Ich brauche im Allgemeinen nicht die Zeit, Briefe wie diese zu schreiben, aber ich war motiviert durch ihre Demütigung und Zuneigung zu ihren Pflichten. Ich wollte nur sagen, was ihr in ihrem Wertschöpfungsvermögen habt, falls ihr nicht wusstet.

This hotel is impeccable and the NICEST that I have ever stayed at! Very clean and the amenities of the room are also impeccable! I was on the 14th floor and even though the elevator took a bit to get up or down, (only drawback), I did take the stairs once but only to the 6th floor! Then I took the elevator the rest of the way up! This really was an incredible experience, all positive! Stay here, you won't be sorry!

Ausgezeichnetes Strandhotel. Meine Familie besucht Ocean City jedes Jahr und hält sich normalerweise auf der Nordseite der Stadt. Wir haben beschlossen, eine Chance auf ein Hotel aus der Fahrt zu nehmen und wir sind so froh, dass wir es getan haben. Das wird unser zu viel Platz für zukünftige Ocean City-Besichtigungen sein. Das Personal war großartig! Dank NeKeah, Danielle und Abbigail waren sie wunderbar und machten unseren Aufenthalt schrecklich. Sie begrüßten mich jeden Tag mit Namen und waren dort, um uns zu helfen, wann immer es nötig war.

Das war unser zweites Aufenthalt im Prinzessin Bayside. Wir blieben im Juli 2022 zurück und beschlossen im September wieder zu kommen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Bayside zu bleiben. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber. Die Betten waren komfortabel. Wir liebten, Zeit auf dem Balkon zu verbringen, um auf der Bucht zu schauen. Wir saßen ein paar Mal auf den Strandsitzen auf der Bucht. Wir genossen die Kajak Mieten auf dem Grundstück. Das war extrem bequem und viel Spaß. Das einzige, was ich von der Bucht kann, ist eine kleine Renovierung mit dem Teppich. Neue Teppich würde schön aussehen und dem Zimmer einen aktualisierten Blick geben.
