Feels like a Five Star Hotel. Fabulous rooms. Clean Comfortable and Modern. €45 for a single great value. Was given a free upgrade and a drink at the bar FOC. Reception staff awesome. Would highly recommend. I never want to leave! Easy walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets.

Gut gelegenes Hotel, sehr gute Service. Das einzige Problem ist der Lärm, der jederzeit gefühlt wird, die Isolierung des Hotels macht viel zu wünschen, was die Ruhe schwieriger macht. Das Frühstück ist großartig und das umgebende Zimmer verfügt über einen Balkon mit Blick auf Troja. Obwohl einige Gegenzeiten, war die Erfahrung positiv.

Nachdem ich ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett reserviert habe, kam ich über diese Plattform zum Hotel und wurde in einem Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten empfangen. Nach kurzem Gespräch mit der Beamten wurde mir erklärt, dass es die Informationen über die Buchungsplattform gewesen wäre. Da kein Hotel für die betreffende Nacht verfügbare Doppelzimmer, habe ich die Nacht in diesem Zimmer verbracht. Ich habe kein Vertrauen in die Reservierung durch dieses Mittel, denn das war das erste Mal, dass es mir so geschah, wie ich es als erste Erfahrung durch dieses Plattforms erlebte.

This is a 3-star hotel masquerading as a 4-star hotel. The units that were recently renovated got the landlord special: the doorknobs were falling off the bathroom door, the A/C just didn’t work (the staff insisted it did, but we needed to open the window regardless), and the shower doesn’t have a proper barrier so water gets literally everywhere despite your best efforts. The rooms are tiny giving you no space to get takeout or eat a snack. There are plenty of tables downstairs and poolside but the staff insist you cannot bring outside food even though there is no restaurant using those tables and the tables have no use outside of breakfast. The rooms are expensive for the location and amenities. There is a pool but honestly you don’t come to Portugal to swim in a hotel pool. I’ve stayed at many hotels and I’ve never had a worse experience at a so-called “4-star” hotel. At least with 3 star hotels they’re cheaper and you know what you’re getting. We actually had a better stay at another local hotel last week. A large family suite with powerful air conditioning for far less than this tiny double bed room with a vent that blows oddly humid and slightly cool air.

Mistakenly booked this instead of a hotel in Lisbon but no regrets. Room was spacious for 3, included breakfast was very good (especially in free singjng), staff all round were very helpful and welcoming. Room was clean and to be honest, beds were almost the best we've ever slept in. Absolutely recommended.
