Discovered this spot on a website about hot springs in the state of OR while trying to figure out where to spend NYE by myself as a single woman in need of some R&R. Booked through a third party site to get a tiny discount, but a tad nervous about what it might be like because the pictures didn't quite do it justice. Showed up with low expectations and had my mind blown! Room and bed were ultra comfy! I got a room with a private balcony and personal hot tub on it — so amazing! No chlorine in the personal hot tub and all fresh mineral water. At night, while sitting in one corner of it, I could barely even tell that I got one of the cheaper room options of this kind that faced the parking lot ;) During the day... obviously I could see the dang parking lot, but whatever, next time I'll pay more for a forest facing room. The communal hot springs and mineral pool + sauna & cold plunge were AMAZING. I went after 8pm (adult hours 8-10pm) to avoid children. One couple unfortunately thought it was appropriate to blatantly ignore the huge sign at the door and allow their 8 or 9 year old son into the outdoor hot spring, but I just ignored them because ain't nobody got time to police other people's poor choices on a holiday that I was trying to relax. I had at least 20 mins of the big mineral pool all to myself so I swam & even got the sauna to myself at one point for about 15 mins! Cheeseburger and cocktails at the bar were AMAZING. The bartender was so kind. Burger exceeded my expectations — I'll go back for a proper meal after 5pm next time (I got there too early, starving, so missed fancy dinner). Free bites and a champagne taste in the lounge with live music for the holiday was a TREAT. And especially loved the free sparkling apple juice in my room to ring in the new year solo. Hiked on the property after dinner — GORGEOUS. I'll be back for spa treatments next time too! Booked too last minute and couldn't get a massage in, sadly. Slept like a baby. My only complaint is the room was so bland — no art on the walls! And as mentioned, the photos on the website I booked the room through didn't do it justice either! Additionally, no one answered the phone when I called trying to book, which was frustrating, and they didn't even have a voicemail or anything set up to figure out calling back later. Nonetheless, if y'all need art — I've got a ton to hang & accept commissions! Would 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 to help promote this amazing place & be a bigger part of it in the future!!

All service personnel and interactions were both professional and polite, as well as courteous and friendly. The cookies provided in the evening were delicious. I was most impressed by the breakfast choices and omelettes made to order. Never have I experienced such a treat, except on a cruise ship. The manager came around and spoke with us, while we were in the breakfast area and was very friendly and nice. He asked us how our breakfast was, how we liked the hotel and our experiences during our stay. He talked to us inquiring what had brought us to town and gave us information about walking trails and local information. His wife and daughter also said hello.

Ich liebe den Service. Die Leute, die dort arbeiten, ehrlich und freundlich. Sie hatten auch großartige Kenntnisse und Vorschläge darüber, wo ich am besten Essen mitnehmen und mein Auto warten kann. Es war ein gemütliches und schönes Hotel. Ich habe auch ihr Internet-TV genossen.

Die Landschaft ist wunderschön. Nachts gibt es ein Lagerfeuer. Es gibt Eltern-Kind-Aktivitäten, mit eigenem Golfplatz, das Fairway ist relativ schmal und der Platz ist unterhaltsam.

Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr groß und sehr gut. Es gibt Frühstück, wenn ich einen Heizungsschrank mit habe, um Wasser zu verbrennen. Das Zimmer hat Mikrowellenschrank, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine. Das Hotel hat ein Fitnesszimmer. Der Pool ist aber dekoriert. Der Kaffee ist 24-Stunden-Angebot. Das beste und praktischeste Hotel, das ich jemals gehabt habe.

There were other cheaper hotels I could have chosen but this one had free breakfast on Christmas morning so that was what got my attention. When I arrived at my room, it was very cold. The fan was set for AC. And on Christmas Eve, we didn't need cold air. This was the first domino that made a series of unfortunate events: I tried to set the fan to heat but it looks like it is set only for AC or fan (blowing cold air). We were just too tired to call the front desk to request a different room. My girlfriend then took a shower with super hot water. She didn't turn on the fan in the bathroom or close the door as she wanted our room to heat up. The vapor got soooooo thick in the room that it set off the fire alarm. I jumped on the bed looking for the reset button but I cut my finger in the process. There was no silence or reset button. I called the office right away when the alarm turned off and explained the situation. I feel sorry for the few guests that stayed that night. The hotel is in excellent condition, one of the best maintained in Yakima. I just wanted to add that we people do goofy things and what we did was goofy. I know we would not have set the alarm off if the air fan could be arranged from AC to hot air given that it is December and we don't need AC in the room, just a thought.

Es liegt auf einer kleinen Insel mit einer langen und schmalen Straße, die das Festland verbindet. Es ist sehr ruhig, die Seelandschaft ist bezaubernd und es gibt viele Zugvögel. Die Lobby und die Zimmer sind sehr einladend und das Essen im Restaurant ist großartig.

Dies war eine letzte Minute Buchung und konnte nur das Königszimmer mit dem Jacuzzi-Tube im Zimmer buchen. Es war großartig, als wir in der Privatsphäre unseres eigenen Zimmers einen warmen Socken mit dem Feuerplatz im Hintergrund nehmen konnten, um die Sorgen der Woche weg zu entspannen. Wach auf und macht sich auf, diese Familienfunktion zu übernehmen, die uns immer die Wand auftrieb, wenn wir zu lange mit diesem ein Verwandten zu reden zu verbringen.

Das Hotel ist im Zentrum der Stadt, in der Nähe des Geschäftszentrums und des Whirlpool-Landschaftsgebiets, und die Wanderstraße ist sehr bequem. Die Hotel-Ladenmitarbeiter sind sehr bescheiden und der Service ist sehr intim. Das Hotel kann kostenlos parken, das Frühstück ist auch großartig, die Bar und das Restaurant sind sehr gut.
