I stayed at the Best Western Hotel Nazionale in Sanremo and could not have wished for a better experience. The location is simply perfect: right on Corso Matteotti, just steps away from the famous Teatro Ariston and the sea. The property is elegant and well-maintained in every detail. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered the comfort you would expect from a true 4-star hotel. Breakfast, served on the top floor with a spectacular view of the sea and city center, was one of the highlights of my stay: fresh products, a wide selection, and impeccable service. A special thank you to the entire staff, who were exceptionally kind and professional—always ready to fulfill every request with a smile. A particular mention to the reception team, quick and extremely helpful with information and recommendations about the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Sanremo at its best: unbeatable location, excellent comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. I will definitely be back!

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.

Hotel über it.travel gebucht. Super Preis. Alles ist gut, die wahrgenommene Qualität entspricht einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Geräumiges Zimmer, leise Klimaanlage. Ich möchte nur auf ein paar kleine Details hinweisen, die verbessert werden könnten, wie z. B. eine Ablage in der Dusche und die elektrischen Obstteller, die besser befestigt werden sollten.

Dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem geräumigen Hotel. Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Zimmer sehr sauber und bot einen Panoramablick aufs Meer. Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Das Frühstück war besser als in vielen anderen Hotels. Der Wellnessbereich lädt zu einer entspannenden Auszeit ein.

Hotel is in an excellent location. Booked a room with a balcony, so worth the extra fee. Try to reserve a higher floor, as some traffic from the small roads around but not excessive. Wonderful breakfast, lots of choice. Continually replenished. No kettle in the room, but reception when asked provided one for us. Nice to have a cuppa on the balcony before going out. Loots of local restaurants , il Patio was lovely. Also there is a bar up on side of cliff harbour which has seating outside overlooking the bay, fantastic views at dust with a nice glass of wine. Sea front only 3 min walk from the hotel, you can catch the boat to Portofino which is a lovely way to experience Portofino.

Ein tolles Hotel direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Die Altstadt und der Hafen sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. In der Nähe befindet sich eine Liftstation, von der aus man die Hügel hinauffahren und Genua von oben betrachten kann. Das Hotel selbst ist hervorragend. Alles ist auf hohem Niveau. Das Tapetendesign auf den Fotos im Internet war zunächst beunruhigend, aber in Wirklichkeit sieht es hübsch aus, und der Heißluftballon unter der Decke, der das Tapetendesign aufgreift, hat mein Herz endgültig zum Schmelzen gebracht. Der Blick vom Balkon des Zimmers auf den Platz ist atemberaubend. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ist perfekt, die wunderbaren Hausschuhe waren praktisch. Das Zimmer war warm und im Winter angenehm zum Schlafen. Die Betten waren bequem, und wir haben uns wunderbar erholt. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön, ein typisches italienisches Familienrestaurant, sehr gemütlich. Wir kamen spät an und hatten nicht die Kraft, die Terrasse des benachbarten Savoyen zu genießen. Es gibt also einen Grund, wiederzukommen!)

A very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable rooms and good soundproofing. Staff members are professional, polite, and always willing to help, which made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location is convenient for sightseeing and daily activities, while still being quiet enough to relax. Facilities are well managed, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. A great choice for both leisure and family travelers.

Das Hotel war sehr gut, wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage war jedoch eine Katastrophe, es war zentral und unglaublich laut mit Mopeds, die spät in die Nacht und früh am Morgen schwingen, die Lärmisolation war wirklich schlecht. Es gab auch keine Bar oder Restaurant im Hotel und während das Frühstück gut war, war es sehr teuer. Leider wegen der Lärmwerte, die wir nicht mehr hier bleiben würden, eine Schande, wie es viel zu mögen gibt, aber wir haben uns erschöpft fühlen lassen.

My stay at Savoia Curio Collection was rather mediocre and fell short of the standards I normally associate with Hilton’s Curio Collection. Given the brand, I had much higher expectations regarding both the level of service and the overall quality of the property. Unfortunately, the experience did not feel distinctive or refined enough to justify the Curio positioning. Overall, it was a disappointing stay and there is significant room for improvement.

Es ist ein historisches Hotel mit vielen Ausstellungsstücken, wodurch es sich wie ein kleines Museum anfühlt. Das Personal ist sehr professionell, aber leider ist das WLAN nicht sehr stark.
