What a wonderful experience!!! The room was just perfect. Extremely spacious room and the tub/jacuzzi was an excellent addition. Bathroom was a comfortable size. Kitchenette was also a wonderful surprise (I don’t remember reading about it when I booked). Mini fridge was perfect to keep water bottle and beverages cold. Very cleaned and beautifully presented. The view from the room was just great and the location couldn’t be more perfect. Walking distance from the port (great as I had planned on visiting Capri and Ischia) and many other sightseeing musts. Also many places to eat and stores around the block. The host was also extremely helpful, charming and attentive. She allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby and do check-in early as we were ready visit and sightsee many places as soon as we got there around noon. She was also of great help after we checked-out, as I accidentally left the car keys in the lobby, I was able to recover them. All in all we had a great experience and time and will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Das Hotel ist unglaublich groß, und wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Höflichkeit des Personals; sie waren unglaublich hilfreich, und wir haben sichergestellt, dass wir alles, was wir brauchten. Unser Zimmer hatte schöne Einrichtungen, und unser Frühstück war ähnlich sehr schön. Im Allgemeinen empfehlen wir es zum Preis, da alles sehr ordentlich war und wir als Gäste im Palazzo Caracciolo genossen unsere Zeit.

Ich persönlich finde, dass das günstigste Hotel in Sorento zu günstig ist, der Preis ist sehr angemessen, die kleinen Balkone sind sehr gut, so gerne hier sehen, wie die Sonne ausfällt! Das Hotel ist auf der Wolke, es muss Autofahren oder ein Hotel fahren, um ein Auto zu besorgen. Sie müssen aufmerksam machen, dass das Hotel die Beförderungszeiten besorgt hat, sehr rechtzeitig, wenn es verpasst wird, ohne Auto zu fahren, der Verkehr ist schwieriger. Der Nachteil ist, dass die Isolierung des Zimmers hier nicht sehr gut ist, und es ist leicht, die Stimme des Gesprächs in der Nähe zu hören.

Our stay at this hotel in Capri was absolutely unforgettable. The property itself is unbelievably beautiful, every corner felt like a dream, with stunning views and elegant design that perfectly captured the magic of Capri. The service was outstanding from start to finish, making us feel truly pampered throughout our stay. A very special thanks to Gabriella, who went above and beyond to make our experience extra special - her warm hospitality made a real difference. This is a true luxury hotel, offering not only world-class amenities but also a genuine sense of care and personalized service. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment, from relaxing by the beautiful pool to indulging in the delicious breakfast each morning. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an exceptional and memorable stay in Capri!

A very smart clean hotel with an excellent pool and access to the sea, the rooms were large and well appointed with all the amenities you would expect.  The location is away from other restaurants and attractions but this is made clear in the description when booking, it wasn’t a problem for us as we had a car, they run a shuttle to the nearest railway station at Vico equense, if you have a car it’s easy to drive there and park in the underground parking in the center of town, from there getting the train to anywhere you want is easy and cheap. Only two slight criticisms, 1 the shower wasn’t particularly hot or powerful and 2 they need to vary the restaurant menu at least a couple of times a week if only by a few dishes. Overall I would recommend this hotel

Dieses Hotel sollte ein örtliches Hotel sein, das als Hochzeitstag oder Party gewählt wird, Parken ist sehr bequem und der Service ist auch sehr gut. Wir haben ein kleines Zimmer, so dass das Zimmer etwas klein ist und das gesamte Zimmer nicht gut geräuscht ist, aber es gibt eine öffentliche Terrasse. Es ist auch gut, wenn ein Auto diesen Ort als ein vorübergehender Ort für eine Nacht der Ruhe einnimmt, nachdem es sich um einen Punkt handelt, der am Ende der Kiste nähert.

Eden Roc exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of champagne in each room, which was a wonderful touch. Even better, everything in the minibar was included at no extra charge. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable. The rooftop is spectacular, with an amazing pool and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. The food was delicious, and the staff delivered truly first-class service throughout our stay—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Without question, this will be my hotel of choice every time I return to Positano. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Fantastisches Personal und Service. Gehen Sie oben und darüber hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie sich um sie kümmern. Ansichten, Pool und Restaurant sind fantastisch. Taxi ist € 25/30 zum Marina zu bekommen, aber anders als diese super große Lage auf den Hügeln!!

此次意大利行，住了9家酒店，這家算比較，“心理不舒服”的 【避坑關鍵提示】 千萬小心這個【高級海景房】，完全不“高級”，是酒店的乞丐房（海景裏），海景房裡最低一檔（沒有，普通海景房）。 離海最遠，這個是小問題 關鍵是，隔壁是兩部垂直電梯，從房間中“扣”出去（相當於房間床頭，直接擺着兩部電梯） 導致A，房間特別小，異形空間 導致B，電梯上下噪音 不要指望能換房，這個爛房型，每層衹有一套，換上換下都一樣。 也不要指望能酒店好心給你升級，我這邊用攜程黑鑽通道在入住前跟酒店溝通，一樣被告知，就是隔壁電梯，沒有別的房間（實際入住有其它房間空） 再説説酒店整體 優點 新裝修過，在各種舊酒店裡，算看着順眼些的，對應問題，是裝修氣味大，且最高樓層最明顯（25年9月），靠地面的最下面兩層，去溜達，感覺裝修氣味小一些。 房型應該還算正常（不包括高級海景房，避坑提醒） 景色也還行 缺點 1，前台工作人員對亞洲客户態度一般，算不上冷漠，也談不上熱情。 2，酒店空調，check in時，前台巴拉巴拉説了一大堆，大致意思是，衹有關上陽台門，鎖上陽台門鎖，才能開啟，但實際入住，無論怎麼弄那個陽台門，怎麼關，怎麼鎖，空調都是顯示LOC，因為天氣不太熱，就開陽台門睡了一晚上，沒力氣跟不怎麼熱情的前台繼續糾纏。 3，這個稀爛的【高級海景房】，非常噁心。 4，房間鑰匙就是一把鑰匙，和很重很古老的牌子。 5，荒郊野嶺，深夜，凌晨，遠處狗叫1小時，純享鄉村野趣 還是要説説酒店餐廳 1，因為不是在鬧市區，如果沒有車，晚飯大概率衹能在酒店唯一餐廳解決。 2，意大利四星酒店，餐廳消費基本差不多，兩個人，80歐元，大約對應，3道主菜，1份甜品，1瓶白水，這家酒店餐廳，差不多也是上面説的這個價格範圍 3，最大【特點】，是菜的分量，特別【精緻】 4，比如28歐元（左右）的主菜蝦，就是3片蝦肉，配一點兒點兒土豆泥，這就是一個“主菜”（見圖） 5，2個人，飯量小的，80歐元可以打住，飯量大的，至少100歐起步，酒水另算。 6，吃飯貴，主菜分量小，還有一個原因，是意大利，把主菜，拆成第一主菜，第二主菜，很難像美國那樣，一個主菜管飽，如果一個人，把兩個主菜配齊，那就是要35-45歐起步 7，餐廳有個領班，特別像電視電影裏走出來的那種紳士waiter，從表情，語言，到肢體動作，都很有表演感，儀式感（或者説像舞台上魔術師），非常敬業，有很強存在感，應該算這個價格餐廳體驗上的“超配”（大眾點評也有人提到他），全場衹有他一個人有跟客户帶位置/溝通/點餐權力（多數餐廳也都是這樣），其他人都是基礎服務為主。因為特別專業，有表演感，因此感覺上比一般餐廳，對亞洲人熱情，禮貌，能做到“表面上”（也僅僅是表面上）一視同仁（當然，其它服務人員冷漠很多）
