I was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in.  They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!

I recently stayed at Time Square Hotel and had a mostly enjoyable experience. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. They were attentive and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and convenience throughout my stay. The room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, offering a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the city. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Breakfast at the hotel was reasonable, with a decent selection of items that catered to different tastes. While it wasn't the most extensive buffet I've encountered, the quality of the food was good, and it provided a solid start to the day. However, my stay wasn't without its issues. The most persistent problem was the constant cold calls from the hotel's spa. Receiving these calls almost daily became quite bothersome. It's something the hotel management might want to reconsider or at least provide guests with the option to opt out of such communications. Additionally, there was an unfortunate incident with one of the staff members who berated me for not informing them in advance that I would be missing the buffet breakfast on one occasion. This abruptness was surprising and not in line with the otherwise excellent service standard set by the rest of the team. In summary, my stay at Time Square Hotel was delightful on many fronts, with commendable staff, lovely accommodations, and reasonable dining options. However, the spa's marketing tactics and the isolated incident with a staff member did mar the overall experience slightly. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration to ensure an even more pleasant and seamless experience for future guests

Der Frühstücksservice war besonders unterhaltsam in unvorhergesehener Weise: Das Personal zeigte, was ich ”Brownischen Bewegung Gastfreundschaft” nennen würde, aber nicht immer in produktiver Richtung. Die Objekte wurden häufig vergessen, und die Folgemaßnahmen wurden häufiger notwendig als erwartet. Die Betrifft: Wir haben einen späten Checkout bis 1:00 Uhr beantragt. Das Frontdesk genehmigte nur eine Erweiterung 30-minute, aber unser Rechnung reflektierte einen späten Checkout 2-hour. Diese Diskrepanz erfordert sofortige Aufmerksamkeit von der Verwaltung. Empfehlungen: Die Unterkunft würde von einer umfassenden Personalumbildung profitieren, um die Servicequalität mit den ausgezeichneten Einrichtungen zu vergleichen. Zusätzlich könnten Zimmer und Gemeinderäume Renovierungen zur Aufrechterhaltung des allgemeinen Standards nutzen. Unterlinie: Die Einrichtungen machen dieses Hotel wert, aber das Managementteam muss in Service-Training und Betriebskonsistenz investieren. Mit diesen Verbesserungen könnte O von Tamara leicht zu einem Stand-out-Eigentum werden. Ich hoffe weiterhin, dass die Verwaltung diese Bedenken unverzüglich angehen wird. Das ist alles!!

Das Hotel hat eine Nacht geblieben und es war eine tolle Erfahrung. Das Personal ist freundlich und freundlich; immer bereit, zu helfen!  Das Hotel wird vom Flughafen sehr empfohlen.

Das Hotel ist eine chique Lage, das Zimmer wurde im Hauptgebäude genommen. Schöne und gut konzipierte Gegend, das Personal ist willkommen, immer interessiert für unsere Wünsche. Der Pool ist klein, aber die Zimmer mit Gartenblick und Clubs haben ihre Pools, so waren wenige Menschen, ruhig war es möglich, auf der Lüge zu liegen. Ich mochte die besessenen Taxifahrer beim Eingang zum Hotel nicht. Ich nannte den Uber, so dass sie uns nicht von dem Fahrer holen lassen! Es war notwendig, ein wenig höher zu klettern (auf das Gokolam Hotel) und nur dort konnten wir in den Auto. Sehr unbehaglich, und für ein Hotel dieser Klasse ist nicht klar, warum sie die Parkplätze eines Taxis zulassen, fühlte sich nicht sicher! Beachten Sie, dass wenn Sie den Reiniger verwenden, der Fahrer nicht in der Lage sein, auf das Gebiet des Hotels und sogar zum Tor zu gehen, Sie müssen auf der Straße weiter gehen, nur dort können Sie im Auto sitzen, durch diese Mafia von Taxifahrern.

We had an amazing stay at this coffee plantation/resort! The hospitality here is unmatched,,,, a huge compliment to the staff who go above and beyond to make you feel completely welcome. Shoutout to Manager Krishna. From the moment we arrived, it honestly felt like going to our own home. The warmth and attentiveness of the team really stand out, which other reviewers consistently rave about as well. Another major highlight was the food; every meal was absolutely delicious and comforting, making us feel completely at ease, just like a home-cooked meal. They have nice hiking trails around the property. couple of practical things to keep in mind. The Drive In: Please know that there is a 1-2 km rugged, unpaved road leading up to the property. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the resort from the main gate, so be prepared for a bit of a bumpy ride, and drive carefully! The Spa/Massage: While the rest of our stay was incredible, pool was great. the massage was a complete waste of time and money. It was not pleasant at all, and I definitely don't recommend booking it. Overall, if you skip the spa and focus on the beautiful property, incredible food, and the wonderful staff, you will have a fantastic time. We loved it!

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren 3-night Aufenthalt im Resort. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, gut gepflegt und bietet schöne Aussichten. Es gibt Schwingungen für Kinder und Erwachsene, ***** mit einem speziellen Kinderspielplatz, die es eine große Wahl für Familien machen. Wir reservierten ein Garden View Cottage mit einem komplimentären Frühstücksbuffet, das gut war. Zum Mittagessen und zum Abendessen bestellten wir à la carte. Der Service war großartig, und das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein besonderer Dank an Herrn Nalin aus dem F&B-Team. Er hat außergewöhnliche Service und große Aufmerksamkeit für uns während unseres Aufenthalts gegeben. Seine Gastfreundschaft hat unsere Erfahrung wirklich erinnerebar gemacht. Einige Verbesserungsvorschläge: Der offene Schwimmbad hat eine Mindesttiefe von 3 Fuß. Eine 2-foot schlanke Abschnitt wäre viel sicherer und für kleine Kinder angenehmer. Die anderen beiden Schwimmbads waren während unseres Aufenthalts unter Renovierung, so dass ich nicht kommentieren konnte. Es wäre zu begrüßen, wenn man mehr nordindische Lebensmitteloptionen in das Menü hinzufügt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden diesen Resort definitiv empfehlen, Familien und Paare, die eine entspannende Getaway suchen.

An unforgettable stay in a stunning location! We had the most wonderful 3 night stay at this beautiful lake resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, so friendly, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, and the whole atmosphere of the resort is peaceful and relaxing. A perfect place to unwind and relax. The rooms were lovely, spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, with everything we needed for a perfect break. The food was another highlight, every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. A special mention to Jeeva in the restaurant, who made our dining experience even more memorable with such attentive and warm service but all of the restaurant staff were excellent and made every meal a pleasure. Also Anju who so lovely and again very attentive but I have to say every single staff member was so pleasant, which made our stay exceptional. Can’t recommend this gem of a place enough, we are already planning our next visit!
