Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price
The hotel feels very outdated. The room I stayed in had plain, poorly painted walls and overall looked quite old. The bed was especially uncomfortable—it was actually two single beds pushed together, and they kept shifting apart during the night.
The third floor, where my room was located, had a strong and unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was also in need of serious renovation; everything felt worn and far from modern standards.
Given the condition of the facilities, the high price is definitely not justified. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

Leonardo Club was the perfect Dead Sea trip!
When we needed to change our room because of neighbors who smoked, Tamar handled it politely and immediately.
Shlomit called us several times to make sure we were happy. We have never gotten the attention that Shlomit gave us from any hotel!
Shlomit also recommended the ”wet trail” hike at Nachal Bokek. It was great and it was free.
Shlomit also recommended a hike to ”Zohar Fortress.” What a beautiful and historic place! Also free.
The food was excellent.
The room was spotlessly clean.
The workers were pleasant and polite.
We couldn't ask for more.

Es ist kompliziert, die Leute halten sich nicht auf.
Es war kompliziert.
Das Tote Meer steht vor dir.
Es dauert zwei Stunden, bis wir den Bus aus Jerusalem erreichen.
Sie können zum Hotel gehen, wenn Sie aus dem Bahnhof.
Frühstück ist sehr schön
Check out und der Shuttlebus fährt zum Halt.
Ich war absurd.

Nur bitte Renovierung zu tun, wenn ich anfangs ein Zimmer beantrage. Von dem Korridor bekomme ich zum Schleifen des Korridors und ich habe Schmerzen am Bein ich bin nicht gesund der Rest ist angemessen der Service ist sehr gut 👍

היי,שנה שמינית שאני מתארחת במלון במסגרת הפסטיבל.
מחכה להגיע למלון עם הנוף המושלם לים.
הצוות בקבלה אדיב ומקסים.
ארוחת הבוקר השנה משמעותית פחות טובה מבשנים קודמות ואפילו מבית מלון 3 כוכבים בפראג שהתארחנו בו לפני כחודש עם הלהקה.

Das Hotel Islott verfügt über seinen eigenen privaten Strand. Es gibt einen unabhängigen Pool. Die Hotelumgebung ist sehr gut und das Personal ist freundlich. Das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel, aber der Tag im Toten Meer ist zu heiß und zu heiß. Der Tag kann nicht ganz flocken, so dass ich am nächsten Morgen einen Morgen vor dem Frühstück erlebte. Das ist ein anderes Gefühl.

Die ganze Zeit in der öffentlichen Umgebung ist eine beunruhigende Musik. Das österreichische Hotel-Design kam als Gefängnisplatz in hohen Deckenwänden und sehr engen Pfaden heraus.

The cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. The ladder broke. And it took 4 and a half hours until it was addressed. In addition to that, there was a lot of sand in the pool, but it should be noted that there were employees at the hotel who were great and provided good service. The food receives a score of 3 out of five. The location of the hotel is excellent, central by the sea and shopping complex

BBrigitteSThe hotel was very nice, beautiful pool, great ”all-inclusive” service, with drinks and snacks available between the 3 delicious, plentiful meals. There were also surprises left in the room ( wine, chocolate, dates, etc..)
We had a huge balcony, that cpukd have fit 10 people!
The room and bathroom were clean, but not fancy looking. There were little shampoos, conditioner, shower gel etc. Plenty of towels.
Here and there there was a chip in the paint on the wall, but nothing major.
People in the adjoining room were smoking and security was very responsive to our complaint and came twice to get them to stop smoking in the room.
The staff was really nice!

YYechielI arrived in the afternoon and went straight to the private beach, then to the inside jacuzzi + sauna + steam room + heated floating pool.
The bedroom was super clean, had a nice smell & was overlooking the infinity pool and the beach.
The buffet for lunch and dinner was delicious. Breakfast was brought to my room 😋.
The massages were super relaxing.
Needless to say, I had an awesome time there.

GGuest UserDas Hotel ist schön ans gut gelegen. Viele Familien und kleine Kinder. Der beste Teil über dieses Hotel ist das Personal. Max, am Frontbüro, war so hilfreich mit mehreren Dingen. Er ging seine Art, um mit den Dingen zu helfen, die wir brauchten. Auch ich verließ mein Kindle versehentlich ins Zimmer und war bereits im Busbahnhof. Jemand vom Hotel brachte es mir vor meiner Abreise. Weg oben und darüber ehrlich und hilfreich.

Kking25kingDas Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle, es gibt Einkaufszentren in der Nähe, 5 Minuten zu Fuß, das Leben und Einkaufen sind sehr praktisch! Das Hotel hat seinen eigenen Strand und Pool, perfekt um das Hotel zu genießen! Der Nachteil ist, dass die Zimmerausstattung etwas alt ist.

Breakfast was great - huge variety, eggs from different kinds, vegetabels from all kind, drink, breads, etc.
