GGastnutzerWe had booked a courtyard room but were upgraded to a Deluxe double which was huge and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic and the bed and linens excellent. We even had a turndown service which we did not expect. We ate in the bar and the food and cocktails were excellent.Breakfast was also excellent and we are hard to please!!!!! The spa is lovely but would benefit from a covered walkway from the hotel as it was raining the whole time we were there. In general we would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will stay again.Very friendly and pleasant staff.

GGastnutzerThis hotel is starting to look tired in respect to decoration in some areas. The photos on the wall look good.
The venue appears to facilitate weddings, and the view from the reception room is good. however this appears to be the best feature.
The main concern is silver fish in the bedroom. When we spoke to staff offered another room however at 2:30 am no realistic. When I spoke with reception in the morning there was a blase stating that it is a water front hotel. breakfast was adequate how hot food not as good as cold selection.

GGastnutzerSuperb Aufenthalt im Gateway. Erstaunliche Standards von Zimmer zu Personal, Lebensmittel und Freundlichkeit. Erstaunliches Frühstück. Großer Barservice. Ausgezeichnete Zimmer mit leicht zu benutzendem Luftkon. Großes Freizeitzentrum beigefügt. Großes VFM.

YYannie2021這家酒店是不多的有護髮素提供的。不過吹風機很不好用。另外感覺酒店有空房，但是卻分配了一個窗外空調機位，很吵所以睡不好。工作人員態度不錯,停車位充足。
