The hotel has a great location, walking distance to the train station and to the river. The room is big enough and the bathroom size is decent too. I booked a room with two twin beds. I might have selected 1 room and 1 guest instead of two guests when I booked it. The hotel decided I need to pay extra for the additional person plus additional city tax. They have plenty of rooms ready but when we tried to check in around 1:30, we were told no room was ready. The WiFi barely worked at all. I had to use my cell data.

excellent hotel at a perfect location. The view on rhine river is excellent and the historic city center and Roman remains are within walking distance. The staff are friendly but some appear a bit overworked on a slightly busy day. The communication about challenges with room availability are really poor. Thus the manager may need to take the time to train some of the staff in basics required at a hotel of this level

Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us, and we enjoyed the sunset on our diner with the view of the rhein at their restaurant. Breakfast was fine with lots of variety foods. Evening walk along the Rhein by the hotel make it more romantic. And at the pool, it was warm in the room but still nice to swim.

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und luxuriös. Das Gebäck ist auch sehr komfortabel. Wenn Sie die Ruhezone, die Sie genießen können, verbessern, möchten Sie dort wieder gehen. Leider sehen die Kunden, die sie durchfahren wollen, in ihr und die Entfernung von anderen ist nicht sehr ruhig. Ich denke, dass in einem so großartigen alten Schloss, fünf-Sterne-Hotel, die einen schönen Jazz- und Live-Musikraum haben, die Atmosphäre besser sein wird. Das Hotel bietet auch Wasser- und Massagedienstleistungen.

The pictures look better than the actual hotel and even though the amenities are quite nice, especially the Spa area the service should definitely be improved when it comes to the ladies at the front desk. The other staff was very helpful but overall management seems to be a little confused.

Empfehlenswert, das Frühstück ist sehr gut, der Service ist gut, das Zimmer ist sauber, das Aufenthaltserlebnis ist sehr gut, geeignet für Geschäftsreisen oder Reisen, und werde es in Zukunft für Geschäftsreisen wählen

Pünktlich zu Weihnachten sind alle Attraktionen, Supermärkte und Restaurants grundsätzlich geschlossen. Die Bekanntmachungen auf den Attraktionen sind 24, 25 und 26 für 3 Ruhetage. Ich habe nur die Kathedrale gesehen und es wird geschätzt, dass sie das ganze Jahr über geöffnet ist. Als ich eincheckte, wurde mir gesagt, dass ich nachts nicht zu Abend gegessen habe. Ich war so elend, dass ich lange ging und schließlich ein Pizza-Fast-Food-Restaurant fand, das von einem Türken eröffnet wurde, der noch geöffnet war.
