Excelente lugar para hospedarse en la ciudad de Medellín Colombia, lugar cerca de muchos restaurantes y servicios que se necesitan cuando se está viajando, también cuenta con buenas instalaciones y muy modernas sin duda recomendado!

環境位置不錯，酒店乾淨，前台的英文很不錯，早餐也比較豐盛。唯獨問題就是酒店沒有每天給水.Todos bien esta hotel pero no agua para mi cada dia.

The swimming pool and breakfast were a great plus. I’ll definitely stay again. The view in the hotel at night is amazing

The Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)

Sehr sehr zufriedenes Hotel, direkt im Laden, Es ist sehr bequem zu essen und zu essen. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, sehr neu, sehr sauber und die Sicht ist sehr gut. Die Reise ist das zufriedeneste Hotel

Das Zimmer ist groß, das Licht ist gut, die Landschaft ist auch gut.

Dieses Mal hat er die Madeline Blumenfest gefangen und wurde vollkommen bewegt! Madeline ist romantisch und der Geist von Madeline ist noch mehr China, das lernen sollte! Das Hotel ist auch wie der spanische Garten, die Zimmer sind auch besonders komfortabel, das Badegewässer ist besonders groß, sehr komfortabel und jeden Tag ist es auch sehr bequem, das Hotel fahren ist auch sehr bequem! Die Hotelmitarbeiter tragen täglich eine kleine Medellín-Schuhe und sehen besonders gut um die kleine Seide! Dieses Medellín Blumenfest sah, dass Medellín die Achtung für jeden Sektor hat! Sehr liebe Medellín!

Dieses Hotel ist sehr gut dekoriert, die Hygiene ist auch sehr sauber, der Service ist sehr gut, sehr enthusiastisch, der Geschmack des Hotelrestaurants ist auch gut, die Lage ist sehr bequem, sehr guter Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, empfohlen!

ENG/FR Ich kann nicht glauben, dass dieser Ort fünf Sterne hat. Ich weiß nicht, ob es in Kolumbien sechs Sterne gibt, aber das sollte es sein, da dies ziemlich enttäuschend war: Wo soll ich anfangen? Zuerst kommen Sie an und die Leute an der Rezeption sprechen kein Englisch. . . großartig. Dann sagen sie Ihnen, dass Sie keinen Gast in Ihrem Zimmer haben können ... Freiheit weg. Das Fitnessstudio ist ein Laufband und ein Fahrrad ... unglaublich. Der Zimmerservice ist in der Auswahl begrenzt und von sehr schlechter Qualität und sehr, sehr langsam. Fast eine Stunde, um Ihre Bestellung zu erhalten. Die Zimmerreinigung ist auch schlecht gemacht (Frauenhaare überall, ein Handtuch reicht nicht, keine Duschmatte...) was die größte Suite die es gibt... Die Bettwäsche hat seltsame Spuren. Und ganz wichtig ist der Fernseher von geringer Qualität! Kein HD! Es sollte 4K sein. Auch ein Bluetooth-Lautsprecher wäre gut gewesen. Wie auch immer, schlechtes Management, niedriges Niveau, hohe Preise Hotel. Rückerstattung verlangt und erforderlich !!

Very well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.
