Brilliant clean hotel , breakfast was nice the only problem we had was the swimming pool was out of use And that was the downfall as was looking forward to relax in the pool

Wir blieben nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Wir waren von den Einrichtungen beeindruckt, aber leider sehr enttäuscht, weil wir ein Objekt vergessen und uns das Personal sagte, dass sie es nicht finden konnten, was nicht stimmte.

The hotel is good and clean . Staff is very helpful , Fiza in the dining area is very prompt and takes care of the dining requirements. Would love to come back to the place when visiting next time.

My trip was pleasant with PRK IN . Good location Near airport polite staff . Breakfast was excellent mind blowing. It was my second trip in this Hotel. I will come back again .

Das Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum von Alt Amritsar, nur wenige Schritte von Jallianwala Bagh, Goldener Tempel und Partition Museum entfernt. Zimmer waren sauber und die Einrichtungen waren gut. Ich hätte 5 Sterne außer den Nachteilen gegeben. Wir haben 5 Deluxe Zimmer reserviert. Einige Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, während einige so klein wie eine Box waren, ohne Platz zu wechseln. Diese Diskrepanz sollte nicht in einem ITC Hotel vorhanden sein. Zweitens war der Service sehr schlecht, das Essen im Restaurant und der Zimmerservice war sehr langsam und die Hauspflege war nicht vorhanden. Wir haben 4-5 Zeiten für Handtücher im Zimmer gerufen, da sie unsere verwendeten Handtücher entfernt und nicht die gleiche bis spät in der Nacht geliefert wurden. Nichts sollte 5 Anrufe erfordern, um getan werden, was ihre Ruhe angibt. Andernfalls würde ich diesen Ort noch empfehlen, wenn sie in diesen Punkten Verbesserungen vornehmen.

Our stay at Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Ludhiana was comfortable and pleasant overall. The hotel enjoys a convenient location in the city, making it easy to access shopping areas and key business hubs. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous, approachable, and consistently helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and adequately spacious for a relaxing stay. The bedding was comfortable, and the amenities provided were practical and sufficient for both short and extended visits. Breakfast offered a decent spread and was well managed. Overall, Keys Select Ludhiana delivers reliable comfort, friendly service, and good value — a dependable choice for both business and leisure travellers visiting Ludhiana.

I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Sandeep for his excellent assistance in arranging our travel, and a special appreciation to Mr. Harman, our limo driver, who took great care of us throughout the three days. His dedication, hospitality, and passion for his work were truly commendable. However, there are a few points I would like to highlight for improvement. During check-in, which was quite late at around 11 p.m., we did not receive the usual Taj hospitality gestures such as a cold towel, welcome drink, or a warm welcoming approach. This may have been an oversight, but I hope the team can ensure such details are well taken care of for future guests, regardless of the check-in time. The breakfast experience was overall good, with attentive service. That said, the variety and taste of the food could be further enhanced. Similarly, at the Chinese restaurant, while the food was satisfactory, both the flavor and the portion size left room for improvement. On the positive side, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, meeting our expectations. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a few refinements, the experience could be even more exceptional in true Taj style.
