Wir haben 2 Zimmer reserviert und sind sehr glücklich mit dem Aufenthalt. Frühstück ist auch gut, obwohl nicht sehr große Ausdehnung. Komplimentarer Flughafenshuttle ist verfügbar.

I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Sandeep for his excellent assistance in arranging our travel, and a special appreciation to Mr. Harman, our limo driver, who took great care of us throughout the three days. His dedication, hospitality, and passion for his work were truly commendable. However, there are a few points I would like to highlight for improvement. During check-in, which was quite late at around 11 p.m., we did not receive the usual Taj hospitality gestures such as a cold towel, welcome drink, or a warm welcoming approach. This may have been an oversight, but I hope the team can ensure such details are well taken care of for future guests, regardless of the check-in time. The breakfast experience was overall good, with attentive service. That said, the variety and taste of the food could be further enhanced. Similarly, at the Chinese restaurant, while the food was satisfactory, both the flavor and the portion size left room for improvement. On the positive side, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, meeting our expectations. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a few refinements, the experience could be even more exceptional in true Taj style.

I reached the destination using maps. It's location is on the main road to airport. Very easy to access. It is newly launched only less than one year of operation. Building, rooms are well maintained, staff is very cooperative. But due to non availability of dormitry, the driver have to stay outside the hotel. This service must be started.

I have stayed in this hotel several times in the last 10 years. Always the best place to stay. Tried and tested. Price is a bit expensive and went up in recent times but overall an excellent place to stay.

Brilliant clean hotel , breakfast was nice the only problem we had was the swimming pool was out of use And that was the downfall as was looking forward to relax in the pool

This is what i would call a perfect hotel if i can call one... Nothing was amiss and stay was comfortable beyond our expectations. Be it room, be it staff , be it buffet , be it location...just what anyone can expect. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again

I had a good stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. However, the amenities, especially the pool, were not properly cleaned. The food at the in-house restaurant was just average, though it offered a good range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The staff were not very courteous, and the reception staff seemed uninterested in welcoming guests. Overall, it was an average experience. I would recommend this hotel only to those who are mainly looking for clean and comfortable rooms without expecting great service or amenities.

Wir haben hier 2 Tage geblieben und insgesamt 3 Zimmer reserviert. Gesamterfahrung war erstaunlich. Zimmer sind groß und schön. Sie waren sauber und gut organisiert. Jedes Mitarbeiter war ödmjuk und hilfsbereit. Die Pool-Erfahrung war wirklich gut. Das Beste für meinen Jungen. Er war sehr glücklich. Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war erstaunlich. Auch von Dach oben werden Sie die Schönheit von Amritsar bezeugen. Wir hatten Frühstück hier und besondere Wertschätzung für das Essen/Restaurant-Personal. Sie waren ein toller Gastgeber. Auch das war eine tolle Erfahrung. Ich genossen mein Aufenthalt hier voll und würde definitiv gerne zurückkommen
