A very nice hotel because the hotel is part of Casino. We thought we could have enjoying buffet dinner but only open in weekend. Location is near to subway so that we easy going to downtown. There was a fire alarm alighted on early morning 5am in our second night, and we called to front desk but they not sure what’s happened. I was very scared and thought we had to run out. But other room people still stayed then we also stayed in our room. After 10-15 minutes a radio announcement said something but also not so clearly listened. This was my first time met this happened.

Der Front Desk war wirklich freundlich und nett angesichts der Tatsache, dass wir in der Minute angemeldet. Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich mit Mikrowelle, aber keine heiße Wasserkehl. insgesamt ein netter Ort für einen Ort zu bleiben in Kelowna

The hotel was great because it was centrally located. It was clean, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff were very attentive as well. We were able to check in early and leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out so we could enjoy our last day without worrying about it. The only issues we experienced was that the walls are quite thin which enabled us to hear everything and everyone around us.

Das Front-Desk-Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und willkommen. Das Restaurant auf der Website ist wirklich ein verstecktes Gem, sowohl das Essen und die Getränke waren ausgezeichnet. Das einzige Problem, das ich getroffen habe, war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Es war ziemlich laut, so dass ich es vor dem Bett ausschaltet, um besser ein Bett zu bekommen. Ich aber erwachte früh am Morgen, um zu finden, dass es sich wieder aufgeschaltet hatte und die Raumtemperatur auf 18°C, was unkomfortabel kalt war. Ich erwähnte das beim Check-out an den Front Desk und der Mitarbeiter entschuldigte sich ehrlich und versichert mir, dass sie es ansehen würden. Ich schätze, wie die Situation behandelt wurde. Und das andere ist das Zimmer ist etwas überpreist.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Sehr ruhige Lage und wir genossen besonders das untere Niveau Zimmer, das sich in den schönen grassigen Hofplatz öffnet. Ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Pool und Heißtube! Und das Frühstück war einfach wunderschön. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und wir möchten die feine, professionelle und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter am Frontdesk loben - immer ein Lächeln, das den Tag hell machte! Vielen Dank!

Dieses wunderbare Hotel wurde 2024 renoviert. Es ist hell, sauber, hohe Decken geben eine offene Atmosphäre.   Das Frühstückszimmer ist geräumig! Sehr gute Auswahl für Frühstück einschließlich Eier, Sauce, Toast, Getreide, Yoghurt, Waffeln, Toast, Yoghurt, Obst, Kaffee, Saft.   Das Personal war wunderschön.  Das Hotel war eine große Überraschung! Fabelhafte Lage in Penticton und ruhig.

Really nice spot to stop over for a couple of nights. The locations is just on the outskirts of town. However, they offer a free shuttle into the town in the evenings. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. There is laundry facilities on site too as well as a hot tub. Breakfast was great, really enjoyed the waffles. And plenty to choose from. Would definitely stay again.

We visited the hotel for our Duex Days event and overall had a pleasant experience. The valet parking was smooth and professional, and the hotel staff were generally polite and courteous. However, one aspect could be improved: flexibility at check-in. I was running a bit late, so my husband, who shares the same last name and was on the reservation, tried to check in ahead of me. Despite offering to send a photo of my ID and confirming the reservation details, the front desk staff insisted that I had to be there in person. I understand the importance of security, but a bit more flexibility or alternative verification methods would have made the process more convenient and guest-friendly. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the service and atmosphere overall.
