Purchasing an Alpine ticket is highly recommended, as it seamlessly covers the uphill gondola, the famous Peak 2 Peak gondola, and the chairlift to the very top, capping off a wonderful mountain getaway.

Das Zimmer war komfortabel, ich war neben dem Wasch-/Wartungsraum und bemerkte einige Lärm am Tag, aber nicht in den Abenden oder Nächten, es störte mich nie. Mein Zimmer war neben dem Heißräder und ich hörte einige laute gute Zeiten, aber es störte mich nicht und es war ruhig bei der Bettzeit. Das Frühstück hatte so viel Auswahl. Waffle, Eier, Kartoffeln, Bacon, Sauce, Oatmehl, Getreide, Yoghurt, Äpfel, Grapefruit, Oranges, Muffins, Bagels und verschiedene Brote und Cookies. Die heißen Lebensmittel werden wechselnd, nur so viele Optionen, es war fantastisch und für langsamen Morgen manchmal gemacht. Das Frühstückspersonal war sehr willkommen, großartig bei der Lagerung und dem Auffrischungsstuhl. Der Busshuttle-Stopp war in der Nähe und das Front Desk gab Bus-Gutscheine, als ich fragte. Es gab auch einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Service im Zentrum, zum Regent Hotel, nur eine Frage nach 5:30 Uhr. Schönes Eigentum. Sehr rutschig bei früher und später Eincheckung und Auscheckung. Check-in ist 1:00 Uhr und es ist eine zusätzliche $50 zu früh zu Check-out. Check-out ist 11:00 Uhr und kann auf Mittag ohne Gebühr, aber über das ist es $50. Frühstück ist ein wenig leicht ohne heiße Mahlzeiten. Großer Pool und Wasserschleifen mit einem Heißräder. Ich hatte eine Suite, und die Zimmergröße war gut, fast ein Mini-Kondominium.

Die Lage des Hotels war super. Der Central Park war ganz in der Nähe, und es gab viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut gepflegt, was sehr angenehm war. Allerdings war die Bedienung des Warm- und Kaltwassers in der Badewanne nicht intuitiv. Beim Einchecken unterlief dem Mitarbeiter ein Fehler bei meiner Zahlung, ohne dass er sich entschuldigte. Das Frühstück war für meine Kollegen und mich etwas zu salzig, und die Anweisungen des Frühstücksmanagers waren unklar und verwirrend. (Bei einem erneuten Besuch werde ich das Frühstück nicht mehr bestellen.)

I am writing to formally express my very serious dissatisfaction regarding the condition of my room and the overall standard of service during my stay. To be completely honest, the situation is far below what any reasonable guest would expect from a hotel of this category and price level. There is clearly long-term dust accumulation on the exhaust fan and in multiple corners of the room. This is not a matter of minor housekeeping oversight for a day or two it reflects a prolonged lack of proper maintenance and cleaning standards. Such conditions are unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a luxury establishment. Even more concerning is the foul, rotten odor coming from the sink water. Every time I brush my teeth or wash my hands, the unpleasant smell is immediately noticeable and deeply disturbing. This raises not only comfort issues, but also serious concerns about hygiene and water safety. At this level of accommodation, guests should never have to question the basic quality of the water provided in their room. I strongly believe this matter requires immediate professional inspection. I chose to stay at your hotel and willingly paid a premium rate because I expected a premium experience including cleanliness, attention to detail, and reliable service. Unfortunately, what I have encountered so far reflects a significant gap between the price charged and the quality delivered. In addition, despite leaving a tip for housekeeping and placing a written note clearly requesting replenishment, my shampoo was not refilled. I was eventually forced to go into the corridor to find another staff member for assistance. Cotton swabs were also not replenished for three consecutive days. These are very basic service expectations that should not require repeated reminders from guests. Taken together, these issues have had a substantial negative impact on my stay and overall impression of the hotel. I find this situation extremely disappointing and frankly inconsistent with the reputation and standards your brand claims to uphold. I would appreciate it if management could review this matter seriously and provide a clear and appropriate resolution.

Love this hotel. The service is top notch. The hotel is modern and high tech. Special call out to Andrew, the concierge, for his excellent recommendations and hospitality. Pro tip - speak to Andrew in the morning and let him provide you with where to go and what to eat. Your day will definitely be filled with activities and great vibes!

Neben der British Columbia Stadium ist es unten DC, etwa 800 m vom U-Bahnhof entfernt. Es ist bequem, Auto zu fahren. Aber die Stadt Vancouver ist nicht groß, es ist auch bequem zu gehen, die Dampfklopfe gehen etwa 1 km, eine halbe Stunde, die Nacht am Fluss ist sehr komfortabel, etwa 200 m, gerade Anfang Juli war das Wetter sehr gut, nicht kalt und warm. Der Hotelservice ist okay, das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber es ist auch warm.

Freundliches Personal. Haustiere sind erlaubt. Wir haben einen Hund bei uns und der Balkon, auf dem wir ihn abends problemlos rauslassen konnten, war ausgezeichnet. Im Nebenzimmer wurden jedoch bis 21 Uhr Rohrleitungen renoviert, und die Arbeiter waren ziemlich laut.

Divya Sutra is the best hotel deal in town as far as rates and amenities. You won't find anything cheaper. You do get a lot for what you pay. My stay was during the off season and I found an even better deal online so I went ahead with the booking and was glad I did. I was hesitant after reading some negative reviews but have found nothing to really complain about. My room was clean and there was no sign of bed bugs anywhere. Before I moved in they cleaned the carpet thoroughly. Although the furniture was a bit dated, the beds were comfortable and the TV was huge with lots of channels. One thing to be aware of however is that the location is right in the middle of town and there is occasional traffic noise that some may find annoying. I got used to it right away and it honestly was not bad at all and my room was just a few floors up. The staff here are very friendly and very accommodating. There are two ice machines and two filtered water stations in the lobby which is awesome and it also looks like they are going to put a fancy coffee machine in the lobby as well. There's a sauna, hot tub, and pool and changing room and shower. The bar and grill is still closed which was a bit disappointing but there are many restaurants nearby. Overall, definitely a great place for both short and long stays.
