Das Zimmer ist ein bisschen alt, hatte einen Blick auf ihren Innenpool. Kundenservice ist gut.

Die Lage ist gut, der Hafen hat einen direkten Bus, das Zimmer ist auch sehr sauber und es gibt einen Elekträder, es gibt einen Balkon, das Bett ist auch sehr groß, ich bin nicht zufrieden mit diesem kostenlosen Frühstück, kein Brot, keine Kuchen. Und ich habe drei Tages Frühstück ohne Brot gelebt, das ist die gleiche Art von Muffin-Kacke. Ich fühle, dass Brot auch sehr billig ist, warum nicht. Erinnere dich daran, dass das Hotel keine Schleife hat.

Great location close to sky train. Facilities are a little bit outdated. Swimming pool is pretty big but the water temperature is low for winter time. It did not have a place to take a fully shower after swimming. We were waken up by the fire alarm in the middle of the night at 1:30Am and need to walk all the way down from 11th floor. It took them 30 minutes to clear the fire alarm and they could not fix the elevator after it. So people without disabilities would need to climb over 10th floors of stairs to get back to sleep. The rest of the people will have to wait till the elevator is being fixed. We felt so hard to get back to sleep once again after this much of exercise. When we checked out the next morning with a lady at lobby, we asked if there are any compensation for the fire alarm situation last night , she only said it is for safety concerns so they will not give ANY compensation for it. The thing is when we asked what caused this alarm, she only said it is still being investigated. We were so disappointed at their response because the fire alarm issue could be on hotel’s fault if it was fault alarm. They do not even know if it was really for safety side or it is because of their poor alarm system.

Location was perfect for me as it is within walking distance to the main attraction which is the wharf. The spacious room which is bright with ample lighting and has a beautiful view overlooking the lake. However the restaurant is not great for the 2 times I visited. The steak was hard and the Artic char was not fresh. When told to the waitress, she simply looked at me and said the fish is frozen. Overall the hotel atmosphere is very pleasant and resort like.

Bequem Bett, große Auswahl an Kissen. Badtube aus Datum und nur eine Bar zu hängen Handtücher - die bereits voller sauberer Handtücher war. Hat keine Nachbarn und bequeme Anfragen gehört!

Zero sound insulation. Be prepared to spend the night with your neighbors watching TV, talking, playing with eachother in bed.

The resort and the room we had were soo Beautiful, we really enjoyed our one day here! Amazing view on the golf court, a big room and bathroom and everything was well decorated, very modern. Also, if you’re a light sleeper, do not worry, it is very well soundproofed. Anyway, everything was perfect so 10/10, will recommend!

Das Front-Desk-Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und willkommen. Das Restaurant auf der Website ist wirklich ein verstecktes Gem, sowohl das Essen und die Getränke waren ausgezeichnet. Das einzige Problem, das ich getroffen habe, war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Es war ziemlich laut, so dass ich es vor dem Bett ausschaltet, um besser ein Bett zu bekommen. Ich aber erwachte früh am Morgen, um zu finden, dass es sich wieder aufgeschaltet hatte und die Raumtemperatur auf 18°C, was unkomfortabel kalt war. Ich erwähnte das beim Check-out an den Front Desk und der Mitarbeiter entschuldigte sich ehrlich und versichert mir, dass sie es ansehen würden. Ich schätze, wie die Situation behandelt wurde. Und das andere ist das Zimmer ist etwas überpreist.

Ich habe einige Bedenken bezüglich meiner Erfahrung im Sutton Hotel. Erstens fiel mir auf, dass das Personal an der Rezeption nicht sehr geduldig oder bemüht schien, chinesischen Gästen wie mir zu helfen. Dadurch fühlte ich mich irgendwie unwillkommen. Zweitens fand ich die Hotelzimmer trotz unserer Bemühungen, sie sauber zu halten, ziemlich staubig. Überraschenderweise sammelte sich der Staub schnell auf dem Nachttisch und dem Telefon an. Ich vermute, dass die Luft im Zimmer die Ursache für dieses Problem sein könnte, da sogar die Klimaanlage mit Staub bedeckt zu sein schien. Ich glaube, dass es sich für die Hotelleitung lohnt, diese Beobachtungen zu berücksichtigen, um das Gesamterlebnis für alle Gäste, unabhängig von ihrer Nationalität, zu verbessern. Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn Schritte unternommen würden, um die Sauberkeit der Zimmer zu verbessern und eine einladendere und entgegenkommendere Atmosphäre für alle Besucher zu schaffen.
