Pan Pacific Vancouver

Excellent location of the hotel especially if you finish cruise or before cruise, You dont need to take any taxi and entrance to the hotel is directly from terminal Hotel has beautiful pool which is open from 8.00am till 22.00 Big rooms with all amenities, ice available on each floor

Amazing location. We were staying on the 23rd floor and the view was very nice. We had access to club lounge and we really enjoyed it. Staff were attentive, hotel is clean, we can’t wait to stay there again. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained.

Room has perfect harbour view and location is superb - there’s a direct train line from airport to waterfront station (5 mins walk from hotel)

Very beautiful location, easy to access to many places. Happy new year! Special thanks to Makoto-san at the front desk!

Daily housekeeping not done properly. Spotted many feathers lying around after housekeeping’s been completed. This happened a few times. Location wise is perfect!

This time round it's a bit disappointing as I was assigned a room just outside the swimming pool so I had to close all the curtains for privacy. Abit of aging as compared to my previous stay with them. The very good thing that I would like to recommend others to the hotel is that they would try their best to check you in even though you were very early. I had a 14+hrs flight and I would need the bed badly and they arranged without saying anything.

we enjoyed our stay. love the view even we are only on the ninth floor, i would try higher floor next time to get an even nice experience and view.

The location is very good if you’re talking the cruise from Vancouver

Good location and room is quite big. However I arrived around 2 pm and the reception made me wait for 2 hours to get into my room, not even trying to make a bit earlier to clean the room; the reception just pointed the elevator direction but didn’t tell one elevator didn’t go to guests rooms
