Loved my Stay Before the Flight Such a nice hotel with wonderful service. I stayed here before our flight from Dhaka Airport because I arrived late the night before. The restaurant team was great, and the food was tasty — both the dinner I ordered from the menu and the breakfast buffet.

Wenn man ankommt, ist es am günstigsten man nimmt eine Abholung des Hotels in Anspruch. Die kostet circa neun Euro die Abholung die Trip organisiert kostet 30. Die Entfernung ist nur wenige hundert Meter ist aber zu Fuß nicht zurückzulegen. Das Hotel ist ordentlich die Zimmer sind sauber WLAN funktioniert. Wasser ist heiß. Frühstück ist gut die Auswahl ist nicht üppig, aber sie reicht. Es hat eine schöne Dachterrasse. Das einzige was etwas abfällt ist der Fitnessraum, der zum einen klein zum anderen nicht gut ausgestattet ist. Aber auch das geht . Die Lage ist sehr günstig. Ich würde das Hotel tatsächlich wieder wählen.

I was looking for an affordable hotel in Uttara and came across White Palace Hotel. It's a really good hotel that doesn't cost too much. the helpful service guy Alamin picked me up on time from the airport. The food at the hotel is tasty, and the service is good as well. I had a really nice time, and I'm looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Die Hoteleinrichtungen und Zimmer sind alle neu. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool und ein Fitnessstudio auf dem Dach. Es ist eine Oase in der heißen und chaotischen Stadt Dhaka. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich. Für die Verhältnisse eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels ist es wirklich unauffällig. Auch der Service ist durchschnittlich. Bei der Buchung des Zimmers sah ich, dass ich als Diamond-Mitglied kostenloses Obst und möglicherweise ein Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen würde. Obwohl mir das Hotel vor der Abreise mitgeteilt hatte, dass es kein Upgrade geben würde, stellte ich fest, dass wegen des Opferfests (Eid al-Adha) im ganzen Gebäude viele Zimmer leer standen (angeblich waren an diesem Tag nur sechs Gästegruppen da). Ich fragte mich, warum es kein Upgrade gab. Außerdem gab es kein kostenloses Obst. Insgesamt ist es sauber, sicher und komfortabel. Wenn Sie zufällig nach Dhaka kommen, können Sie dieses Hotel wählen.

Das Hotel ist alt, aber alle Mitarbeiter sind gut, aber Dekoration und Einrichtungen sind sehr alt, können verbessert werden. Das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht für chinesisch-westliches lokales Essen.

An overall good hotel that needs some attention and renovation. Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap.

The staff in this hotel are the most professional and courteous I’ve ever encountered especially Salahuddin and Amin. Food for breakfast and dinner was excellent. Bed and bed linen was very comfortable. Gym and pool facilities are very good. Only complaints are was the front desk staff insisting we register with IHG in order to get wifi, this was at 3am after arriving from the airport from a long flight and also the temperature in the room could not be controlled so it became quite warm and uncomfortable at times.

I recently stayed at The Zabeer Dhaka and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.
