English Language - 5/10 stars. Compare to Ho Chi Minh City hotel staffs, Sandals Camellia’s proficiency is basic but still acceptable and good with me. Because if you travel to the other shops around the hotel buying stuffs or having a meal it will be even worse! Only a few shop owners can converse in English and many aren’t patient in communicating though they are still friendly and approachable. Price - 10/10 stars. Dalat City Hotels seems very much competitive against hotels at Ho Chi Minh City. For the price paid, the service, amenities and breakfast compared I like it the best and very much better! If you’re not into Vietnam shopping, you should visit Dalat instead! For me I’m a nature and scenery lover! Dalat highly recommended over Ho Chi Minh City! Service - 6/10 stars, basic taxi calling service is there. But unlike Ho Chi Minh City hotels, there’s no Hotel Tour Service. Most of the staffs aren’t also very familiar with all the places of visit either, but they are all very approachable friendly and helpful, and try their best to google information for you for instance the address. If you visit Dalat, you’ve to ownself conduct homework at home before traveling there on what places of interests to visit. Also google doesn’t tells every single places of interest in Dalat. You need to ownself travel to the tour office to book a local taxi driver, whom then has the knowledge of their own city, he’ll will guide and show you and recommend you places around Dalat. But prepare to learn some Vietnamese as many tour drivers couldn’t communicate in English but fret not, as google translate is your friend and everyone there has a smart phone. The Dalat people are mostly jovial, approachable and friendly. Breakfast/Food - 10/10 stars, Excellent I like it! I’m a buffet and Pho lover. For the price paid I’m extremely satisfied! Bed - 9/10 stars, didn’t gave it a perfect 10 score rating as I’m a person who prefers thick and hard pillows. Aircon - 7/10 stars. Acceptable. The Aircon is working good and cool enough. Toilet - 7/10 stars excellent! There’s warm water readily available, and ample showering lotion and shampoo, and other basic toiletries. The water from the handheld shower head is good and nice not weak flowing. However the missing 3 stars is the likelihood of a very wet bathroom floor. Basically it’s a Walk-in Shower design however it’s build as Curbless. The benefits of having Curbless is to benefits elderly and senior tourists who require mobility aids such as wheelchair the ease of accessing the showering area, and no risk of playful kids running and tripping over the Curbed, therefore Curbless is safer and better. Problem is the slope of the floor don’t seems right… the floor of the shower isn’t lower than the rest of the bathroom therefore water isn’t easily contained within the showering area and kept spilling to the rest of the bathroom floor, making a very messy toilet, unless you take special care to use a less strong spray and ensure you don’t accidentally spray outwards to prevent mini ponding to the rest of the bathroom floor. Also as mentioned earlier the Shower Head has nice strong spray, the drainage floor trap can be a little floody as water isn’t drained out fast enough… Sound Proofing - No comments….. 3/10 stars. Unfortunately I’ve encountered very noisy neighbours during my stay, who slam their doors as they enter and exit their rooms even late at night. Also since the hotel is situated near a busy road, you can hear lots of horning and motorbikes speeding by even at night. Other amenities - no reviews for mini bar or laundry service as I didn’t use them. Overall rating - 7/10 stars highly recommended!

Geeignet für diejenigen, die auf Urlaub gehen, in es ist ziemlich traurig, bauen jede Villa, so gibt es keinen Blick auf diese Wohnung, um die andere zu sehen. Am Abend gibt es nur wenige Lichter um, so ist es sehr dunkel, ein wenig von der Stadt entfernt, geeignet für diejenigen, die sich separat entspannen wollen, gibt es einen Spaziergang.

Mein Aufenthalt im Edensee Resort war eine wunderbare Flucht in die Schönheit der Natur. Die faszinierende Landschaft und der erstklassige Service schufen eine ruhige Atmosphäre und machten es zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Der Charme des Resorts wurde jedoch durch das in die Jahre gekommene Aussehen meines Zimmers etwas getrübt, was darauf hindeutet, dass eine erfrischende Renovierung nötig ist, um vollständig zur allgemeinen Exzellenz von Edensee zu passen.

The hotel has been renovated recently and they did a great job. The decor is very tasteful and well done. The only issues were with location and breakfast. It’s a little out of the way and the restaurant is small so we had to sit upstairs. The tables were not set and it means walking up and down stairs to get food. We got a discount rate and it was worth it, at full price I’d want a little more. The heated pool was a nice feature but we didn’t use it, wish I had.

Das erste, was ich hier fühle, ist, dass die Einrichtungen perfekt sind, die Zimmer sind immer sauber und es gibt immer Unterstützungspersonal. In der Nähe des Essensbereichs. Der Besitzer hat mich zum berühmten Restaurant hier geführt. Ich fühle mich dafür dankbar. Empfehlen Sie die Unterkunft als Hotel im Zentrum. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hier, aber Sie müssen es separat kaufen. Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab viele Gerichte, die ich gefallen hatte.

Sehr empfehlen Sie diesen Ort! Sehr schönes cooles Zimmer und die Lage ist etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Nachtmarkt, der riesig ist! Große Lage, Zimmer war kleiner, aber hatte alles, was Sie brauchten!

Liebe dieses Hotel, die Lage ist so bequem direkt vor dem Nachtmarkt mit verschiedenen Geschäften in der Nähe seiner Umgebung. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, keine Beschwerden darüber. Service war gut und das Frühstücksbuffet war auch gut. Dieses Hotel empfiehlt Ihnen sehr, für jeden zu Da Lat zu kommen.
