Äußerst unprofessionell, absolut respektlos gegenüber den Gästen, eine Servicekatastrophe. Das war eine der schlimmsten Hotelerfahrungen, die ich je gemacht habe. Wir hatten den Flughafentransfer einen Tag im Voraus über das Hotel gebucht. Das Hotel informierte uns weder über die Abholzeit noch fragte es nach unseren Plänen für den Nachmittag. Dann, mittags, teilte man uns plötzlich mit, dass der Bus um 13:50 Uhr eintreffen würde, und bestand darauf, dass wir uns daran hielten, mit der Begründung: „Änderungen sind ausgeschlossen.“ Handelt es sich hier um einen bezahlten Service oder um ein System, das von Befehl und Befehl gesteuert wird? Absolut respektlos gegenüber der Zeit der Gäste und ohne jegliche Vorwarnung. Noch empörender ist das Zweite: Ich hatte am Vortag kurzfristig alles geregelt und sowohl meinem Freund als auch der Hotelrezeption ausdrücklich mitgeteilt, dass ich möglicherweise nicht ins Hotel zurückkehren würde, mein Freund den Bus nehmen und ich selbst zum Flughafen fahren würde. Und was ist passiert? Als der Bus um 13:50 Uhr ankam, wartete mein Freund bereits im Hotel. Weder das Hotel noch der Fahrer hatten ihn informiert. Erst nachdem der Bus abgefahren war, hieß es: „Der Bus ist weg.“ Was soll das?! Er wartete im Hotel, und Sie sind einfach wortlos weggefahren? Das ist nicht nur ein Kommunikationsfehler, sondern auch ein Akt höchster Verantwortungslosigkeit und Respektlosigkeit gegenüber den Gästen. Wir haben 40 Dollar für diesen Service bezahlt und dafür Folgendes erhalten: • Keine Vorankündigung • Erzwungene Organisation • Komplette Kommunikationslosigkeit • Wartende Gäste einfach im Stich lassen Das ist kein Fehler, sondern chaotisches Management und völliges Fehlen von Servicebewusstsein. Wir raten dringend davon ab, den Flughafentransfer dieses Hotels zu nutzen.

Der Hotelservice ist sehr gut. Wir reisen als Paar. Wir haben zwei Zimmer gebucht, eines mit Flitterwochen-Dekoration und eines ohne. Ehrlich gesagt hatte ich das Gefühl, dass es den Preis nicht wert war. Immerhin war es ein 4-stelliges Zimmer, aber insgesamt war es immer noch sehr gut. Ich habe es erzählt die Hotelrezeption, die ich anfragen wollte Für die Hochzeit half die Rezeption bei der Organisation der Restaurant- und Rosenreservierungen. Das Essen im Restaurant war nicht sehr lecker. Die Dekorationsgebühr für das Restaurant betrug 600 Lire, 33 Rosen und die Gebühr betrug 70 Euro. Der Vorschlag war ein Erfolg. Ich bin auch dem Mann an der Rezeption sehr dankbar!

Not up to Mariott standard. Room is quite new, clean, and spacious. However there were several problems with the room during our stays. 1) Room temp was too hot (around 24C) which is not comfortable to sleep during the night. The first night, technician came to fix but still need to wait for almost 4 hours (until midnight) then the tem was down too 22C. The next morning, we asked trip.com agent to tell the hotel to fix this by turn on the A/C in advance so that when we back around 6pm the temp will be 21-22C. But nothing was done accoridng to our request. We came back to hotel and need to wait for the temperature until midnight again. The next day we asked the hotel directly to turn on the A/C the whole day wthout turn it off. Then this was the only night that when we came back the room temp was ready at 21-22C. This A/C problem happened to 2 rooms (709 and 1105) 2) The amenity in the rooms were not well prepared. The tissue in the room was finished. The shower gel and hair shampoo also finished. We has to ask for it by ourselves. 3) At the first night, hot water in room 1105 had problem. Technician had to come fix it. So we wasted so much of our time at the hotel with fixing the room problem which was very disappointing and frustating. By the way, we asked for the “ICE”, the hotel said that we have to pay for it, which was quite strange because we could ask for the it during breakfast. Minor thing, but just thought that it would be great if it was free for hotel guest.

Eine der besten Reiseerlebnisse durch den Aufenthalt im Ennar Cave Hotel. Die Keller-Einrichtung war erstaunlich und sehr komfortabel. Ausgezeichnete Gastfreundschaft, und ich kann nicht genug betonen, wie gut der Service war. Für eine Anfrage oder Anfrage immer verfügbar, sehr empfohlen für jemand, der eine Reise nach Cappadocia planen möchte.

Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich recht zufrieden, aber am besten lässt man das Gepäck vom Ladenpersonal hoch- und runtertragen. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut, mit erstklassiger Landschaft, erstklassigem Essen und durchschnittlichem Service. Es ist nicht sehr einladend, also muss man die Initiative ergreifen, um es zu finden. Das Zimmer unten, in dem ich wohnte, hatte tolles Badewasser, wie in einem privaten Bad.

Our stay at Simurg Cave House Hotel was the best stay so far in our 12 day road trip around Cappadocia. What made it so special was the staff, and in particular Bursa! Her English was brilliant (our Turkish is nonexistent) and she told us of things to do, places to visit, etc. She really pulled out all the stops to ensure we had a relaxing pleasant stay. She even helped us with our next accommodation stay due to a technical problem we were having. The breakfast was phenomenal and we felt full until dinner. The rooms are beautiful and extremely quiet do we got a great nights sleep. A quiet room is a priority for me! On our arrival at the hotel there was a lot of noisy construction work going on and Bursa dealt with it so we could get some rest after our long journey. It would have been nice if there hadn't been any construction work going on but we understand improvements have to be done sometime! The only thing I'd suggest to the hotel is that they spruce up the rooms when the guests go out for the day. For example, there is a coffee machine in the room but we were never given more coffee or clean cups, and we stayed 3 nights. But other than that, the stay was perfect and we'd definitely return again! And we hope the lovely Bursa is there to greet us. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for everything you did to make our stay so great.

Ein Aufenthalt muss bei einem Besuch Cappadocia! Der Service vom Personal ist ausgezeichnet. Unser Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und die Aussicht war einfach großartig! Hatte für unser Frühstück eine nette Verbreitung und war super lecker. Wir werden sicher wieder zurückkommen und empfehlen dieses Hotel 100%! Halten Sie den guten Standard! Rest mit einer Gruppe von Freunden 8 Personen. Hotel mit herrlicher Lage und schönem Design, Zimmer mit allem, was notwendig ist, schönes Innenraum, sauber. Da das Hotel der Kellertyp, auf dem Boden ist immer Sand. Das Frühstück ist lecker. Von den Nebenwirkungen: für Zimmer mit separaten Betten gefragt, aber um Bedauern von 6 Zimmern gab es keine mit Einzelbetten. Kaufen Sie den Dun, bitten Sie um ein Messer, wir wurden zum Restaurant geschickt, aber es wurde nicht geholfen, nicht einmal einen Schneidservice für Geld angeboten. Hammam arbeitete nicht, die Sauna war nutzlos als das kalte, der Pool war sehr kalt.

Luxury 5 star hotel with very cool decorations and beautiful lobby. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and luxurious too. Breakfast is traditional Turkish which means you are served at the table with many small dishes plus an order of eggs or omelet of your choice. It is a good breakfast. The only thing is that after 3 to 4 days the breakfast can get a bit boring as it is almost the same each morning. Although it is not a so-called cave hotel, it does have a few cave rooms. The view from the hotel restaurant balcony is fantastic! You can see many hot air balloons rising in the morning from the hotel balcony as well as the fairy chimneys as well. It is located just down the hill from the famous Kelebek cave hotel, about 3 minutes walk only. It does not have the view of the whole valley as the Kelebek hotel, but given the quality of the hotel and the great view, I think this hotel is a great choice and value for our visit. Plus you can walk up to kelebek hotel for dinner or drink with the views.

Die Lage – Gastfreundlichkeit an der Rezeption mit ihren Dienstleistungen und zusätzliche Tipps zu „Aktivitäten“, die Lage war perfekt und das Zimmer mit Balkon war perfekt für meinen Mann und mich, als wir unseren ersten Jahrestag feierten. Wir haben jeden Moment genossen. Bestes Essen – Fahrt im Heißluftballon – das beste Erlebnis aller Zeiten!!
