Ebenfalls ist das Personal des Front Office mehrheitlich freundlich, meist aber nicht entscheidungsbefugt. So muss ein Checkout mehrmals angefragt werden, Entscheiden darf aber nur der Supervisor bzw. Duty Manager. We were able to book the private island hopping tour and rent a scooter right at the reception, which was very convenient. Everything was clean. There is a complimentary transfer to the papaya beach. We would recommend staying here.

My wife and I stayed in Deluxe room for 4 nights. Overall great property, Room; clean and big room and bathroom, new linen, although extra towels need to be asked for. We asked for a King size bed in our room and it was provided- view from the room balcony was great but the landfill somehow kills it. We also felt some stench coming from outside. It seems Deluxe and superior are same just the view and location of Deluxe rooms is premium Amenities: outdoor pools and jacuzzi are excellent and usually not crowded. Pool bar has good selection, Pricy but comparable to other similar properties in Philippines. Basic gym (dumbbells and tread mill etc), pool table, chess. Spa at double prices as compared to town. Food; a breakfast spred is good and with some variety everyday. Western, Asian and Philippino food served. We didn’t eat lunch or dinner here, as we we’re out during the day and usually had dinner in town (Bam Bar, Island boy grill, Karl’s Bbq and Sharkys are decent choices) Location; is good, 30Peso for eTrike (tricycle) ride to the town, same for return. ETrikes readily available at the gate throughout the day. Overall good experience but the place, but lacks bit of soul Will I stay here again- perhaps no.

A group of us stayed here the night of arriving in PP before embarking our scuba liveaboard and chose the hotel as it was where the liveaboard company did a town pick up from. Simple accommodation, but clean and functioning. Very spacious rooms - we had 4 girls sharing one room with two double beds. The bathroom/shower was a little tired but I only had one quick shower. A pretty garden surrounding a pool - I didn't end up swimming as it was quite a hot, muggy, grey day and the pool was more warm than refreshing in that moment, but I also only spent about 18 hours total at the hotel so if I was there longer I would definitely have had some pooltime. It was cute watching some local kids have a mermaiding lesson. The restaurant is not set up for large orders so bear that in mind timing wise - it is a one chef kitchen. If you are landing at 7pm or later make sure you request the chef stay if you want dinner on site as they will otherwise leave at 9pm. The chicken & mushroom pasta was good. Breakfast was also good - fruit, pancakes and egg, but only instant coffee. I particularly liked the access to free drinking water refill - there is a cooler in the dining area. The staff were helpful - with the chef staying late for us, helping us call to book some massages down the road at Nuat Thai Spa, helping me get a bowl of rice for lunch when I tried to order when the kitchen was backed up we made a plan B. Location is a bit further down in the quiet end of Manalo St. It isn't far to walk up to the part with restaurants, coffee shops and the spa, but I probably wouldn't have done that walk alone as a female in the dark so I would stay here with a group more than solo. I'm sure it is very safe, but as a general rule of thumb I don't walk alone in the dark down quiet streets. After the liveaboard I stayed in the 'busier' part of Manalo St. Would I stay here again - well if in PP I would probably go to my second hotel as a repeat customer as it was just nicer all around (but also cost double the price). However, Acacia is perfectly adequate for the price point if you are looking for accommodation close to the airport or the boat pier in southern PP at a very reasonable price and it is true to the pictures.

Außerdem wissen die meisten Mitarbeiter, die ein Foto für uns gemacht haben, wie man gute Bilder macht, und wir fragen uns, ob sie dafür Unterricht nehmen. Obwohl einige der Einrichtungen während unseres Aufenthalts nicht zugänglich sind, haben wir es dennoch geschafft, alle anderen Einrichtungen zu nutzen, zu denen wir Zugang haben. Akustische Lieder waren in Ordnung, aber das Feuertanzen braucht keine Einführung, es war atemberaubend großartig. Wie auch immer, die Sauberkeit ist nicht perfekt, und das Zimmer ist groß und das Beste. Ich werde es wiederholen, wann immer ich nach Puerto Princesa gehe. Das Frühstück ist köstlich und sehr zufriedenstellend. Um es ganz klar zu sagen, das Wasser im Pool sieht schmutzig aus. Ich benutzte es. Sie können zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen.

Ein wenig verspätet, aber ich hatte es nicht vergessen, Angelo! ;) Wir waren Ende Februar, Anfang März im Costa Palawan Resort. Nach einer längeren Reise durch Südostasien wollten meine Partnerin und ich noch drei Tage zum Abschluss entspannen. Das hat auch wunderbar geklappt! Die Begebenheiten zum Strand, die in anderen Bewertungen schon angegeben wurden, muss ich leider bestätigen, doch dafür kann – meines Erachtens – das Hotel an sich nichts dafür, weswegen ich deswegen auch keinen Bewertungspunkt abziehe. Lobenswert sind meiner Meinung nach besonders das Personal, welches sehr zuvorkommen war und einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt hat. Ein Beispiel: Selbst ein Feuerzeug hat mir eine nette junge Dame von der Rezeption organisiert, da mir sämtliche Feuerzeuge bei der Sicherheitskontrolle des Inlandflugs abgenommen wurden (Tipp: in den Koffer damit). Fußläufig gab es nämlich keinen Shop oder zumindest war keiner ersichtlich. A propos ”Tipp”! Hier sind noch zwei, drei weitere: Im Resort gibt es einen ATM, falls ihr Bargeld benötigen solltet. Des Weiteren gibt es ein Spa. Ich hatte mich für eine ”Combination Massage” entschieden, was eine gute Wahl war (eine Kombination aus der Swedish und Hilot Massage). War sehr gut! Und im Restaurant müsst ihr das ”Beef Kare Kare” probieren! Noch ein ultimativer Reisetipp: Es gibt die Möglichkeit, über die Rezeption Touren zu buchen. Das hatten wir gemacht (PPS Subterranean River). An dieser Stelle Danke und beste Grüße an Joel (Kalokairi Travel Tours)! Tourmitglieder von uns hatten die Fahrt dorthin als Zwischenstation genutzt, um von dort weiter nach El Nido zu reisen – eine phantastische Idee! Und last but not least: Probiert beim Infinity Pool Angelos Cocktail namens ”Wing Wing”! Der Mann weiß, was er tut. Salamat!

Der einzige Fehler in diesem Hotel war die Lage. Nicht so weit vom Flughafen oder den Malls, aber Sie brauchen absolut einen Trick oder ein Taxi, um irgendwohin zu gehen. Der Trick war billig, nur ein Doll oder zwei, aber ein wenig Schmerz warten auf ihn. 10 oder 15 Minuten. nicht ein großer Gott\ Der Pool war wunderbar\ Das Essen war gut Das Personal war hervorragend. Sonnenuntergang war wirklich gut. Hotel zurück direkt am Strand. Schwimmen ist hart im Meer Cuz bei niedrigem Fluss, das Wasser rezes auf 100 oder so Meter entfernt. aber der Pool ist gut. Der einzige wirkliche Ort, den ich gefunden habe, war der Untergrund River, so Puerto Princess ist gut für einen 3-Tage-Gesicht.

Das ist sicherlich der beste Deal in der Stadt! Das Zimmer war sauber, großes TV, neue Klimaanlage, neu renoviertes Waschraum und Kingsize-Bett mit großen Kissen und Komfort! Der Preis umfasst Frühstück täglich ay der Kaffee auf den Grundstücken, die sehr schön und Shuttle-Service zum Flughafen war! Sehr komfortable und gut gepreiste Aufenthalt!! Es ist direkt auf der Hauptstraße, wenn Sie in die Stadt kommen so nahe einem großen Restaurant namens Jory's und McDonalds ist direkt über die Straße!

Das Personal ist mehrheitlich freundlich, allerdings teils nicht besonders lösungsorientiert. Wer bspw. in einer Pool-Kabana etwas gesünderes Essen möchte als auf der Poolkarte angeboten, muss selbst in das daneben liegende Hotelrestaurant gehen und dort Essen, da das Personal der Poolbar streng die Poolkarte ohne Kompromisse umsetzt. Die Auswahl der angebotenen Speisen im Restaurant (Frühstück, Abendessen) ist relativ beständig und könnte mehr Varianten vertragen, Abwechslung für Gäste mit längeren Aufenthalten anzubieten. Ebenfalls ist das Personal des Front Office mehrheitlich freundlich, meist aber nicht entscheidungsbefugt. So muss ein Checkout mehrmals angefragt werden, Entscheiden darf aber nur der Supervisor bzw. Duty Manager. Trotz niedriger Belegung, gewährte diese („Devine“) nur eine Stunde, was für ein fünf Sterne Hotel und eine Familie mit Baby sehr enttäuschend ist. Die Servicequalität ist also eher tief mit Ausnahme des sehr freundlichen Restaurantpersonals (Maya, Ruel, Leanne, Jayson).

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The spa massage was great. The pool was nice. We were able to book the private island hopping tour and rent a scooter right at the reception, which was very convenient. Everything was clean. There is a complimentary transfer to the papaya beach. We would recommend staying here.

Das Beste am Hotel sind die Aussicht und Sonnenuntergänge von der obersten Etage neben dem Pool. Das Hotel ist neu und bietet eine sehr fröhliche, frische und jugendliche A**osphäre. Viele sehr junge Mitarbeiter mit Blumenhemden, immer hilfsbereit und mit einem breiten Lächeln. Die Zimmer mit Bergblick haben keine Aussicht, nur eine weiße Wand und sonst wenig. Und wer dem Meer zugewandt ist, hat auch einen Blick auf die umliegenden Hotels und deren Dächer. Kein Zimmer gewinnt an Ausblicken, die Sie vom Pool aus genießen können. Essen ist eine gute Option und noch besser, wenn Sie einen der Tische haben, die am nächsten zum Pool liegen. Die Lage ist nicht sehr gut. Das Hotel ist das letzte am Strand und in der Umgebung gibt es nichts in der Nähe. Zwischen 5 und 10 Minuten mit dem Tuc-Tuc bis ins Zentrum von El Nido. Das Frühstück ist großartig, sehr gut und es gibt eine große Auswahl an Speisen. Das einzige Manko ist, dass die Aufzüge sehr übel riechen. Obwohl es Parfümspender gibt, bleibt der Geruch bestehen. Sie nutzen die Aufzüge, um das Essen (Fisch) in das Restaurant im obersten Stockwerk zu bringen.

Es ist ein Hotel sehr nahe dem Strand und nahe den Ausflügen aus dem Hafen, viele Orte zum Essen, schöne Pool. Ich hatte Probleme beim Internetzugang, beim Fernsehen, beim Warmwasser usw.; schließlich wurden sie auf der Hand auf ein größeres Zimmer upgradiert, aber auch mit Reinigungs- und Wartungsproblemen. Vergessenes Frühstück. Ich glaube, es ist ein Hotel mit großem Potenzial für seine Lage und Einrichtungen, aber Sie sollten auf die Details der Reinigung, Wartung und andere, statt alles im Hotel zu nennen (einschließlich der Deckung des Bades), Sie sollten es mit jemandem verwalten, der in einer großen Hotelkette war, damit er alle Fehlschläge sehen kann, denn heute scheint es von Familien, die keine Erfahrung in der Hotelqualität haben, verwaltet zu werden.

Still have some things to work on.. They didn’t started on top when our pre-booked shuttle didn’t showed up at airport. Waited an hour until a security guard at the airport helped us order a tricycle. Some misunderstanding between booking office and the reception was the answer, but they paid for our tricycle. It was a nice and modern hotel. Not a resort for pool relaxing because they only have few sun beds and always occupied. Even towels were few. Always in laundry was the answer. The rooms were tiny and dark. Always humid and moist. All our clothes and even bed linens felt wet. The food was tasty and good. But as in many places the service isn’t very fast. Long waiting times, from order to waiting even if they weren’t crowded. They were really keen on the allergies and made some offer to try to fix things. Even if they had spring rolls med of rice paper on the menu, of course the rice paper were out of stock they didn’t got new for our whole stay. As much others. No Cola Zero. Out of French fries and so on. They’re not quick to clean used glasses around pool area. Our tv didn’t work. They had not a great interest in trying to make it work. Our door lock same thing.. Good thing is the free shuttle to ElNido, LioBeach and the airport. Upon checkout I got the question how the stay was, my hesitation in answer and that it didn’t fulfill my expectations I didn’t got any reaction or questions how they could have done better. Don’t ask the question if you don’t want the answer.

We were undecided on where to stay in El Nido but kept coming back to Isla Amara and decided to book. We are so glad we chose this hotel. We were given a family room. It was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and different every morning. Now for the location - WOW. STUNNING. 50 metres from one of the most beautiful beaches I have seen. Palm trees, white sand and crystal clear water very safe for swimming. Lots of restaurants and bars with gorgeous views and all the lanterns from the palm trees at night gave it a magical feel. The sunsets were beautiful. It's about 20 minutes by trycicle from El Nido town but feels a world away. I would recommend Isla Amara and Lio Beach if you are looking for a relaxing getaway.

This was our third time at Moringa, great central location in El Nido. Fantastic environment with a cozy beautiful pool in front of our patio room. From the room you have direct access to the garden and the pool, a full immersion in Palawan beauty. An amazing Italian restaurant Giovanni’s with his great pizza and Lasagna was the cherry on the cake, if you are lucky you can meet the restaurant owner and listen to his stories of the worldwide tour and Max the owner who was very careful to our needs. The staff was very friendly. We booked with them two weeks and will surely be back. Thierry & Stefania

Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, die Zimmer groß und die Ausstattung sehr benutzerfreundlich. An der Zimmertür befindet sich beispielsweise ein Spülhahn, sodass Sie sich vor dem Betreten des Hauses den Sand von den Füßen spülen können. Der Service ist besonders gut, jeder Kellner, den Sie treffen, wird Sie herzlich begrüßen. Achten Sie beim Essen jederzeit auf die Bedürfnisse und bieten Sie Dienstleistungen an. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Essen im Restaurant eher salzig ist. Die drei Gerichte, die ich zum Abendessen bestellt habe, waren alle sehr salzig und auch alle salzigen Speisen beim Frühstück waren sehr salzig!

Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, ruhig, für den Urlaub geeignet und es gibt verschiedene Aktivitäten, an denen man teilnehmen kann. Der Raum ist nicht groß, im Grunde gibt es kein Netzwerksignal, er ist nicht für Mobiltelefone geeignet und der Fernseher ist nicht gut. Das Essen ist in Ordnung, im Allgemeinen wird das Mittag- und Abendessen nur mit kostenlosem Weißwasser getrunken. Obwohl der Saft und das Erfrischungsgetränk nicht zu teuer sind, aber der Preis mehr als 3.000 pro Nacht beträgt, sind die Getränke immer noch eine Grube! Der Strand des Hotels kann nicht ins Wasser geworfen werden. Es gibt gute Strände mit dem Boot und es gibt keine Menschen, daher sind die meisten Fotos, die ich hochlade, Strände, die zur See fahren.

This establishment is a true gem, nestled in nature with breathtaking views of the sea and magnificent sunsets. This resort, designed on a human scale, provides an intimate and warm atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the attention paid to maintaining the lush vegetation of the gardens, which contributes to the undeniable charm of the place. The hospitality and service offered by the hotel staff greatly exceeded our expectations. Always attentive, they demonstrated incredible responsiveness, attuned to our every need. The quality of the food matched the high standards of the rest of the services, delighting our taste buds. The proximity to the beaches is an undeniable advantage, allowing us to fully enjoy the assets of the region. As a bonus, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the city centre, greatly facilitating travel. However, a word of caution to individuals with reduced mobility: the complex is very hilly with many stairs, which could make certain movements challenging. In summary, we had a memorable stay at this resort, both for the beauty of the landscapes and the exceptional quality of service. We highly recommend it and would not hesitate to return.
