Perfekte Ort zum Aufenthalt!

Wir haben dieses Hotel aufgrund zahlreicher positiver Bewertungen ausgewählt. Erstaunlicherweise gab es fast keine negativen, aber ich würde es für einen Aufenthalt in Puerto Princesa nicht empfehlen. Zunächst einmal ist die Lage des Hotels fragwürdig – anderthalb Stunden von der Stadt entfernt, sodass man die Umgebung kaum erkunden kann. Das Hotelgelände verfügt über eine Abwasseranlage, die direkt ins Meer mündet. Während unseres Aufenthalts roch es stark nach Abwasser. Wir gingen am Strand entlang, und der Geruch kam nicht vom Meer, sondern von Abwasser. Außerdem ist der Badebereich direkt an der Mündung des Abwasserkanals eingezäunt. Kajaks und Stand-Up-Paddleboards sind nicht erlaubt. Quallen, Steinfische und Seeigel gelten im Meer als Gefahren. Das Personal versicherte uns, dass in einem abgegrenzten Bereich ein Netz gespannt sei und das Schwimmen sicher sei, aber wir sahen große Quallen am Ufer. Ich kann Ihnen versichern, dass Sie in solchem ​​Wasser nicht schwimmen möchten. Möglicherweise gibt es einen privaten Shuttle-Service zum Badestrand, aber wir haben uns nicht weiter darum gekümmert. Die Pools sind flach und extrem warm, da sie mit Chemikalien versetzt sind. Meine Haut an Händen und Füßen wurde schnell gereizt, und mein Kind bekam eine schmerzhafte Reizung im Leistenbereich. Das Wasser ist aufgrund der Chemikalien sauer. Das Zimmer entspricht der Beschreibung auf der Website und ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Es riecht nach Schimmelbekämpfungsmitteln, die Luftfeuchtigkeit ist hoch, und die Klimaanlage bringt keine Besserung. Schimmel ist an den Wänden sichtbar, und das Hotel versucht, ihn zu bekämpfen. Wegen der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer ließ sich unser Handy nicht einmal aufladen; auf dem Bildschirm erschien eine Meldung über die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und die mögliche Beschädigung des Handys. Bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung werden die Sonnenschirme am Pool geschlossen, angeblich wegen Wind, obwohl kein Wind weht. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die großen Grünflächen, die schöne Abendbeleuchtung, das hilfsbereite Personal, die gut gemixten Cocktails, die Live-Musik und die abendliche Feuershow. Das Zimmer ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, sogar mit einem Bügeleisen.

Das zufriedenstellendste One-Island-One-Hotel in Köln! Die Einrichtungen sind komplett, darunter Tischtennisplatten, Karaoke sowie verschiedene Schach- und Kartenspiele. Wenn Sie das Haus verlassen, können Sie schnorcheln und schwimmen gehen. Das Personal sowohl im oberen als auch im unteren westlichen Restaurant ist gastfreundlich und singend. Das Personal ist herzlich und höflich und freut sich sehr, Gäste zu bedienen. Es ist nur ein bisschen weit von der Stadt Köln entfernt und die Transportkosten mit dem Auto und dem Schiff sind nicht billig.

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich gut, allerdings ist die Klimaanlage in Zimmern mit Badewanne zwar relativ neu, aber dennoch etwas laut. In älteren Zweibettzimmern, die nicht besonders gut sind, gibt es eine Fensterklimaanlage, die recht laut sein kann. Ich empfehle Ohrstöpsel mitzubringen. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Wenn der Check-out länger als zwei Minuten dauert, ruft das Hotel an und erinnert einen daran. Das ist etwas unangenehm, da Fünf-Sterne-Hotels in der Regel eine Pufferzeit von 10-15 Minuten haben und die Gäste nicht direkt anrufen. Das war etwas unangenehm. Obwohl das Frühstück um 10:00 Uhr endet, konnte ich bis 10:30 Uhr essen und hatte noch etwas zu essen. Insgesamt eine 4,5.

Ein neues Hotel mit toller Ausstattung. Das gesamte Personal an der Rezeption war einfach fantastisch. Sie waren sehr aufmerksam und halfen uns in letzter Minute bei der Abreise vor dem Taifun. Es gibt einen Shuttlebus, der Sie jederzeit fast überall hinbringt. Restaurants und der Strand sind nur drei Gehminuten entfernt. Sie können Ihre Wäsche abgeben und erhalten sie gebügelt am nächsten Tag zurück. Insgesamt ein großartiges Erlebnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The resort is nestled in a quiet harbour within a small village just a short distance from Puerto Galera — you can reach the town in about 10 minutes by tricycle for 50 pesos. The property sits right on the waterfront, with its courtyard opening directly onto the bay. The setting is incredibly serene, cosy and picturesque. The grounds feature plenty of relaxing spots: comfortable chairs, sun loungers and hammocks where you can unwind. We especially loved the chair near the large tree — it was the perfect place to relax! The sea near the resort is a bit murky due to local currents, so not many people swim here. However, this isn’t an issue at all, as you can quickly and affordably reach the stunning beaches of Sabang (I highly recommend La Laguna) by tricycle — or even on foot if you’re up for a walk. During low tide, you can explore the seabed right near the hotel. The resort also has a small swimming pool, and despite other guests staying there, we never had any trouble finding space to take a dip. The rooms are clean and well‑maintained, featuring a small kitchenette, stylish bathrooms and even a bathtub. We stayed on the ground floor, so we occasionally noticed small ants and once spotted a gecko — but they never caused any inconvenience. Please note that the air conditioning is rather weak, so the room might feel a bit stuffy or not quite cool enough at times. There’s both a ceiling fan and a standing fan available, though, and overall the accommodation was comfortable. The on‑site restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes for breakfast and other meals, with prices typical for a resort area. We were very pleased with the food. The staff are attentive, always smiling and eager to help. During our week‑long stay, the resort wasn’t crowded, which made for a truly relaxing experience — you really get what you came for. Occasionally, local guests can be a bit noisy, laughing loudly or singing karaoke, which might disturb your sleep or meditation. However, this is not the resort’s fault, and it’s still relatively quiet compared to other spots around Puerto Galera, such as White Beach. What could be improved: 1) Flip‑flops. It’s odd that a seaside resort doesn’t offer free flip‑flops like most similar places do — they only rent them out here. Even budget hotels usually provide this small convenience. 2) Charge for outside food. Corkage fees are normal, but charging an extra 150 pesos for any outside food is too much. Even though we weren’t charged, the mere existence of such a rule makes the resort look stingy. This rule should be removed. 3) Wi-Fi was dead almost all of the time. Don’t rely on it. Thanks to the Blue Crystal Resort for a nice stay! I highly recommend it.

Es ist ein fantastischer Ort. Wunderschöne Landschaft, freundlich und ruhig. Die Tour ist auch gut. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Es ist der beste Ort, an dem ich je gewesen bin. Auch wenn es günstig ist, ist es keine Geldverschwendung. Ich empfehle es! Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Wir haben viele Affen, Eidechsen und seltsame Vögel gesehen und das Essen war gut. Die Tour war ein unvergesslicher Anblick und ein wunderbares Erlebnis. Danke an Gammie und Aldren!

Honest Review Pros: - The lady who was in charge (We think she's the manager) is really nice and helpful. - Distance: THIS WAS THE ULTIMATE DEAL. Hotel is near the beach and most of the local restaurants so we didn't experience any problem. (I recommend the cafe and 'Terminal' near the beach 😊) - AC and the room was perfect. It was really hot outside and the temp plus the room felt really homey and comfy - The hotel was really pretty or what we call aesthetic. My baby really liked the designs - Free breakfast and coffee was a good deal, but don't expect too much. - How much we got the reservation for 3d2n. Great offer from this app :) - Staff are nice especially the ones in the restaurant. Wasn't able to ask her name but she was a waiter there and also served our food (afternoon) and the guy who was at the front desk when we checked out Cons: - Service fee. I do understand that this is necessary to support the staff, but if you are on a tight budget it might be better to eat outside (sorry...) - Food was too expensive for the quality and the quantity... I recommend the chicken inasal since it had a big portion. - Room service and cleanliness - Manager said we could ask for a room service and we could just call them of we need one. We called them on our second day and we waited until our stay ended but no onr came to clean 😅 The girl who answered the phone was kinda masungit or maybe it was the tone of her voice. She told me that they are quiet busy at the moment and told me to just wait - I do understand if they're short staffed or something? But the dirt was kinda bothering us already so we just tried to clean the room on our own - Cockroaches and ants. So in connection to my previous review... Yes, there are cockroaches in the room especially the bathroom. It doesn't help that they don't clean the rooms daily. - Breakfast is not a room service. You have to go down to the restaurant and eat it there. - Room view. Our room was in the corner of the hotel. Our view was okay because we are can view the pool... And our neighbors ac unit lmao. On the plus side since the units were emitting hot air, it was easier for us to dry our towels 😂 It was really different from the picture. - Pool was kinda dirty - Overpriced goods. They have a mini store in the hotel but it would be better to pack up snacks or drinks before coming here. - OUTSIDE FOOD ARE NOT ALLOWED. Better be careful when bringing meals in the hotel. Even after listing this, we would still love to come back and stay here. I do hope they give us a better room next time 😅

We stayed for a night at this hidden villa, and it felt like a true home away from home. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, providing excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlight—absolutely delicious, with a healthy breakfast offered in the morning. You can even request a floating breakfast, which added a special touch to the experience. While the villa is tucked away down a short gravel road, the peaceful and private setting made it worth the effort. The villa is kid-friendly, but families should be cautious around the tiled swimming pool area. There’s no TV, so if you’re traveling with children, make sure their devices are charged. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay with amazing food and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a cozy and memorable getaway.

Das Hotel (Gebäude mit 4 Etagen) verfügt über einen Gemeinschaftsbereich mit dem benachbarten, teureren Hotel, in dem Sie den Pool und die Bar nutzen können. Das Hotel ist eher für Rucksacktouristen geeignet, ohne besondere Ansprüche würde ich es NICHT für Familien und romantische Paare empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, dunkel (Blick aus dem Fenster auf die Wand), riecht nach Feuchtigkeit. Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank. Das Frühstück ist mager, aber es wird Ihren Hunger stillen. Die Bettwäsche ist von guter Qualität, die Dusche hat einen guten Warm- und Kaltwasserdruck. Reinigung auf Anfrage.
