Sofitel ist eine ausgezeichnete Wahl in BKC. Wanderweite bis Jio World und nahe am Flughafen. Zimmer sind geräumig, Essen ist ausgezeichnet, Personal ist kümmerlich und hilfsbereit. Preis für unseren Aufenthalt war für eine 5-Sterne-Eigenschaft vernünftig. Sicherlich kann man wieder bleiben.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at whilst on vacation in India. The staff is really friendly and attentive. The breakfast selection was also really amazing. Situated next to the Palladium mall which was really convenient.

Location is good, staff is very very good and very impressive, property is average, rooms are small and limited infrastructure for it be called a Hotel. Its like a small PG. There are issues everyday with access card.

Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable. Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. Most stunning and Incredible hotel and stay. All the staff right from the entrance, to check in desk, porters, security to house keeping were all excellent and very friendly. Breakfast options were always very good and plentiful but I would advise going early to avoid queues and sitting outside where I didn't find the service to be very good on the one day we had to sit outside. The management really went out of their way for us to help us with a few issues we had. Rooms on certain floors are very dated and can do with some improvements but they are aware of this already.

Die Yoga- und Simbabwe-Kurse finden nicht statt, werden aber so dargestellt. Ich habe viermal per E-Mail nach den Kursplänen gefragt, aber die E-Mail kam nie an. Vorsicht! Die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen am Pool sind reine Dekoration. Jeder kann ohne Zimmerkarte hineinspringen, während andere Gäste eintreten. Vielleicht besteht sogar eine Zusammenarbeit mit dem Personal, denn wie können die in ihrer schäbigen Kleidung unbemerkt durch die Rezeption kommen? Die Stornierungsbedingungen sind streng, wie sie auch in anderen Marriott-Hotels üblich sind – insbesondere für VIP-Kunden mit Diamond- oder Travel-Genius-Status. *** berücksichtigt nicht, dass diese Kunden die ganze Woche (7 Tage) bleiben und am letzten Tag unvorhergesehene Ereignisse eintreten können. Der 24/7-Service ist eine Farce. Ruft *** um 22 Uhr an, muss *** ewig warten und wird bis zum nächsten Morgen vertröstet, bis sich jemand meldet. Sie sagen „Wir rufen Sie zurück“, aber dieser Anruf kommt nie.

There weren't many restaurants nearby, so we often had dinner at the hotel. The hotel staff were all very kind. The doors must have been thin, because conversations in the hallway were quite audible.
