Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch großartig. Ich werde nächstes Mal wieder zu Pune besuchen. Es gibt jedoch nicht genug Einrichtungen um.

Das Innendekorationen des neuen Hotels sind sehr schnell, die Arbeit ist sehr bequem, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, Capuchino ist besonders gut! Die Service-Einstellung ist auch sehr gut! Es ist nahe der Außenstraße, ein bisschen schwach!

This hotel is close to factory area but there are restaurants and convenience store at the downstairs. The Aircond in the room is not consistent and toilet cleaning can be improve especially the basin. Breakfast is good.

Very good stay the buffet breakfast / lunch and dinner was also average , what was shocking was the fine dining Asian restaurant that so over priced and the food was so bad,that I had to call the chef to explain why a 900 IRS Dish was so salty , he explained that they use curry paste in there Chinese and Thai cuisine, mate I honestly suggest to avoid this joint

SSS05Fariyas Resort in Lonavala is a gem of a getaway, combining scenic beauty, excellent amenities, and warm hospitality to create a memorable experience. Nestled in the picturesque hills of Lonavala, the resort's location is one of its standout features. Surrounded by lush greenery and serene views, Fariyas offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.
Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service.
The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening.
A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable.

GGastnutzerIts just 5 min walking from sakinaka metro station. My stay was for 2 days. Rooms are small & but okay for solo person. For normal drinking bottle, they charged rs 30, when i asked person, he told- on this rate only they can provide. Nothing great to tell.

Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und kooperativ, sie haben mein Zimmer von Stadtblick auf Strandblick aufgewertet und das Essen war sehr lecker … Saloni an der Rezeption half mir beim Einchecken und machte meinen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm

The spacious layout of the room allowed for a separate sitting area, complete with a plush sofa and a state-of-the-art entertainment system. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the city skyline, making it a pleasure to relax and unwind in the privacy of the suite.
The marble-clad bathroom was a highlight, featuring a deep soaking tub and a rain shower with premium toiletries. The double vanity, equipped with ample lighting, made getting ready a delight. I especially appreciated the heated floors and the luxurious bathrobes that added an extra touch of comfort.
Service was impeccable, with housekeeping ensuring the room was spotless and well-stocked at all times. The attention to detail extended to the small touches, such as the nightly turndown service, complete with artisanal chocolates and a selection of pillows to choose from.
Overall, my stay at Taj was nothing short of exceptional. The room was a sanctuary of luxury and tranquility, making it the perfect choice for anyone looking to indulge in a first-class experience. GGastnutzerThe warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas.
The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay.
The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience.
Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort.

KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

GGastnutzerAn 1800s themed hotel which has really beautiful interiors. The service was top-notch and the staff is really hospitable. This was my second time staying here and I wouldn’t think twice before booking here again. Location is close to the airport but getting through the traffic can be a little tricky. They even gave us 2 complimentary drinks and really made me feel the most comfortable I’ve ever been. Love it!
