Ich war insgesamt 5 Wochen Geschäftlich in Aurangabad. Das Personal vom Hotel ist mir in dieser Zeit sehr ans Herz gewachsen da ausnahmslos alle wahnsinnig nett und zu vorkommend waren. Einen besonderen Dank gilt Mr. Sainath Rathod und seinem Küchenteam der jeden Tag ein spitzen Essen gezaubert hat und keine Wünsche offen ließ. DANKE hier für noch mal. Ebenso ein herzliches Dankeschön dem Service Team um Mr. Santosh Pawar die zu jeder Zeit uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt haben und so uns ein heimisches Gefühl vermittelt haben. Die Zimmer waren immer sehr sauber auch dafür möchte ich mich sehr beim Zimmerservice bedanken. Rund um war ich mit allem mehr als zu frieden. Ich kann das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen. My stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly. A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience. That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience. While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

Sehr guter Service. Sudarshan hat dich intensiv um mich gekümmert und mich als Kunde sehr verwöhnt. Die Lounge hat eine sehr gute Atmosphäre Das Essen ist sehr gut. Die Drinks sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen Zusammengefasst hat sich der Besuch sehr gelohnt.

Der letzte Aufenthalt war besser - Mitarbeiter Saii und Rin sind wunderbar!! Ich hatte jedoch einen Vorfall, in dem ein Taxifahrer mich aus dem Hotel zerrissen und dann der Fahrer ging zum Hotel und manipulierte das Personal, um ihm mehr Geld zu geben, nachdem ich mich aus dem Hotel zerrissen hatte. Dann kam das Personal zu mir, um ihnen zu zahlen, dass sie aus dem Hotel zerrissen wurden. Es war lächerlich
