Das Zimmer ist fantastisch sanitär und sauber! Die Lage ist in der Nähe des Sees, der See ist nicht weit entfernt, zum Bahnhof zu gehen. Der Boss ist ein sehr herrlicher Herr. Es ist sehr aufmerksam, dass er, sobald er im Hotel kam, die Umgebung des Windmilchsees ausführlich erläuterte und die Tourmap gegeben hat. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker! Es ist unvergesslich! Der Boss war sehr enthusiastisch, mir bei der Abreise zu helfen, einen Taxi zu buchen. Das ist eine schöne Reise.

The property and the ambience is lovely. The view from the restaurant garden is very pleasant and beautiful. The room size, bathroom size and amenities were good. We faced 1 major problem to be precise which made us a bit sore. Cleanliness - the room was clean except for the carpet. It didn’t feel like it was vacuumed. There was probably a pet staying in that room before us and there was a lot of hair on the carpet. I understand it is a pet friendly property and I have absolutely no problem with that. But cleaning the room properly before the next checkin is a basic expectation. We couldn’t step on the floor without our feet being covered with hair. Apart from that, everything else was very good. Breakfast was also good and the customer service was very polite and hospitable as well.

Upon arrival there was nobody at the front desk so I waited. The woman I was somewhat greated by was far from pleasant and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there at all. Nothing was explained and no information leaflet for me to read through in my own time. When given my room key I started walking through the lobby but couldn’t see any signs for my room number. Went back to the desk to ask where to go for my room and was told ‘just follow it round’. Very unhelpful and unwelcoming, not sure this lady should be at the face of the hotel. Plus side, room was beautiful and well kept/clean. I was also lake side so got to watch the sunrise with my morning cuppa. Very refreshing views.

Hotel was clean, plenty of parking, good breakfast No information in rooms, was advised that they didn’t like clutter, so any questions we had we had to go to reception to ask. No wifi, channels on tv not tuned in, had to pay to use the spa facilities.

Booked in for two nights could not sleep because of nesting birds all night long one lift broken.breakfast was not the hottest

Stayed in one of the 4 garden cabins. Each are angled in such a way that they are all private. Each has its own hot tub and log burner. The cabin was cosy at night and well maintained. The cabin has WiFi, a tv, tea/coffee station, sofa and ensuite. Towels are provided for the bathroom plus separate towels, a robe and slippers for the hot tub. Breakfast was buffet but included hot self-service english breakfast items. I have to give credit to the person on reception when I checked in who greeted me with a smile and was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back.

去的時候剛好趕上婚禮，大堂裡外都是熱情洋溢喜氣洋洋的老外。前台有衹值班的狗，乖極了。如果帶着孩子，需要額外每衹30胖子的付費，這個，呃……如果沒有這筆費用還是不錯的。第二天的免費自助早餐不錯，咖啡點了以後，服務員送。走廊裏有自助牛奶和自助飲用水。停車免費呦，停車場挺大，基本不用擔心沒地方，因為即使頭一天婚禮來滿了人，也依舊有少許停車位。 雖然英國每天都陰沉下雨或者颳風下雪，但是我們卻在這裏看到了久違的漫天繁星。

Das Zimmer ist groß genug, zwei Betten von 1 m 5 sind besonders für uns geeignet. Die Umgebung ist gut und der Rezeptionservice ist gut. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die Trockenheit des Badezimmers nicht gut isoliert ist, als ob es sich um eine allgemeine Krankheit des Bades des britischen Hotels handelt. Das Hotel hat eine gewisse Entfernung vom Landschaftsgebiet. Das britische Frühstück ist gut, im Allgemeinen ist es sehr kostengünstig.

房間很乾凈，也很舒服，酒店早餐自助，還不錯，水果很豐盛，酒店禮賓很熱心帶我們參觀了酒店，家庭房很有好，一張大床，一張小床，小床是一個小房間，是套房設計，很適合家庭出行！
