Very smooth experience with Ibis new Delhi Aerocity. Though there was an initial confusion on booking the staff made sure everything was in place to ensure a smooth stay. Great spread on the buffet breakfast menu. Also the chief chef/restaurant in charge was kind enough to offer some freshly prepared food with less spices for my 3 year old kid. I highly recommend this

I booked a two night stay at Pullman Delhi Aerocity and was not quite happy with the room provided. The view was disgusting enough to not open the curtain. There was a message on their television notifying that they were painting the building and some work was ongoing, however there were other vacant rooms with a clean view which was not provided to me from the very start. I had reached at around 3:00 pm in the evening and had to leave for a function the same day so did not really notice the glass until next morning. I went downstairs to advise the staff at reception in the afternoon after returning from another function that morning but the only thing they could offer was change of room which was difficult given my dad is a senior citizen as well as my mom who was very tired to wind up and move another room as were checking out early morning the next day for our flight. No vouchers were provided or compensation offered. The room service was fine as they provided us with tea and milk pouches when asked but bathroom tissue box also was empty when we checked in which was only filled upon asking. Overall I did not enjoy my stay. We were siting most of the evening of the second day in the reception area as the view outside of the room was disgusting and did not want to open the curtains. Also the rooms were not well lit.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel in Janakpuri, neben der U-Bahn-Station, gute Anbindung an alle Teile Delhis mit der U-Bahn, auch ein Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe (Unity One Shopping Mall), das Zimmer war ausgezeichnet, sauber und hatte die erwartete Größe von Hyatt, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine gute Auswahl und viele Optionen mit Live-Kochtheken, alles ausgezeichnet, sehr empfehlenswert

Die Einrichtungen sind gut und das Personal ist nett, es gibt eine Sonderbehandlung für behinderte Personen, das erkenne ich an dem Personal, das hauptsächlich im Housekeeping tätig ist.

Alles super, bis auf das ich ein Zimmer (507) direkt am Fahrstuhl hatte und so es etwas laut war, und morgens hat *** leider auch das Zimmer über mir gehört.

Mein 7. Aufenthalt im Roseate House in Delhi hat wieder einmal meine Fondation für diese Immobilie bestätigt. Trotz der ein bisschen kleinen Zimmer ist die Atmosphäre des Hotels noch immer außergewöhnlich willkommen, und es erweist sich eine schöne Vibe, die besonders *** von einem jungen und dynamischen Team veraltet ist. Das Frühstück ist weiterhin ein Highlight, bietet einen angenehmen Start zum Tag mit seiner Qualität und Vielfalt. Nachdem ich in den letzten vier Jahren hier geblieben bin, habe ich jedoch einen Mangel an signifikanten Änderungen oder Updates in den Zimmern bemerkt. Um seine Attraktion und Komfort zu erhalten, ist es an der Zeit, dass das Hotel einige Renovierungsarbeiten in den Zimmern in Betracht ziehen, um sicherzustellen, dass die physische Umgebung den hohen Standards der Service und Gastfreundschaft entspricht, die mich wiederkommen halten.

Es war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Ich habe auch von der Klimaanlage gehört, was schön war. Ich kam mitten in der Nacht am Flughafen Delhi an und hatte Angst vor streunenden Taxis, also nutzte ich den Abholservice des Hotels. Unser Fahrer hat uns abgeholt und uns sicher transportiert. Ich würde es gerne wieder nutzen, wenn ich die Gelegenheit dazu habe.

The staff was very helpful professional and welcoming , making sure every details was telemetry care of I would Esparza like to mention Shania who was extremely helpful kind and attentive thoroughly my stay her warm hospitality and support made the experience even more memorable

It was good stay at Surya. The hotel really need good renovations. The carpet was so old and was loosened, need replacement. The doors in washroom need some maintenance. Breakfast was excellent.
