Schöne Pause zum 80. Geburtstag meiner Moms. Genießen Sie die Nutzung des Spa und Tennisplätze. Zwillingszimmer klein, aber sehr komfortabel mit einem großen Blick und schönem Papier. Das Essen in der Bar und Restaurant war lecker, aber ein wenig preiswert und nicht viel Wahl für mein schmutziger Teenager. Insgesamt eine schöne Entspannungszeit und wir haben mit dem Wetter gelangt. Werden spezielle Angebote suchen, um mit meinem Mann zurückzukehren

This venue is really a hidden gem up to a point , the Chef and kitchen ( paticularly the Haddock and Poached Eggs at Breakfast which is Michelin Star level ) the spa and swimming pool are kept to a good standard of hygene , however there is a serious problem with service which is evident from the staff behind the bar ( Saturday 4th May to be specific ) where it was plainly evident for all of the guests seated in the lounge to witness the grief that was being given to the Restaurant Host and other waiting staff by the two individulas behind the bar who were making their life's a misery by poor attitude and unhelpfulness when rightfully they were chasing restaurant drink orders which were painfully slow on deliverance attributed totally to the ineptness of the bar staff . Its about time that Providence Hotels boss Mr Neil Hughes and Blantyre Capital and Fairtree Alternative Real Estate were made aware of this as it is not fair on the efforts made by the other staff who are being dragged down needlessly by the bar staffs under performance , ineptness and demeanour .

Kenmore is a beautiful location and the area is a stunning area of natural beauty in Scotland. That said, having stayed at this resort before, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of not only the lodges but the leisure centre. The lodge itself had peeling wall paper and chips around light switches and old frying pans, all things which are easily maintained and/or changed. The pool area is lovely but pool was cold and one of only two showers were out of order due to a cracked base in the ladies. This was a relatively cheap break but despite this I do feel the Kenmore club is looking a little shabby and in much need of an overhaul or at least some renovation to keep up with the neighbouring hotels and lodges which are more modern and well kept

The pitlochy hydro hotel is located higher up the hill. The room are well kept and maintained. Walking down the street need about 10-15min. The hotel has a large carpark. They have waiting area (also smoking areas) they have pools for u to enjoy as well

We enjoyed our stayed as a family but the service and food in the buffet style restaurant at night was very poor as food was cold and we were finished eating before we received our drinks. We eventually managed to speak to a manager about it. However, we have stayed before and ate in other restaurants and they were good. Upgrades to winter garden bar were nice but again service for drinks very slow. Overall a 6.5/10 stay.

Bei der Ankunft waren wir sehr klein, gingen zurück zur Rezeption und das wurde sortiert. Meine Grippe ist jetzt £10.00 pro Tag Parkgebühr. Allerdings können Sie an anderer Stelle kostenlos parken. Dies wird nun die Wahl des Angus Hotels als nicht die erste Option machen, da der Hauptgrund für den Abflug leider die Spa-Anlagen sind, die jetzt müde werden und in der Notwendigkeit von TLC wie das Hotel.

Nice hotel in a great location. With good sized and clean rooms. The bar meals in the evening can be busy and they weren't able to accomodate for one night. Also, breakfast starts quite late at 8 am, so can be very busy a hectic when it does begin. A 7 am breakfast start would ease that and be helpful for business travellers and walkers with an early start.

Very nice scenic, good for couples or family to relax, enjoy the nature and the sun. Restaurant’s food is in good quality. Good selection of drinks. Room was a bit old with old carpet and bed. Probably need renovation. Evaluator not working so we need to take the stairs with our luggage’s.

Ich hatte einen erstaunlichen Aufenthalt im Hotel! Alles war von Anfang bis Ende herausragend. Das Personal war freundlich und unterkünftig, das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, und die Einrichtungen waren topnotch. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr, jemanden zu suchen, der eine tolle Erfahrung sucht.

Das Personal war mehr als großartig. Super freundlicher Service und große logistische Hilfe.
