Ich habe vergessen, Fotos vom Hotel zu machen, weil es der letzte Tag der Reise war und ich nach dem Besuch des Sanxingdui-Museums so müde war. Der Service ist auch sehr gut und rücksichtsvoll Obsthotel für Nachmittagstee und Abendessen usw. Das Zimmer ist auch sehr gut und es ist immer noch gut, das Hotel zu verlassen. Nachdem ich einen Anhänger erhalten habe, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich die Gelegenheit dazu habe. I have searched for a hotel in SiGuNiangShan over a year. i have pinned this hotel as the first in my list to visit. I checked-in with excitement but checked-out with a lot of disappointment.  First of all, I admire their room cleanliness and comfy bedding. The heating floor is great. Their breakfast is a combination for both chinese and western, which is kinda nice. Dinner is fine. There are not a lot of option for meal around the area. i did not try the western dishes but the hotpot is general. I think it is a little expensive with 300RMB for chicken soup with 3 types of veggie. Everything is (mostly) accordingly to the advertisement.  Except that I think the built-in bath tub (the square one not the white one) seems not as clean that I am not feeling of getting myself in. Perhaps, the strain plus the color make me feel this way.  There are 2-3 construction sides in the area that block the view. These are not pleasurable, though there are not noise or working staff around. There are no public area or walking path that allow visitors to spend their time out of the room. Well, it is not worth to spend time in the public area anyway as their staff rarely smile or greeting the visitors nicely. The driver who picked me up of the parking lots never smiled to me directly during the time of visit. ** my disappointment came greatest when I went into Chanpinggou and my partner left his phone on the bench. We ran back to find the phone but we did not find it. so, I contact the hotel staff by wechat and asked them to contact the officer in the National park as I cannot make the call, the signal is very bad. I made it clear to them the exact location of mine and that I could not find any staff around. Rather than understanding and contacting the national park. They send me the phone number and asked me to call the national park myself. Considering that I am an oversea visitor as well as that I have made it clear that the signal is bad within the park, I prefer more help and empathy.  ***my disappointment is even further when I am checking out. The hotel staff asked me to write them a good review. I told them that I will write the review on my own. They still persisted to write a review for me and asked me to finish the review before departure. I am also working in the hotel and I think this is the WORST part of all. You should respect the customer sincere review and appreciate that as a way to improve.  I have been to many hotels that are located within or very close the famous attraction around China  - Shangrila, Huangshan and many more. I have paid extra for this hotel compared to other sides. I never found these kind of disappoints before in those hotels, so my expectations are high.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und hygienisch, mit einem Freizeitbereich und Sofas zum Sitzen. Ich war am zweiten Tag des chinesischen Neujahrs dort. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls reichhaltig. Das Zimmer befindet sich im zweiten Stock, die Rezeption und das Restaurant im ersten Stock. Empfohlen

I can’t say enough good things about our time in Yading and this hotel. The location is ideal right inside the reserve with the shuttle station right outside the door. The rooms have beautiful views, the showers are luxurious, and they’re all equiped with oxygen if needed. Not only were the rooms great but the service was as well with the owner going above and beyond, organising airport transfers, having complimentary fresh fruit and snacks after our hikes, and regaling us with great travel stories. The food is absolutely top notch and the coffee was outstanding. Really hope I get to come back here some day. Thank you for everything!

酒店是那個海邊很高檔的，有自己的草坪，裝修豪華10多年前應該很不錯，但是現在跟不上智能需求了。 設施：全部是老式的，配上紅木傢俱，典雅大氣，但是使用起來就會覺得很多問題。 浴室噴頭支架無法調整方向，水壓還是很大的。 衞生間廁紙位置太低，必須取下使用，入住沒有馬桶消毒產品。 吹風機的插座壞的或者説吹風機線頭太重，插座無法支撐導致無法使用； 整個房間傳統插座，沒有USB所以需要帶插頭或找客服。 陽台門有紗窗更好，空氣好但有蚊蟲，必須關上，小陽台有個晾衣服的就更好了。所以需要自帶衣繩。 衣櫃門是接觸燈，由於關不嚴所以一直亮着又關不了。 泳池不大，很遺憾是露天的，西昌這個火辣天不太適合，晚9點太陽下山又關閉了☺️,還有就是記得帶泳帽，游泳圈都自備，使用需要購買。 門口草坪不大，晚上吃烤肉但蚊蟲很多。 服務： 卧室配有小冰箱使用，可以讓服務人員提供冰塊。 有專門小哥幫你把行李送到房間，每天有水果和當地的涼山雪（這款酸奶老公和婆婆很喜歡），第一天晚上有3種助眠飲料選擇，給你送到房間，我選的牛奶很濃郁。 環境： 靠海邊，但房間看不到海，海邊是公用的，有專屬自行車道和行人道，很適合散步。路邊有電動車出租，但有不會騎的就衹能大家一同步行，像我們就是。 早餐： 非常豐富，現煮米粉和麪條不錯，中西式都有。 總結：對應價格，不划算，建議這麼好的位置可以對房間做升級處理，堅朗集團酒店設計改造，大到家電裝修小到毛巾牙刷，一站式解決所有問題。 旁邊在建希爾頓酒店，期待中

Das Zimmer ist sehr gut, die Ausstattung neu und die sanitären Bedingungen zufriedenstellend. Das Servicepersonal ist herzlich, freundlich, aufgeschlossen und kommunikationsfreudig. Das Kind wollte nicht gehen. Das Hotel liegt nicht weit von der Hauptstraße, es ist ein ruhiger Ort in einer geschäftigen Stadt und sehr bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch zum Abendessen bietet das Restaurant eine große Auswahl, die Preise sind akzeptabel und das Essen ist sehr zufriedenstellend. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Noch vor dem Einchecken erhielt ich einen Anruf von der Haushälterin, die mich nach meinem Eincheckzeitpunkt fragte und mir sagte, dass sie die Fußbodenheizung schon im Voraus einschaltete. Das Hotel ist in dem ursprünglichen Holzstil eingerichtet, der mir gefällt, und man kann erkennen, dass der Eigentümer das Geschäft mit großem Engagement führt. Als wir im Laden ankamen, regnete es und der Butler begrüßte uns mit einem Regenschirm. Der Service war sehr gut. Einziger Nachteil: Das Zimmer liegt zur Straße raus und ist etwas laut.

Ein unvergesslicher Wochenendausflug für die ganze Familie! ! ! Nach der Reservierung kam es zu einem kleinen Unfall zu Hause. Das zweite Baby in der Familie wurde krank. Vielen Dank an den Laden für die Hilfe bei der Verschiebung der Reservierung, sodass wir das Glück hatten, diese schöne Reise noch nachholen zu können! Nochmals vielen Dank für das Verständnis und die Toleranz des Geschäfts. Die Rezeption hat die Zimmerkategorie im Voraus hochgestuft, einen Check-in-Leitfaden gesendet und einen Essensplan für den Tag des Check-ins arrangiert. Als wir ankamen, begrüßte uns der Ladenbesitzer herzlich und half uns mit unserem Gepäck. Nach Erledigung der Formalitäten wurden uns alle Einrichtungen des Hotels sowie die verschiedenen Smart-Geräte im Zimmer aufmerksam und ausführlich vorgestellt. Der Service hier ist absolut vorbildlich~ An diesem Tag gab es zum Abendessen ein gebratenes ganzes Kaninchen. Uns haben die einheimischen Würstchen und der Speck geschmeckt und die Kinder waren von der Knödelsuppe begeistert. Auch das Unterhaltungsprogramm nach dem Abendessen war sehr erfüllend. Abends nahm ich ein entspannendes Bergquellbad im Zimmer. Am nächsten Tag hatten wir das gleiche herzerwärmende Frühstück und wurden in die Nähe gebracht, um Houttuynia cordata und Teeblätter zu pflücken. Es war eine sehr bereichernde Erfahrung! Wir haben hier ein erfülltes und unvergessliches Wochenende verbracht und die Kinder haben immer wieder ihre Zufriedenheit zum Ausdruck gebracht! Ich glaube, dies ist eines der lohnenswertesten Hotels, in denen ich je übernachtet habe! Sehr empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kindern ~ das Zimmer ist sehr groß ~ sehr warm!

Phenomenal hospitality, excellent caring service, just all round 10/10 for a family weekend. We went climbing up to Taoist temples, snowy peaks, trecked up mountain creeks then chilled in the sulphuric hot springs. Excellent family service, the team really took care of my kid too, played with her while I was dealing with checking in and out etc. Great atmosphere, cool rooms, great hot springs. Also the locals come here which is a big seal of approval for me. Would definitely recommend and return to Arcadia

Das Hotel ist sehr neu, hat aber keinen Dekorationsgeruch, was sehr wichtig und lobenswert ist. Das beste Hotel im Kreis Ruoergai macht seinem Namen alle Ehre. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker, im Gegensatz zu manchen Hotels, in denen alle Frühstücksgerichte zu scharf waren. hehe. Empfehlenswert.
