Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, im Herzen von Kensington, einem Stadtteil von Chelsea. Die U-Bahn-Station Kensington High Street erreicht man zu Fuß in nur drei Minuten. Obwohl ruhig gelegen, ist man schnell an der Hauptstraße, wo zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte zum Bummeln einladen. Der Kensington Gardens ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt, und die Gegend ist sehr sicher, sodass man sich auch abends keine Gedanken machen muss. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind jedoch recht klein. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker, der Service insgesamt gut. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Auf dem Zimmer gibt es kein kostenloses Flaschenwasser. Bei Bedarf muss man es an der Rezeption abholen. Ich habe dreimal nachgefragt, aber jedes Mal hieß es, es sei keines mehr verfügbar. Letztendlich musste ich Wasser im Supermarkt kaufen, was bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse eigentlich nicht vorkommen sollte.

Es ist eine wirklich tolle und lebendige Residenz. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend, der Pool war fantastisch. Natürlich haben einige Gäste ihr Handy benutzt; vielleicht sollte das Team genauer hinschauen und eine Strafe verhängen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und groß, und die Ausstattung war perfekt.

Das Hotel liegt über der Straße vom Underground Station. Es ist sehr bequem, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Heathrow Flughafen zu kommen. Die Zimmer sind grundlegend, aber fühlten sich modern. Das Hotel umgebende Gebiet fühlt sich sicher. Es gibt nicht viele Mahlzeiten und alle Restaurants in der Nähe sind bis 10 Uhr geschlossen.

Dieses Mal habe ich im London Chelsea Bridge Hotel übernachtet und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden! Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr vorteilhaft und die Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut. U-Bahn- und Bushaltestellen befinden sich in der Nähe, sodass Sie bequem ins Stadtzentrum und zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten gelangen. Auch die Wohnmöglichkeiten rund um das Hotel sind sehr gut. Einkaufszentren und Tesco-Supermärkte sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, sodass Sie Ihre Einkäufe und alltäglichen Bedürfnisse problemlos erledigen können. Auch für Reisende, die einen Flug benötigen, ist der Flughafen Heathrow bequem mit dem Taxi oder den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Hotelausstattung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Einrichtungsstil wirkt etwas altmodisch, und auch die Möbel und Ausstattung der Zimmer wirken etwas veraltet, aber insgesamt ist das Hotel sauber und ordentlich. Gäste mit hohen Ansprüchen an moderne Ausstattung werden vielleicht nicht zufrieden sein, aber für Reisende, die Wert auf Kosteneffizienz und Komfort legen, ist das Hotel dennoch eine gute Wahl.

AMAZING STAY! WOULD BOOK AGAIN AND RECOMMEND. Came with family for a birthday weekend trip. We were all very impressed. Location is excellent- basically in the heart of London with breathtaking views of St Paul’s Cathedral. The hotel itself was outstanding - scaly considering its 4 stars. It’s more like 5 to be honest. Free water on site and in rooms, which is extremely helpful. The hotel is very spacious, modern and beautifully designed. The rooms were very spacious with the BEST shower! There is even a hair dryer and iron provided in the rooms. Spa facilities was amazing- lovely sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The breakfast had a variety - very accommodating to those who have dietary requirements/ need veggie options. Staff were so kind, helpful and accommodating. Service was outstanding overall and I would most definitely return. Thank you for allowing us to have such an enjoyable experience.

Lovely hotel, thought it was a good location for the o2 but not as quick to get to as hoped, I did not research that properly! All plugs bar one did not work in room, and could not get the tv to show any channels, but we weren’t there long enough to really care. We did have a nosy at the pool, top floor amazing views wish we had remembered to bring swim stuff! I would stay there again though if I can get another great deal like I did through trip app.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-night visit while travelling to London for medical treatment. I specifically chose this property because it advertised a gym and steam room, which I needed to support my recovery. Unfortunately, these facilities were completely out of service on arrival, and at no point before or during booking was I informed that they were unavailable. This was extremely disappointing given that these facilities were the main reason for choosing this hotel. Prior to booking, I had also explained that I have several allergies and requested that something I brought with me be heated up upon arrival. When I asked at reception, the young gentleman was unsure and checked with a colleague, whom I assume was his line manager. Despite the fact that the item could’ve been baby food and that my allergies were noted on my booking, the response was dismissive, and no questions or context were asked, the female receptionist didn’t even look up from the screen as she answered. I fully appreciate the importance of avoiding cross-contamination in hotel kitchens, but the lack of communication or willingness to understand the situation felt unnecessarily unhelpful. When I raised the issue regarding the closed facilities, the hotel did not provide any solution or meaningful support, and they also failed to respond to Trip.com for more than 24 hours, even though we were due to check out the next morning. This lack of communication made the situation more frustrating and felt very unprofessional. To their credit, Trip.com stepped in where the hotel didn’t and resolved the issue the best way they could. However, the hotel’s customer service and failure to provide advertised amenities fell well below expectations for a Radisson-branded property. The room itself was clean, house keeping staff very helpful and attentiveand the location is convenient for Heathrow, but the lack of advertised facilities and the unresponsiveness left a poor impression overall. I hope the hotel improves their communication and ensures that major facilities shown in listings are actually available to guests, and that staff take more care when dealing with guests who have specific health or dietary needs.

I recently stayed at Denham Grove Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room, though small, was modern and nicely appointed, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were truly lovely and went out of their way to ensure that everything ran smoothly. The hotel is set in beautiful parkland, which adds a peaceful atmosphere. Despite some minor issues, I'd recommend this hotel for a short, relaxing stay

Absolut PHÄNOMENAL!!!! Die Gastfreundschaft, die Atmosphäre, das Hotel selbst. Von der sehr geschmackvollen Einrichtung im ganzen Hotel über das tolle Personal, das dort arbeitet, insbesondere Rachel, die so freundlich war, ein Upgrade anzubieten (das ZIMMER war ein Traum 😮💨🥹), bis hin zum Personal in der Küche, das wirklich half, als ich aufwachte, es schon fast mit dem Frühstück vorbei war, aber sie waren so freundlich, mir trotzdem mein Frühstück zu geben. Ein großes Lob an Antonella und Rafael. Ich habe wirklich kein schlechtes Wort zu sagen, die ganze Erfahrung war fabelhaft. Die Bar auf dem Dach bietet einen außergewöhnlichen Blick über die Stadt und der Spa-Bereich war fabelhaft.

It was my sister’s birthday and the service was beautiful, the staff were very attentive and welcoming especially Sahil. We got a complimentary breakfast and a cake for my sister. The hotel room was nice and clean, the pool and jacuzzi was very well maintained and very relaxing. My sister and l enjoyed our stay and we will surely be back. Shoutout to Sahil and team for making it a memorable experience.
