We stayed at the Ramside to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom had both a large bath and walk-in shower. We ate in the Rib Room Restaurant where the service of John and his team was excellent and the food of the highest quality.

Das Hotel ist relativ alt, aber sauber und verfügt über alle notwendigen Einrichtungen (einschließlich Eisen und Eisenböden). Schönes und freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, das mit dem Druck einiger Dokumente freundlich geholfen hat. Gute Lage, weil es sich in der Nähe von der Durham Kathedrale und dem Campus befindet.

A great stay. Staff were lovely and super helpful. A problem with my room meant i had to switch, but staff addressed this as soon as possible. Pool was an added bonus as were the sauna and steam room. Will def stay there again when visiting Durham.

Die Hotrl ist schön und die Arbeiter sind schön, aber die Blätter und Bettdecken sind nicht ganz sauber.

Location was perfect for our needs, near to beautiful Yarm! The amenities were good and a dip in the pool was perfect after a hot day! Overall cleanliness was good, just needed a few touch up here and there, tiles missing in spa area a Nd our bathroom looked tired! Disappointed that there was no compensation for broken key card machine and we found this unnerving as it felt very ‘big brother’ being tracked on our every move! A drink at dinner, complimentary breakfasts or bar meal would have been a nice gesture!

Gorgeous hotel in a good location for exploring the surrounding area. Delicious cooked to order breakfast and the restaurant for dinner was superb. Room was comfy and warm would happily stay again

Hotel war sehr sauber, stilvoll und so war das Restaurant und die Bar, absolut keine Beschwerden Betten sind so komfortable und ich werde definitiv zurück sein 😊
