The hotel itself was nice, but the staff at the ski resort was horrible, the rentals are also not well maintained. The boards are not waxed, which makes it difficult to work with as there are a lot of flat routes which are difficult to avoid (Pony and village road were the flattest slope Ive ever seen in my life, I had to unstrap and walk and the board just wouldn't move). Ski resort staff were unfriendly and the rental staff was the worst, there was a lady there that was cold and rude. The only reason why the rental shop is surviving is probably because the equipments are salomon branded and that there is no other option.  I would visit again but only because the routes are fun, Myoko long run was the best, but I would never want to rent from the shop again. The food was very very good. For breakfast, you could choose from western or Japanese buffet. Western buffet is highly recommended, the omelette was the best ive eaten in my life and there was a diy risotto which was great as well. For dinner, there were 4 options, either buffet, steak, Japanese or shabushabu. All requiring reservations which is tough if you are checking in the evening as some might not be available. Highly recommend the steak, the food was good and the staff were amazing. Japanese was the hardest to get a reservation for but the food was quite underwhelming. The room was clean and ski lockers are also provided but it's tiny and can barely fit 2 boards. But I wish that in the toilet in the common area, you can adjust the tap temperature as the water is freezing cold. Amenities wise, bottled water are provided daily, also, yukata was provided but you can only wear them to the onsen which was extremely troublesome as I had to change multiple times a day.  The hotel provides shuttle bus services to and fro jyoetsumyoko station which was easy to book. The bus drivers were also friendly and helped out with the luggage. In summary, for a 5 stars hotel, it didn't live up to expectations, ski resort and rental staffs were unwilling to help and unfriendly. Also, some of the staffs could not speak Japanese which is puzzling for a hotel in Japan. If not for the amazing snow and slopes I would never come back.

We booked a Superior Room 25 Sq m Location is not near Niigata Station But it’s Bandai Centre, lots of shopping & eating My friend was sick, front desk was helpful finding a clinic nearby.

Der Parkplatz ist in den ersten und zweiten Teilen geteilt, der zweite Fußweg ist ca. 3 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt eine Parkgebühr. (Erste 600 yen, zweite 300 yen) Die Gästezimmer sind sauber und eng. Das Frühstück ist kostenlos, aber das ist das Mindeste, was Sie brauchen. Ich kann das Brot nicht heizen.

a last minute short ski trip found me checking out this resort and it suited me just fine.  I only had time to ski for 2 days and was pleasantly surprised by the good value for money here. Arriving in the early morning from Ueno on the 0649hr Shinkansen, I hopped onto the 0810hr hotel shuttle, registered myself at the front desk (had my room assigned but check in was at 3pm) and found myself on the slope just shortly after 9am. Hotel guests also have free use of a locker to keep our equipment overnight.   I was contemplating to visit another slope (maybe Gala or Iwappara) the next day but enjoyed myself enough to save the hassle and continue skiing at Naspa Ski Garden on the second day.  Ski passes for both days were free for hotel guests (although I only stayed a night).  Breakfast was a  sumptuous spread of buffet the next morning.  Room was large, nice and clean.  Onsen was perfect.  I checked out after breakfast, left my bags with storage and at the end of the day, use the changing area to pack up before catching the hotel shuttle to Echigo Yuzawa Station.  I managed to do some shopping in Ginza and had a great sushi meal there before heading to the hotel.   I will certainly return! A big thank you to all the staff!

Spacious and comfortable room. The onsen is quite large and well equipped, however the downside is that it has no view. The hotel also has locker room for ski equipment which is very convenient. It takes 10 minutes to travel from the hotel to the Akakura Onsen town and most other ski resorts in the area, driving is recommended but there are also shuttle services.

Im alten Resorthotel hat der Kellner eine Art altmodische und ehrliche Hingabe. Um das Abendessen zu buchen, rief er mich fünf oder sechs Mal an, um es zu arrangieren und zu bestätigen. Da das Hotel auf halber Höhe des Berges liegt, habe ich jede Mahlzeit im Hotel gegessen. Ich habe Französisch, Shabushabu und Italienisch gegessen und der Standard war gut. Hotel Hot Spring ist die beste heiße Quelle in Japan in den letzten Jahren. Das Akakura Sightseeing Snow Resort fühlt sich auch uralter und wilder an und hat einen einzigartigen Geschmack.

Die Lage ist schlecht, ich 115/3/2 Ich bin nur bis 19:00 Uhr im selben Monat, aber ich habe meine eigene Snowfield-Super-Reinheit (nur Doppelplatten) nichts zu sagen, ich kann keine Haare sehen! Aber es ist jammerlich, dass ich 4 Tage und 3 Nächte habe, bevor ich das Zimmer schließen muss, das Bett wieder schließen muss, ich wohne drei Tage und zwei Nächte. Ein Freund fragt, ob er es gut empfehlen wird ～～

夫婦と小学生子ども2人で行きました。 昔ながらの旅館ですが、清潔感があり、 とにか**こで働くスタッフさんやご飯の美味しさは最高でした。 また、ピアノの演奏や、ウェルカムドリンクなども無料で大変満足な旅館でした。 また、行きたいなと思える旅館でした。 追伸 朝食は決められた献立ですが、大人用、子ども用に分けてくれています。 子ども用の献立も食べやすかったようでよく食べてました。 ご飯の食べ比べも大変良かったです。

Ich habe eine Nacht gebucht und lebte. Die Leitungen aus der Xinjiang-Station sind auch leicht zu verstehen! Große öffentliche Badegewässer sind groß und es gibt auch einen Freibad. Wenn Sie spezielle Anwendungen installieren, können Sie die Kreditkarte oder die zweidimensionale Code-Anwendungen bezahlen, um Waschmaschine und Trockner zu bezahlen. Wenn Sie in Xinjiang wohnen, ist das Hotel, das Sie jedes Mal möchten! Leider ist das WLAN langsam und die Ladezeit ist nicht Typ C.
