Ich hatte ein sehr komfortables Appartement, ein gutes Bett und eine sehr gute Ausstattung, tolle, kräftige Dusche. Die Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden, aber auch für anspruchsvolle Frischluftfans ( Ich ), war die Luftqualität ohne Beanstandung ! Nach Queenstown ca. 6 KM. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Obwohl es ein Autohotel ist, ist die Küche sauber, es gibt keine Tankstelle und der Kisten kann verwendet werden. Unsere Zimmer sind nicht überfüllt, vier Menschen leben nicht überfüllt, die Umgebung ist bequem und sieht die Pingviin sehr nahe. Es gibt viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte für etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß. Die Rezeption ist chinesisch und die Kommunikation ist ohne Hindernisse.

The room was very spacious and offered a nice view, which was a highlight of the stay. Free parking was also convenient for guests travelling by car. However, the property feels quite dated and could benefit from refurbishment. The cleanliness of the room was below expectations, with some areas not as well maintained as they should be. Another downside was the shower pressure, which was very weak and made showering less enjoyable. The hotel is within walking distance of Queenstown City Centre, but the walk is a bit longer than expected, especially when returning uphill.

Die Landschaft des Landschaftszimmertyps ist sehr gut, die Gerichte im Restaurant schmecken auch gut, es gibt keinen Leiter, es ist nicht sehr bequem, Gepäck zu nehmen. Während des Frühlingsfestes war es nicht an Milch gekommen.

Dieses Hotel ist ideal für Familien. Es ist nahe am See und in der Nähe von allem, einschließlich Fergburger, Lululemon und das Patagonia Café. Dank an Herrn Toon und das Check-in-Personal für ihren hervorragenden Service!

Looks like we got a recently renovated apartment. It was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was prompt whenever we needed it.Basement parking was available for our stay, and the unit was conveniently located next to a staircase leading directly to Stanley Street, where our ski bus pick-up point was. It was also less than a 10-minute walk to the town centre. Overall, no regrets—it was an excellent choice and great value for the price. Or, if you’re aiming for a more natural Google Reviews style: We were pleasantly surprised to find what looked like a recently renovated apartment. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The town centre was also less than a 10-minute walk away. Great location, excellent value for money, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely stay. Close to town. The room is a bit small but is comfortable. It is expensive, but everywhere is in Queenstown. This was the best location in New Zealand so I recommend staying at least 4 nights.  The Queenstown hill is a beautiful hike near the hotel. Finz was my favourite restaurant for fish and Bespoke Kitchen is the best breakfast/ lunch brunch we found.

The Mercure Queenstown feels quite dated, though that was expected. What disappointed me more was the overall maintenance and poor soundproofing—I could hear loud thumping from the room above. The bathroom has been renovated, but amenities were lacking (barely any soap or shampoo), the shower leaked making everything wet, and the door was stiff and noisy to close. Both the bathroom and the room were cold, as the air conditioning only managed to heat partially. Paid parking for hotel guests is simply absurd. On a positive note, breakfast was acceptable.  The View is although the big PLUS.

Es ist etwa 15 Autominuten von Queenstown und 10 Autominuten vom nächsten Supermarkt entfernt. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens und Sie können das Dröhnen der Flugzeuge hören. Das Personal an der Rezeption war nett, das Hotel wurde ausführlich vorgestellt und das Zimmer, das ich bekam, hatte Seeblick und eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Die Zimmerausstattung ist dem Alter entsprechend sehr in die Jahre gekommen und auch die Hygiene ist durchschnittlich. Als ich das Zimmer betrat, fand ich Zigarettenstummel der vorherigen Gäste auf dem Couchtisch, Fleisch und Blut auf dem Boden und einen üblen Geruch im Badezimmer. Der Induktionsherd konnte nicht kontinuierlich heizen, also rief ich den Housekeeping-Manager an, um das zu überprüfen, und er sagte, es würde am nächsten Tag repariert. Danach blieb das Problem ungelöst. Es gab nicht genug Töpfe und Pfannen zum Kochen, also lieh ich mir welche von der Housekeeping-Abteilung. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner waren sehr alte Modelle und nicht besonders effizient, und der einzige Raum im Haus war eine an der Wand montierte Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Eines der beiden Zimmer ist durch eine Schiebetür getrennt. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein und bietet keinen Platz für einen Koffer. Das Frühstück ist für ein neuseeländisches Hotel ziemlich gut, es gibt jeden Tag ein oder zwei verschiedene Gerichte und von den Sitzplätzen im Freien hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Da ich ein Auto habe, habe ich den Wasserbus nicht ausprobiert, weil sich das bei so vielen Leuten nicht rechnet. Es gibt ein Schwimmbad, in dem die Kinder täglich schwimmen gehen, und daneben verläuft ein Weg, auf dem man täglich spazieren gehen und Rad fahren kann. Wildenten und Möwen haben überhaupt keine Angst vor Menschen.
