Stayed at this beautiful hotel for two nights. Very clean and comfortable and excellent friendly staff. Beautiful swimming pools and tennis courts, also pool tables. For those into fitness there is a Gym on the property with all sorts of equipment for exercising. Ipad size safe in the room. WIFI, breakfast, and onsite parking included. Would definately return someday....hopefully for a longer stay.

Fantastische Aussicht, Fantastisches Zimmer. Fantastisches Essen. Fantastisches Pool.
Der einzige Rückzug war die Entfernung zum Strand. Ausländer werden $6 gezahlt, um den nächsten zu erreichen, der 25 Minuten zu Fuß dauert. Der nächste ist 8 km.
Die untere Linie ist: Ich würde gerne wieder hier bleiben.

中心地から少し離れているけど、歩ける距離。夜はUber使いました。スタッフはとても親切でした。雨季だったので部屋は蒸し蒸ししてましたが仕方ない。トイレ、シャワーは部屋の外でした。たまたま貸切状態だったので行きたい時に行けてよかったです。

Das Hotel hat bessere Tage gesehen. Das erste Zimmer, mit Gartenblick gebucht, war schlimm. Der Blick ging direkt auf eine Wand mit Wasserrohren und anderen Kabeln. Es gab kein Licht am Bett und nur im Bad Steckdosen. Die Wände waren dünn wie Papier. Das sind nur einige Punkte, ich könnte mehr aufführen. Nach einer Beschwerde habe ich ein Upgrade bekommen, Zimmer mit Poolblick. Das Zimmer war deutlich besser. Das Essen war lecker, die Auswahl aber beschränkt und einfach. Das Frühstück war ein Auswahl aus dem Tipico oder Obst und Pancakes, keine Variationen an den Tagen.
Bis auf eine der Personen an der Rezeption, die wirklich unangenehm war, waren alle anderen sehr nett und bemüht.

GGuest UserBeautiful location and for the most part the service was great. First the pluses ....beach is super and the staff down by the beach was friendly and welcoming and they do a great job of creating safety (lots of lifeguard drills it appeared!) and overall the sense of a lovely vacation feel. There are golf carts to take you everywhere on the property, which is pretty necessary as the property is steep and quite spread out. You just give a call and someone shows up in minutes. Many of the drivers have a great personality, just made it surprising when a few of them seemed not friendly--and for us there was no need to speak English--I was always happy to try my Spanish! Ditto for the staff in the main restaurant--some were friendly and welcoming and a few others were all business and not very welcoming or patient. On with the plus items...the beds are very comfortable, rooms are private and quiet, and the policy of free mini bar snacks (with free restocking) is wonderful! The monkeys and iguanas --and sloths--on the property are terrific. There is a dinner in the beach restaurant on Wednesdays, Sats and Suns and since we were only there for the Wed dinner, I wish that the staff at breakfast had reminded us of it and also, there could be a small guide in the room that would include the beach dinner evening schedule as well as a map of the nature trail --with distances. We wanted to walk it ourselves, without their guide, but didn't have a good sense of the overall length of the trail. There was a little sense that they wanted to encourage us to sign up for their guided (for a fee) walk. The food in the main restaurant was good, but not exceptional and the dinners are quite expensive. The breakfast has many choices and again, it's good but not exceptional--but nice that it's included in the room price. Overall, however, it's a lovely place, clearly the nicest place to stay in Manuel Antonio, but also quite pricey, which you know if you're reading this! Trip.com had the best price by far, at least for November.

GGastnutzerHotel muy bien situado justo a la entrada del parque Manuel Antonio (escasos 100m). Puedes disfrutar de las instalaciones del hotel el faro, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún mejor. Los empleados del hotel son muy atentos y amables

NNazar HanchevskyiWe had a very great experience at this hotel. The rooms were extremely clean, the terrace was very spacious, and the ocean view was absolutely beautiful. We really loved everything about our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and even if something wasn’t working properly, they were always ready to assist quickly and with a positive attitude.
The only small downside is that the hotel is located about 20 minutes uphill, so getting there can be a bit challenging. If you don’t want to spend time driving up and down every day, you might prefer booking a place closer to the bottom.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again!

JJosueThe front of the hotel can be misleading, as the hotel is actually quite nice. The rooms are pretty good. The pool area is large and well designed, and have a bar right there. A lot of the rooms have view to the pool. The tennis/basketball/indoor soccer field is great, with roof. They have pool tables, table tennis and foosball. The restaurant is 24/7, which comes in very handy, and also adds the advantageof not being tied to a specific schedule for the free breakfast that's included. Parking can be a little confusing at first, but it's actually close to the rooms (I would improve it by addign signs on the road indicating how to get to the parking lot).

CClarisa624Sie haben einen WhatsApp für ihre Gästedienste eingerichtet und es machte es noch mehr zerstört. Ich war im Spa und ich brauchte Eis für meinen Drink, den ich dort brachte und alles, was ich getan hatte, war Nachricht und sie brachten es direkt zu mir. Das Essen war großartig Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen. Es gab kostenlose Shuttle-Service für Agua Azules und die Stadt, die perfekt war, weil wir mit Agua Azules parasailing buchen und sie uns direkt dort drehen. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Hotel war schön. Wir mussten Schlotten, Iguane und Affen sehen! Die Affen waren direkt außerhalb unseres Hotelgebäudes (wir reservierten eine Visasuite) beim Abreisen.

AAntenor Jr.Otherwise amazing hotel plagued by rude staff and tour buses. First, this a hotel is used by Americans in bus tours - expect hundreds of them any given time. Second, the staff is incredibly rude. We had an issue with our keys and the reception employee, Ana Belen, refused to help us or even try to understand the issue. TV turned up by itself in the middle of the night. The toilet flush situation is terrible, there is simply no pressure. The good thing, hotel is nearby the Cloud Reserve, breakfast is good and pool looks good.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is perfectly located directly at the beach. We enjoyed very much the air conditioning in the room, as outside was very, very hot and humid. The receptionists were very helpful - the young man let us use his personal charger and the woman let us check in a bit earlier than the regular time. Breakfast staff was very friendly, too. The rooms were quite big and very clean, but the bed was not comfortable. I would recommend the hotel further. Thank you!

GGastnutzerJaco ist wirklich nicht mehr für Familien. Das Hotel zeigt ein Bild, dass es neben einem leeren Grundstück ist: Nun, das ist ein 20-Geschichtsgebäude jetzt. Einige AC-Einheiten sind zu alt, machen sehr hohe Vibrationen.
Wir hatten 2 Hühner im Zimmer trotz geschlossener Fenster.
Wenn Sie in Jaco sein müssen, prüfen Sie das Hotel auf der anderen Seite des Kreiks. Wenn Sie eine Wahl haben, fahren Sie ein paar Kilometer weiter zu einem schöneren Dorf.
